Hi again,some of these problems could be because I'm really a refuge, from Norway.I overhear in Oslo, in 2003, that I was followed by the 'mafian'.And I was attempted murdered, in Larvik, on my uncles womans farm, in 2005.But the Home Office, don't want to accept me as a refugee, since I'm from Norway, I guess.And I have to pretend, to be a normal job-seeker, whilst I really am a refugee, who tries to get my rights, in Norway and the UK, and use some time, om writing on the internet etc., about this, to try to get my rights from the police, etc.I went to the UK, without anything else than the clothes I wore, in 2005, (since I was attach, by some hunting-team, or something).And noone in Norway helps me, so I'm not really in a normal situation here, but I'm not sure how to explain about this, to my Personal Advisor, maybe he would freak out, because this is really police-stuff, I think, and I have contacted the Merseyside Police many times, about this, and problems at Bertelsmann Arvato, but the Police here just call me 'Miss', in letters etc.So I understand that I get strange behavour from working-class/mobster-people due to that they don't understand why I'm here etc.So this is a really a bit ridiculus, that I have to pretend to be a normal jobseeker, while I am a refugee.But thats to do with the governments of Norway and the UK, i think I have to say, and the EU and the UN, which I've also contacted.Sorry about these problems!Yours sincerely,Erik Ribsskog———- Forwarded message ———-

I just wanted to send some feedback on the CV.Firstly, my degree from university-level, is a
'Høgskolekandidat'-degree, in IT, from Oslo University College, from
2009.Jet tells me this is comparable with a Foundation Degree/Higher
National Diploma.That's it.I haven't got any more degrees from University-level, even if I
wait for one, in Information Management, but then NITH in Oslo has to
approve of some of my IT-modules from Oslo University College first.And I haven't got a Higher National Diploma in IT, it's only a degree
which is comparable with that.Further, I have sent my CV to 'the Fuller CV', and they wanted me to
write about that I have a degree in marketing in my personal profile, so
perhaps that should be mentioned, on the CV, that I have a degree from Upper
Secondary School in Marketing, (and Information Management).Also, I think it perhaps should say on the CV, that I have skills in
HTML, Javascript, CSS, Programming, System Development, etc.You said in the first meeting that you wanted to asses my IT-skills,
but I can't see that you have done that.I think that since I have a degree in IT, then IT is my main-field, and
then my IT-skills should be put on top of the CV.Since when I look for jobs, on the Jobcentre website, then I first look
for the IT jobs in Web-design etc.And then I think the CV should be customised for that.Also, you didn't write on the summary that I gave you a copy of file
showing the jobs I've applied for, since the last meeting.And you didn't write in the summary, that I showed you the website,
that I have been working on, since the last meeting:You said I shouldn't have a photo of myself with a beer-can, on a site
like that.I explained it was from the Matthew St. Festival, where one are
allowed to drink outside.Since one of my interests, like it says on the CV, are music.You also wondered if I was going to put my CV on that web-site,
which I could confirm.And I showed you a picture of my grand-mothers furniture, to do
with that she inherited Holger baron Adeler, which is Norways only 'proper'

Hi,I send about this to you.I have complained about Mr. Ellis before, but you haven't replied.Now he is patronising me.I think I have the right to know which degree my Personal Advisor have.Then I know if he has a good education or not.Now, I don't know if he is an under-paid guy, or one who is well-paid, and should offer good customer-support.I think I'm the customer, or client, here.I think they are to un-conventonal at Sencia, no business-cards, interrupting meetings to talk about fairgroud atractions, Personal Advisors with bags under their eyes and with a smell and he act like he's crunching himself, (I think it's called).Why this secrecy?Why wont they explain about education etc?Is he labour-class, midle-class, or what?I can't know if I don't get the business-card.This secrecy is distroying for the communication.I have a blog in Norwegian, where I give advice to Norwegians who want to work in the UK, so that's why I write on the internet.He say he don't need to 'justify his methods'.I'm simply complaining about un-conventinal behavour.I'm also in these meetings, so I also I'm a part here.If one person acts strange in a meeting, then I have the right to ask about what the reason for this is, I think.I think there could be something 'bogus' here, why can't I get the business-card for this person?He says my behaviour is unacptable, I appologise, for calling him 'peronal assistant', instead of 'personal advisor', but that's just a typing-error, and I'm from Norway, (like I've explained to Mr. Ellis), so I sometimes type a bit wrong.Why is Mr. Ellis afraid of my questions in the e-mails?I think he is afraid of leveling.I think it's important that a client and his Personal Advisor are on level.So I think this Employment Zone-stuff with Sencia, with they're secresy and that they don't want to level, is very strange.

Hi,I'm refering to two letters, sent by Mr. Winter, the Jobcentre-manger, from 29/9 and 30/9.Mr. Winter writes that it takes time to use your e-mail system.But I think it's fine to have documentation on the correspondence, so that's why I sent e-mails.Mr. Winter want's me to send documentation on that I've gotten bank-charges, due to the delay from the Jobcentre, so I'm attaching a scaned copy, of a letter from RBS, with this e-mail.(Also, so that I can document, that this was actually what happened, when my Jobseekers-allowance was delayed).Mr. Winter says that the Jobcentre, benefit office, tried to call me, on 29/9, at 14.44.But I was told I'd get a call back within three hours, that day, by Alan there, (before 16.20).And I waited for the call, but I wasn't called up, so that's a new complaint.The young clerk, (with the short, dark hair), at the Jobcentre, had told me, on the sign-on meeting, there, on Thursday 23/9, that I'd get my allowance, as usual, that's on 28/9.But I didn't get this.The reason he gave me the phone-number, was regarding when I'd get an allowance, which had been sanctioned, and then overturned.I had a meeting with Sencia, (Employment-zones), on Wednesday 29/9, and David Ellis there, recomended me, to call the benefits office.They then sent both payments, to my bank-account, the same afternoon.But they didn't call.My complaint was, that the Jobcentre, said I'd get my normal allowance, on the normal day.
But this didn't happen.I didn't call, because I first got to know, that the sanction allowance, was over-turned, in a meeting with Mr. Winter, (an unscheduled meeting, he just 'grabbed hold' of me), that the sanctioned allowance had been re-instated.So I had already planned to get by, to Tuesday, the next week, and budgeted for that.And I have my budget day, when I get my allowance, so I thought I'd call on that day.But when I received no payments at all, (neighter the normal allowance, and not the over-turned one eighter).
Then I chose to ask Sencia, the next day, since they explained in the induction there, that if I had financial problems, then they could give advice.
Which they did.To call the benefits-department, with the Jobcentre.But, I think you should look through you system.Yours representatives seems to think, that after a sanctioned allowance, the new ones are goving to be sent as normal.But this wasn't my experience.After a sanction, one have to call, even if one only needs one's normal allowance, it seem's to me.
Maybe you, (the District Manager), could investigate this, and tell me how this is meant to be.Then it would be easier for me, to spesify my complaint.Thanks in advance for any help!Your sincerely,Erik Ribsskog

when I was on the sign-on meeting, at the Jobcentre, Williamsson Sq., on Thursday last week, I was told, (by the young clerk, in the meeting), that I would recieve my jobseekers-allowance, as normal again, today, (after a sanction that the Jobcenter Manager Mr Winther, told me, on the same day there, in a meeting right before, had been re-instated, after my appeal).However, I've checked my bank-account online now, and I can't see that I've recieved my Jobseekers-allowance, today.But I have my electricity bill today, and a bailiff-bill etc.So I'm in a lot of problems here, since the direct debits are going to be bumped.And since I can't pay the bailiff-bill, for the council tax, that I owed from when I was self-employed.(I didn't get income support then, even if I think I perhaps should have, but I wasn't aware of that arrangement then).I also have very little cash, for food.So I was wondering when my regular Job-seekers allowance and the re-instated one, is going to get to my bank-account, with RBS.I wanted to please complain about this delay, since it's making problems for my situation, and since this take the focus away from my job-seeking and employment zones, etc., really.Thank you in advance for help with sorting this out.Yours sincerely,Erik Ribsskog
