    Hi,

I also send you these files by e-mail.

(Since it has been a problem earlier, that files I’ve been trying to
send the Jobcentre, have been missing, in the post, it seems).

I’ve been told in several different ways, how to send these files, in the post.

But I thought I could try to send them today, (in your pre-franked
    enveloped, which you’ve sent me).

And then I think you should get the letter in time.

I’ll try to ask for a proof of postage, at the post-office, since I’ve
noticed that the Jobcentre don’t accept photos, (of when I post the
letter, in a post-case), it seems, as a proof of postage, (it seems).

    I hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

yesterday I got a phone-call from Shaun at Huyton Jobcentre.

Someone had sent the Jobcentre an e-mail in my name, saying I wanted
    to stop my claim.

Liverpool City Council made me aware of this, and I updated the
Jobcentre ASAP about that this was a case of criminal forgery.

Yet, the Jobcentre actually stopped my claim, (even if I sent two
    e-mails about this being a crime/forgery).

I need money for food, like all people need.

And was adviced to make a rapid reclaim, again.

This is the third time this year, that something like this happens, so
that I’ve had to make a rapid reclaim.

I still haven’t gotten my allowance from 31/1 to 21/2.

(This is now with ICE, if I’m not mistaking).

And I still haven’t gotten my allowance from 6/3 to around 28/3, (this
is a while since I’ve complained about, and I don’t know why you
haven’t gotten back to me about these moneys, which are around £200,
    if I remember it right).

And I was told by Shawn.

That there is now more days, that your going to delay paying me
    jobseekers-allowance for.

(From 23/5 to 10/6 if I’m not mistaking).

    I didn’t get my allowance on 10/6.

And am not going to get the next payment before 24/6, Shaun said.

And at the same time the Jobcentre are taking me to court, in a
    constructed case.

(You say I’ve written you sex-emails.

    But these I haven’t written.

So this is a ‘murder of justice-case’).

I have to meet in court, on 19/6.

I now need to go to the barber.

But I didn’t get my jobseeking-allowance on Tuesday.

And you aren’t going to send the next payment, untill after the court-meeting.

Is this because you want me to look like a ‘hippie’, (with long hair),
    in court, I’m wondering.

This is the third time this year that you advice me to make rapid
reclaims, (after you have said that letters are missing in the post
etc.), and that you havn’t let me back-date the claim after the rapid
    reclaim-meeting.

Really, I have only had one claim, and that’s since November 2008.

So this is a scandal, I think.

I send a copy of this e-mail to my solicitor.

I think it’s strange that he lets the Jobcentre mess with me, like
this, (I think I have to call it).

And also Shaun said in the phone-interview yesterday.

That I had been ‘a naughty boy’.

    But that’s an insult.

I have not sent those e-mails, like I explained in court, some weeks ago.

And I think it’s a bit strange that the Jobcentre take me to court,
with one hand, and give me money for food etc., with the other hand.

    You get a double-role here.

And a lot of these problems could be called double punishment, I’m wondering.

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

  • Mer fra England

I dag, (tirsdag), så skulle jeg egentlig fått arbeidsledighetstrygd.

    Men det fikk jeg ikke.

    (Grunnet surr fra the Jobcentre.

    Men men.

    Mvh.

    Hi,

    you mean dis-information.

The claim was closed according to the _dis-information_ contained therein.

I don’t know which world the Jobcenter lives in.

But you seem to be unable to acknowledge that you have done a mistake
here, and accepted dis-information, (from someone impersonating me),
    as information.

(Like I’ve explained about in the e-mails you mention).

I’m going to claim a rapid reclaim, later today.

    But that’s because I don’t have a choice.

I’m dependant on the Jobcentre, to get jobseekers allowance to get
    money for food.

And food and shelter etc., are basic needs, like we learned at
    Commerce and Office-school.

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I send you the signing by post-forms again, like I did a forthnight ago.

Today I got three letters in the post, from the Jobcentre, which I also attach.

The problem is that someone have impersonated me, (it seems),
and told the Jobcentre, that I’m working more than sixteen hours a week.

I haven’t worked more than sixteen hours a week, so this is a lie, (I have to say).

And also, I haven’t gotten any profit/income yet, from my web-shop.

    So this is just balony.

(Like I’ve explained about, in the forwarded e-mail).

So some terrorist have attacked me, by impersonating me, it seems.

So I send the signing on forms, as usual.

And I actually copied you an e-mail about this, (which I sent my solicitor), on 27/5.

So why you write letters to me about this, dated 30/5, I don’t understand.

But I guess you have managed to handle my e-mails from 27/5 and 30/5 by now.

So that I should just ignore the letters I got from you today.

    I hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I’m refering to your text-message, from this morning, (which I attach digital photos of).

You write that I have notified you, that my that my claim has ended.

Council), I have been the victim of impersonation here, it seems.

I have been unemployed, since around November in 2008.

So this is really just one long claim.

But there have been misunderstandings to do with missing letters etc., (that Royal Mail haven’t sent you), it seems.

And now this impersonation, in the e-mail from the Council, on Tuesday.

This is just one attack, in a long row of impersonation-attacks, against me.

I have unfortunately no idea who are writing these funny e-mails in my name.

    If
I report them to the Police, then they just tell me to ignore them,
since this is to with the internet, like they say, (if I remember it
    right).

I’m going to send you all my signing on-forms as usual, next week.

And print a copy of this e-mail, and enclose it with the forms.

    I hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    now someone have written an
e-mail to Liverpool City Council, in my name, (it sems, from an e-mail I
    got from Liverpool Direct today).

And someone impersonating me, have told the Jobcentre I’m no longer unemployed.

But I haven’t worked for Packaging Europe since 2008.

And that job never paid £470 a week.

It didn’t even pay that in a month, (if I remember it right).

So this is like something from some ‘comedians’, (or terrorists), who are doing terror and monitoring me.

    Something like that.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Subject: Update

    Hi

I just thought that I should update you, that I got a job today, working from home for Packaging Europe.

(I also worked for them, some years ago)

I earn 470 pounds a week, and have started, in the new job, today.

Just an update, since I have received jobseekers allowance, until now.

    Regards

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

the Jobcentre have given me two different addresses, for returning these forms.

    I called Huyton Jobcentre on 0845 604 3719 dial 7, around 22/4.

And I got to speak with a young man, who told me to use this address:

    Huyton Jobcentre
    Postal Signing
    Post Handling Site B
    Wolverhampton
    WV 99 1 GW.

    And I called Huyton Jobcente again on 0845 604 3710 dial 7 on 14/5.

Since I hadn’t gotten some forms in the post, which I had been promissed.

And then Thomas McLoughlin there said I should use the address on the
letter he sent me, (on 14/5).

    And that address was:

    Merseyside District
    Jobcentre Plus
    Edendale House
    Lathom Road
    Huyton
    Liverpool
    L36 9XS.

McLouglin said he would send me a same day-payment when he got he
forms, (which I sent on 16/5).

But I still haven’t gotten the payment.

So I also don’t have that much money for e.g. stamps now.

So I thought I could try to send you the forms by e-mail.

(Even if I think that jobcentre-manager Winter, at Williamsson Sq.
jobcentre, told me, (some years ago), that the Jobcentre used around
ten days, to handle an e-mail.

So I’m going to try to call Huyton Jobcentre tomorrow.

To get an update about the missing payment, (this is maybe the tent
missing jobseekers allowance payment, or something like that, in the
last year or so), and to try to get it clear about the addresses.

But e-mails are faster than letters.

And e-mails have a date on them, so I can prove I’ve sent the forms by
the end of the signing on date, (today).

(I had to be in court today, so this wasn’t the first thing I did today eighter.

And I’ve been waiting for my allowance, every day since Monday.

If I had gotten the allowance I could have done one thing at a time.

But now this gets a bit like a mess perhaps.

Since people need money for food etc.

    I can’t live on air.

So I try to send the forms like this, to do it formally correct, and
also I have very little money for food.

I had to walk to the court in the City Centre today.

And I then really can’t afford stamps eighter.

Because I don’t know when I’m going to get money next).

I hope this is going to work.

(To send the signing by post forms by e-mail.

I have gotten a bit mixed signals from the Jobcentre earlier regarding
    sending you forms by e-mail).

Thanks in advance for any help with this!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
