    Hi Erik,

No one from any of the emails copied in has contacted me.

You have confirmed you have left the property and moved back to Norway. If this is the case then the sooner the keys are handed back the sooner we can carry out final inspection and arrange deposit release.

Your rent will become due again on 5th March, if the keys are not handed in by this date then you will be liable for rent.

If you have caused damage to the toilet then you will be liable for this.

The only furniture that is to be left at the property is the furniture that was there before you moved in. Anything else will be disposed off and you will be charged for.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    these now want the keys.

But I’ve told them that I deal with this through you now.

    I haven’t gotten the deposit back, (£350 I think).

But it was also a problem with the toilet there.

I put the dust from the robotic-vacum-cleaner in the toilet, (no vacum-cleaner-bags to throw in the garbage).

And due to that I think the toilet stopped working.

And I tried to fix it, and something inside the toilet got distroyed.

So I just used a bucket to flush the toilet with, after that.

(Because the Landlord freaked me out with their inspections, etc.).

So I guess that has to be fixed from the deposit.

On the other hand they get the flat back early, (I’ve paid the rent untill sometime next month).

And also I’ve left behind a lot of furniture, (and TV).

So they can probably rent it as furnitured now.

And also a washing machine I’ve bought for the flat.

    And a freezer.

    And two micro-waves.

    And also a robotic vacum-cleaner.

And a bed, and quite expensive chair.

    And so on.

And a steam-mop, that I used on the floor, (that was very tacky I’d say, before I used the steam-mop).

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

other problems with this flat, was that ‘everything’ fell down on the bath-room.

They had just used like double-sided-tape to put up the towel-ring, etc.

And also some shelves fell down, (due to that they weren’t properly put up, I’d say, because when people use the shower, then it gets humid, and then stuff fell down there, so previous occupants probably didn’t shower very much, it seems).

    Also the gas-heathers didn’t work.

Only the gas-stove, but one couldn’t really use the owen, because the lowest burner didn’t burn clean, I’d say, (even if I’m from Norway were we almost only use electricity for owens/stoves and not gas)).

I also wonder if it was asbest in the walls there, because one could hear any sound like from the neighbours downstairs and upstairs.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Dear Erik Ribsskog

Re: Visit on behalf of your landlord

Further to the terms of your tenancy agreement we write to respectfully request that we may be allowed to visit your home on the FRIDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2018 BETWEEN 10-4  for the purpose of carrying out a visit on behalf of your landlord.

You do not need to attend but it would be advisable if you have any issues or repairs to report to us. If you are not home, then we will carry out the inspection using the keys that we hold in the office.

It is in your best interest to contact the office immediately if you need to arrange a new date and/or time for us to visit the property, otherwise the inspection will be carried out on the day stated above with the keys we hold.

For any inspections that we are unable to gain access on the date stated in this letter, a fee of £29.17 plus VAT will be charged. This totals £35 and will be deducted from your deposit when you vacate the property.

The Inspection is carried out using an app on a phone. A photo report, similar to the inventory you received prior to moving into the property is produced and sent directly to your landlord. This report is only seen by the office and your landlord and will not be used for anything else.

If for any reason you are unable to open the attached file, please click on the link below for assistance.

    Dear Mr Ribsskog,

I write in response to your recent

    email dated 27 January 2013.

I’m sorry if you feel that my

previous letter was impolite, it was not intended to be. Our concern is simply
to prevent inappropriate emails being sent to our employees. We have not made
any reference to your account having been hacked. What we have said is that you
have previously made us aware of security issues around your account. Since we
are continuing to receive inappropriate emails from your account, which you now
inform us were not sent by you, then I would suggest that there are indeed
security issues of some sort relating to your email account. We received a
further inappropriate email from your account shortly after your last email on
27 January. We would again welcome the opportunity to discuss these issues with
you, but we are respectful of your wish not to attend a meeting with us.

The most recent email was more direct

in content, and constitutes nuisance behaviour directed at our employees
(whether this was perpetrated by yourself or by people who are targeting you).
Therefore we will be contacting the police to discuss the situation to see if
there is anything we can do to resolve this. You have informed us that the
emails are not sent by you and that you have informed the police of this in the
past, so hopefully we will have more luck in raising these issues with them. I
do not want to block your email address at this point as it is your preferred
method of communicating with us, but if we can’t resolve the nuisance
emails then we need to consider the best ways to prevent this.

You have mentioned in your email that

this situation is causing you distress. Please be assured that it is not our
intention to cause any upset. However, I hope that you understand that we are
required to follow up on suspect correspondence primarily out of a duty of care
to our employees, but also to see if we can provide support to yourself if you
    are being targeted.

I would like to share with you the

content of the correspondence we received from your account, as I feel that you
should be aware of the sort of thing that is being sent in your name. However,
I do not want to do this without some assurances that you will not post these
on your blog, as I do not want the officers named in the correspondence to
become potential targets for the internet ‘trolls’ which appear to
    be targeting you.

I would also confirm that the letters

you have received were in fact sent by Royal Mail, but we do not generally use
stamps due to the number of letters we send out. We have what is known as a
franking machine which keeps a record of the letters we send out and prints a
code on the envelope so that Royal Mail can charge us accordingly, so please do
    not be alarmed by this.

I’m sorry if you feel that my previous letter was impolite, it was not intended to be. Our concern is simply to prevent inappropriate emails being sent to our employees.

We have not made any reference to your account having been hacked. What we have said is that you have previously made us aware of security issues around your account. Since we are continuing to receive inappropriate emails from your account, which you now
inform us were not sent by you, then I would suggest that there are indeed security issues of some sort relating to your email account. We received a further inappropriate email from your account shortly after your last email on 27 January. We would again
welcome the opportunity to discuss these issues with you, but we are respectful of your wish not to attend a meeting with us.

The most recent email was more direct in content, and constitutes nuisance behaviour directed at our employees (whether this was perpetrated by yourself or by people

who are targeting you). Therefore we will be contacting the police to discuss the situation to see if there is anything we can do to resolve this. You have informed us that the emails are not sent by you and that you have informed the police of this in the
past, so hopefully we will have more luck in raising these issues with them. I do not want to block your email address at this point as it is your preferred method of communicating with us, but if we can’t resolve the nuisance emails then we need to consider
the best ways to prevent this.

You have mentioned in your email that this situation is causing you distress. Please be assured that it is not our intention to cause any upset. However, I hope

that you understand that we are required to follow up on suspect correspondence primarily out of a duty of care to our employees, but also to see if we can provide support to yourself if you are being targeted.

I would like to share with you the content of the correspondence we received from your account, as I feel that you should be aware of the sort of thing that is

being sent in your name. However, I do not want to do this without some assurances that you will not post these on your blog, as I do not want the officers named in the correspondence to become potential targets for the internet ‘trolls’ which appear to be
    targeting you.

I would also confirm that the letters you have received were in fact sent by Royal Mail, but we do not generally use stamps due to the number of letters we send

out. We have what is known as a franking machine which keeps a record of the letters we send out and prints a code on the envelope so that Royal Mail can charge us accordingly, so please do not be alarmed by this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I sent you an e-mail on 1/6, of last year.
And a reminder on 28/6, of last year.

I can’t see that I’ve recieved replies to these e-mails.

And after that I’ve sent you 17 updates, it says on my e-mail programme.

But I can’t see that I’ve recieved a single e-mail or letter from you, before today.

So it’s like I wrote your board member, I think, that even monkeys can reply faster.

    (Just to joke a bit).

I’ve really been looking for the sister-organisation of ‘Leieboerforeningen’, (the Norwegian Tenants-organisation), for a lot of years, here in the UK.

I haven’t been able to find this organisation.

And I’m disapointed with that Tpas uses 7-8 months to tell me they aren’t like Leieboerforeningen.
(What’s the reason for this delay, I was wondering a bit here).
And I’m disapointed with that Tpas can’t give me advice in the same way as Leieboerforeningen could have done, if I lived in Norway.

Who is the sister-organisation of Leieboerforeningen, (here in the UK), I was wondering.

If there isn’t one, what is the reason for this, (if you know).

Sorry if I’m asking a lot of questions.

Thanks for finally recieving a reply!

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

ok, Leieboerforeningen, (the Norwegian Tenants assosiation), wrote that the tenants assosiations in the UK ‘sliter’, which means ‘struggeling’.
So I thought perhaps noone read my e-mails.

I sent the first e-mails to Tpas, in June, last year.

I would have understood it if it took some days or weeks, to get a reply.
But I think 7-8 months, is a bit long time.

Then it’s getting ridiculous, I think.

Even monkeys can write e-mails in shorter time than that I think.

    (Just to joke a bit).
I’ve already gotten an answer from Tpas, (after you sent an e-mail to them, earlier today), so I’m going to send an e-mail to them aswell.

I’m really looking for an organisation like Leieboerforeningen, in Norway, (Norwegian Tenant’s-organisation).
Tpas wrote that they aren’t like Leieboerforeningen.

I’m a bit disapointed that Tpas use this long time to tell me this.

And I’m also disapointed with that Tpas can’t give me advice in the same way as Leieboerforeningen could have had, if I lived in Norway.

But I’m going to write to Tpas about this as well!

Thank you very much for you reply, and sorry about that I wrote to the wrong e-mail address.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

yesterday I also got a second letter from LHT, I noticed now.
(At first I only saw your ‘Repairs Service’-folder, in that envelope.
But I saw your letter now since I was going to put the folder away with the other Landlord-files).
This second letter was a bit vague, I think, after I’ve read it now.

It only says ‘the matter’, and isn’t specific when it comes to which complaint-issue you mean.
It also doesn’t say the date of my complaint/correspondence.

This is a bit strange to me who has gone to business-school.
It’s almost like something a bit degenerated, I think.

(Even if I almost didn’t dare to write that.

Because I didn’t want to be inpolite).

I’m very sorry if I’m to frank with my feed-back.
But this is frusterating I think, that this mentioned letter is this vague.

Sorry again that I thought I had to write the word ‘degenerated’!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    that’s brilliant.

There was an electrician here on the door now, regarding the lamp in the court.

I showed him which lamp it was, and he was going to take a picture of it, and get it fixed.
I explained it wasn’t to do with this flat really, but with LHT.
By the way, like you know, Keith Court is in Keith Avenue, and Keith Avenue sort of becomes Frodsham Street, when it crosses City Road.

And in Frodsham St. someone have started trowing garbage-bins on the pavement, it seems.

I guess this is to do with the Council, (or something), so I send a copy e-mail to them.
Or else the whole area is going to start to turn into a slum, I think, if people just throw the garbage everywhere.

My grandfather was a councelor, in the municipality of Hadsel, in Northern Norway, in the 60’s and 70’s, and he was on the radio, in Norway, when he quit in that job, and he didn’t like it that people threw garbage everywhere, on the mountain there, I heard when I got the radio-programme in the post, from Norway.
So I think I should complain about this a bit.
Also, I think it’s strange the electrician contacts me, (on my door), about the repair, in the comunal court/LHT-area.

He should speak with LHT about repairs in that area, I think.

That was a bit strange, I think now.

I used to be a Shop Manager in Norway.

And if one of the shops customers complained about something, I wouldn’t have sent a repair-guy on their door to ask whay they meant.
I would have talked to the repair-guy myself.
So this I thought was a bit strange.

People doesn’t want to report problems then if they have to be like LHT-staff.

How could you know I wasn’t out?

    Hm.

Anyway I send the pictures from Frodsham Street.

And I hope the Council don’t have to send people on my door to sort that problem.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog
