    Username of reported account: @godtebutikken
Name of person or company: Godtebutikken.net

Description: They use part of my company-name, Godtebutikken(.net), they imitate my logo and marketing-style, (which is different letters in different colours), they joke about my most sold brand Glacier Mints, (Isbre Mint in Norwegian), which is the initial business-idea, because I started this business, with selling Glacier Mints to Norway, (from the UK), after the shops in Norway quite recently stopped selling them. And I've later also selling other brands. They also impersonate my shop, in tweets, to many well-known people in Norway, who probably don't always understand that this is are fake messages, I guess.

    Full name: Erik Ribsskog
    Email address: info@godtebutikken.net
    Twitter username (optional): @godtebutikk

Anything else? (optional): Yes, they also use my name, Erik Ribsskog, in the logo, and they also use a picture of me, which I've taken myself, and have the copyright to, on the Twitter-page.

My web-shop has been the subject of hacking-attacks, several times, and it seems to me, that this Twitter-page could be part of a large, organised attack, on my e-business, (and/or myself).

This is the second time I send this form, about that Twitter-account, because I sent the first with my own e-mail adresse.

(This is e-mail should be from the web-shop email-address).

Thanks in advance for any help!

Godtebutikk, Apr 01 04:50 pm (PDT):

    Username of reported account: @godtebutikk1
Name of person or company: Godtebutikken.net

Description: They use my web-shop's name, (Godtebutikken.net), as their 'real' name, and @godtebutikk1, as Twitter-name, (the one I use is @godtebutikk, since @godtebutikken was taken, like I've complained about, in an other impersonation-report, against my e-business, earlier today).

They use my logo, (Gb, with green 'G' and yellow 'b'), and they copied my first two tweets, and have then sent other tweets pretending to be my e-business. And have the url, to my e-business, http://www.godtebutikken.net, on their Twitter profile-page.

    Job title: Owner
    Company name: Godtebutikken.net (Erik Ribsskog)
    Company website (optional): http://www.godtebutikken.net/
Your relationship to person or company: owner

    Full name: Erik Ribsskog
    Email address: info@godtebutikken.net
    Twitter username (optional): @godtebutikk

Anything else? (optional): This is the second Twitter-profile I complain about today, for impersonating my e-business, (Godtebutikken.net).

    (The other one was @godtebutikken).

My web-shop also have three sister-branches, for the World, Europe and UK, (Godtebutikken.net is for Norway).

And I've had one sale to the US already.

So I've been working with the new web-shops lately, and haven't had much time to send these complaints, so this has taken a bit of time, for me to realise, what's going on, on Twitter, unfortunately.

My e-business, (Godtebutikken.net), has also been the subject of hacking-attacks, hi-jack-attacks, (from One), and it has also been ridiculed, on national television, (NRK), in Norway, it seems, on a TV-programme called 'tweet4tweet', so it's definetly something going on, (which could be organised perhapst), I think. My webshop also have 438 tweets, but the turn-ower is only about £100 a month, as of yet, so it's a bit strange, with all these attacks, etc. But thanks in advance for any help!
