    Hello,
We’ve received your report and will be taking a look at the issue you reported.
    What happens next?
The Twitter Trust & Safety team will review your report and take action if the user is violating the Twitter Rules (https://twitter.com/rules). We may follow up with you if we need additional information.
Keep in mind, Twitter is a platform that provides a global communication service which encompasses a variety of users with different voices, ideas, and perspectives. As a policy, Twitter does not mediate content or intervene in disputes between users.
Please keep in mind that filing multiple reports will not resolve your issue faster. Rest assured, we are working as quickly as possible, but our ability to respond may be delayed due to a high number of tickets. We thank you for your patience.
    What else can I do?
We recommend that you block users who you believe are being abusive towards you. Blocking the user prevents them from doing the following:
    adding your Twitter account to their lists;
    having their @replies or mentions show in your mentions tab (although these Tweets may still appear in search);
    following you; and
seeing your profile picture on their profile page or in their timeline.
You can read more about how to block other users on the following page: https://support.twitter.com/articles/117063
You can also find more resources for dealing with abusive behavior at our Help Center:
    https://support.twitter.com/articles/15794
    Contact Law Enforcement
If something has gone beyond the point of a personal conflict and has escalated to the point of believable violent threats, whether it be online or offline, please contact your local law enforcement so they can accurately assess the validity of the issue.
If contacted by law enforcement directly, we can work with them and provide the necessary information for their investigation of your issue.
You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines (https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949).
    Thanks,
    Twitter Trust & Safety

SamuelFisher, Dec 12 08:58 am (PST): Hello,
While we understand your frustration, the reported behavior is not in violation of the Twitter Rules (http://twitter.com/rules).
We have found overwhelmingly that responding to users who are intentionally attempting to aggravate you encourages that user to continue their behavior. We recommend you don’t reply, retweet, comment on their behavior, or instigate them. If you’d prefer not to see content from that person, you can block the user using the blocking feature described here: https://support.twitter.com/entries/117063
As a policy, we do not mediate content and we do not intervene in disputes between users. This means that users are allowed to post potentially inflammatory content, provided that they do not violate the Twitter Rules.
If you believe the content or behavior you are reporting is prohibited in your local jurisdiction, please contact your local authorities so they can accurately assess the content or behavior for possible violations of local law. If Twitter is contacted directly by law enforcement, we can work with them and provide assistance for their investigation as well as guidance around possible approaches. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949.
If you’re concerned for your physical safety, please contact your local authorities for further assistance. Please let us know if you believe the behavior has escalated or otherwise violates our rules.

    Reported user: @Grynterbutikken
    Offensive Tweet: https://twitter.com/Grynterbutikken/status/270954046054100993
Text of Tweet: @jeblad Ville ikke tatt @johncons helt alvorlig. Mannen lyver om at han er baron Adeler når han ikke er det (jeg er det).
Tweet time: Nov 20 2012 18:17:33 via web

    Offensive Tweet: https://twitter.com/Grynterbutikken/status/270954197015478272
    Text of Tweet: @johncons Nøff!
Tweet time: Nov 20 2012 18:18:09 via web
What are you reporting?: This user keeps sending me @replies and I don’t want to receive them.
    Blocked user(s): Yes
How long ago did this begin?: 24 hours ago
How many times has this happened?: Only twice, (but this is a new account which seems dedicated to attacking me).
I’ve sent you tens of similar reports lately.
    This seems organised to me.
Further description of problem: The first tweet says to another: I would not have taken @johncons seriously. The man lies about being baron Adeler.
This is a claim I have written about in a book with the ISBN: 978-1477672112
I just say I have a claim for that title.
And that’s not a lie, like I explain about in the book mentioned above.
The second tweet is directed at me and means: Oink!
I find these tweets harrassing and offensive and wanted to please complain about this.

I’ve sent you tens of similar reports in the last days.
    This seems to be organised.
Further description of problem: The name and Twitter-name is Norwegian Wiki-admin Harry Wad and his partner, it seems to me.
They ask me if I’ve eaten pizza lately.
This hints to an episode on Wikipedia in Norwegian were the son of an earlier Norwegian minister Gabrielsen said the company Orkla didn’t like it that I wrote on Wikipedia, (about their pizza-brand which I suspected contained not fine meat), and I was banned from Wikipedia right after this.
Mr. Wad has followed me on irc, Facebook and Wikipedia, and I don’t want anything to do with him, like I’ve published about on my blog earlier.
So I find this comment harassing and offensive.
