    Hi,

I read about this vacancy on the Jobcentre website, and I wanted to please apply for this job.

I’ve been working as a Shop Manager, in Rimi, (owned by ICA and Ahold), in Norway, in three different shops, (Rimi Nylænde, Rimi Kalbakken and Rimi Langhus), from 1998 to 2002.

I had good results, when working as a Shop Manager, I even won a prestigious Shop Management-competition, named ‘Rimi Gullårer’, when I worked as a Shop Manager, at Rimi Langhus, in 2001, and got a pen and a fine letter from Forbes-billonaire and Rimi-founder Stein Erik Hagen.

I also have a degree in IT, from Oslo Univeristy College, after studying there, from 2002 to 2004. And I’ve also studied Information Management, (IT and Business), for two years, at Norwegian College of Information Technology, (NHI), in the late eighties and early nineties.

I attach my CV, and hope to hear back from you!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hei,

    Hi,

I have explained that in the e-mail where you have highlighted a sentence in red.

That your partner Capital One told me last year my signature wasn’t mine.

And that you this year have lied about me not replying to your correspondence.

And that you have made me waste my time since your partner Capital One and yourselves haven’t been able to accept my token-payment-offer like other companies like Swalec, DML and United Utilities have accepted, almost a year ago.

    This is sabotage, I think.

I suspect you and Capital One have a secret agenda here.

And you really should contact your English-teacher about this.

Because I get anoyed when I have to explain the same again and again.

And it’s a saying you have here in the UK, which says it’s no excuse for ignorance.

So eighter you’re ignorant or slow.

So I think you should perhaps find another job.

Like putting spread on sandwiches, or something like that.

    Just an advice.

    Hi,

    ok, I don’t think I have gotten their sort-code and account-number.

    Do you know this?

I also sent you an update, on Saturday, after the e-mail you replied to now.

I’ll paste that in this e-mail now.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

Here’s the update e-mail from Saturday:

    Hi,

I got a new income and expenditure-form in the post from you today.

From 11/10, with the reference D3/49597867.

I contacted your partned Capital One last automn, regarding my new budget.

    I offered you a token-payment-agreement on £1 a month, untill I got a full-time-job.

Capital One told me my signature wasn’t mine, so this process have stalled, since last year.

Now you get back to me.

I’m still unemployed but I’m trying to set a business up, on my spare-time.

And the Jobcentre is ‘messing’ with my jobseekers allowance.

So at the moment, I have to say I don’t have any income.

I could get back to you when I get the jobseekers allowance back.

And then I would offer you the same as last time, £1 a month in token-payments.

I’ve since last year gotten a flat witch was unfurnitured.

So any money I have left after token-payments each month I now buy furniture and other things for the flat with.

And I was going to set up a new budget, when I got a full-time job.

And I’m going to do that.

But I don’t think it’s right that I have to set up a new budget now, because your partner said my signature wasn’t mine, and didn’t accept my new budget, last year.

This has taken so much of my time now, so you should really just delete the debt, I think.

    I’m on Ladders, so I have a high income-potential.

All the hours I’ve spent on you and Captial One should add up to arround the debt I owe you, I think.

So I’m looking forward to hearing from you that my debt with you has been deleted!

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,

    Good morning Erik,

Thank you for contacting us about Wescot.

To make token payments to Wescot you do not need to fill in a giro slip. All you need is their sort code and account number and also

the Wescot reference number starting with DM or D3. You then need to go into your bank and ask them to send £1 payment to Wescot by bank transfer. They may reject the offer of payment but they won’t reject the £1 payment you send and this will reduce the debt
    in time.

If you need any advice then please do not hesitate to call us.

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

I’m not paying token-payments at the moment.

Wescot have sent me a budget-form again now.

But as your collegue there have previously told me I don’t have to fill out this form to get token-payments.

It should be enought that I’ve explained about my situation.

    I’ve offered Wescot a token-payment-arrangement like a ‘million’ times.

But they haven’t sent me giros or anything.

And this is taking a lot of my time now.

Because I’ve been offering Wescot, (and Capital One), a token-payment-arrangement since last year now.

And all I get are standard letters which tells lies like that I haven’t replied to their letters.

When I’ve sent about a million e-mails to them, which I haven’t gotten replies to.

So I now copy this e-mail to Wescot.

And I hope they’ll send me some giros for the token-payment arrangement of £1 a month now.

Or tell me what information they need from me to set up a direct-debit-agreement.

So I hope this will be sorted now.

    Thanks again for the e-mail!

    Hi,

on Saturday I got a letter from Nelson Guest & Partners Solicitiors, witch I attach a scanned copy of.

I’m don’t have the chance to pay 50% of the dept, av the moment, unfortunately.

I’m repeating my offer of a token-payment-arrangement again.

(Which I’ve done many times earlier).

I hope you can ‘stop messing around’ now, (like I think I have to call it), and just accept my token-payment-offer, like the other companies have done.

I don’t understand why you do so much ‘mumbo-jumbo’ surrounding this.

This should be a straight forward tokey-payment agreement.

I hope the CCCS can tell you to stop with your funny letters and just accept my token-payment-agreement, which I have offered you, a million times, (to exaggerate, but anyway).

Captial One even have a football-cup named after you, but you don’t seem to be a serious company.

It’s like being on the candid camera to try get a token-payment-agreement agreed with you.

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

Yes, I send a copy of this e-mail to Wescot as a reminder of my token-payment-offer, of one pound a month untill I find new employement.

I thought it was like you write here, with the budget-form etc., from when I went to business-school, in the eighties.

Even if that was in Norway, I think business-law is mostly the same in the western world.

Mostly based on old British business-law, if I’m not mistaking.

Thank you very much for the help with this!

The information I sent to Capital One was a new token payment-offer after I had to move to Sunderland for some months last year.

    If I remember it right.

I now found a letter on my blog, from Capital One, from 2009, when they also complained about my signature, (so this has happened in both 2009 and 2011), which I attach.

    Thanks again for the advice!

    Hi Erick

Thank you for your email about your Wescot and Capital One accounts.

If you have concerns over the wording of the letter from Wescot, I would advise you to raise a complaint directly with them.

The complaint procedure can take up to 8 weeks and if you are unhappy with any response they give you, you can raise this further with the financial

    ombudsman service.

You don’t need to fill out the budget form that Wescot have sent you. You have advised them that you have already completed a budget with us. Both forms

cover the same areas. If you need a copy of the budget that you completed with us, please let me know as I can send this out to you. The budget can also be sent to Capital One.

I wouldn’t advise you to stop making payments towards the Wescot account. It is in your best interest and benefit that you carry on making a token payment.

It will show that you are willing to pay the account off.

If you don’t make a payment, the creditor can take further action.

I understand you would like to keep the contact in writing but it is also best that you call them to discuss your concerns. This will eliminate any responses

about them not receiving your letters.

You can ask for a Data Access Request from them which will provide you with all the notes made on your account. There may be a charge for this request.

Can you advise me what information you sent to Capital One for them to reject your signature? If your signature hasn’t changed, I would advise you to

contact Capital One and ask for a further explanation, i.e. are they comparing your signature to the signature on the original credit agreement?

Again, you can ask for a Data Access Request to see what has been noted on your account and there may be a charge for this request.

I hope this has been helpful.

Here it’s obvious that the standard letter is used wrongly.

I’m not making a token-payment here, you haven’t read up.

Please escalate to your line manager.

And I don’t think it’s a good idea to call these companies.

It’s better to keep the correspondence in writing, so to keep documentation about what has been agreed.

Thank you for contacting us about your account with Wescot.

Creditors will often send standard collection letters out to you. Standard letters will include certain phrases that may not fit entirely, such as “we have not received a reply”.

Unfortunately even though you are making a token payment we cannot stop creditors from contacting you. You should continue to keep your creditors up to date with your financial situation and offer them the most fair and reasonable offer you can.

It may be best to call your creditors and speak to someone directly. That way all issues can be discussed there and then.

You there write: ‘but we have not received a replyto our previous correspondence’.

But this isn’t right, I’ve earlier written to you e-mails a lot of times offering a token-payment.

Please stop with the monkey-business, and be serious.

    Thank you for your email.

There isn’t anything in the Consumer credit Act that states you must supply these details to a creditor. You can always provide them a copy of the budget and list of creditors that you have done through us.

Regardless of whether they accept the offer or not please continue to make the token payment.

(Like I’ve offered my other creditors).

Wescot don’t accept but wants me to fill out an income and expenditure-form.

I can’t remember that you at CCCS have mentioned that I have to fill out a form like that, when I do budget-work.

It’s like they go a bit to close, and this seems unecessary, to me.

What do you think at CCCS about this?

Does the law say that I have to fill out a form like that?

I attach the letter from Wescot.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik *******

    Hi,

I got an income and expenditure-form, in the post, from you, earlier this week.

I don’t understand the point in me filling out that form.

I’ve already told you that I’m on budget in co-operation, with the CCCS, and that I only can afford to pay a token-payment, (on £1), untill I find new employment.

    So this is my offer.

I don’t understand why you send me this form.

I think is unnessesary paper-work then.

None of my other creditors have sent me a form like that.

They have just accepted my token-payment-offer.

So I hope you can set up a direct debit-agreement, for £1 a month, for this debt.

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,

    Erik *********

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter from 19/7, which I got in the post today.

I’m currently unemployed, and on a budget in co-operation, with CCCS.

My offer to you is the same as to my other creditors, and that is that I pay a one pound token-payment, each month, until I find new employment.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik ********

  • Min Bok 5 – Kapittel 114: Julebordet 2001

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    I wanna know.

    Will you be my girl’.

Og da sang de sånn her, da:

    ‘Oh Erik, Erik.

    I wanna know.

    Will you be my man’.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Og etter der her igjen.

    (Etter midnatt vel.

Og like før musikken slutta, vel).

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Hvem vet).

    Så sånn var det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Men men.

    Men men.

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter from 30/10 which I recieved today.
You write that I have two small businesses.

These are really hobbies, like the Jobcentre have called them earlier.

The first hobby-business, is a couple of years old, and is both a small web-shop, which works, but it’s also to have an online portifolio, when I apply for Web Design-jobs, since I’m unemployed and a full-time jobseeker.

So these hobby-businesses are something I do on my spare-time.

The second hobby-business are books I’ve written about my life in Norway, before I had to go as a refugee to the UK.
But these royalites aren’t that much.

Like this month I didn’t get any income, since I didn’t sell enough books, to get over the payment-threshold, of ten dollars, which CreateSpace/Amazon have for self-publised books.

So I’m not full-time self-employed, like the Jobcentre seem to think.

They haven’t sent me my Jobseekers Allowance, for more than two months, even if I’ve showed them the book-keeping for these hobby-businesses.

They are perhaps infected by some communists or Al Quaida or something, and mess with me.

    Who knows.
I hope it’s enought that I send you, (again), the book-keeping, for these two hobby-businesses.

I also forward this e-mail to a lot of organisations to warn about that there’s something wrong at the Jobcentre, it seems.

Please just contact me if there’s something I’ve forgotten to explain about.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I attached the earlier mentioned form and also the book-keeping for my two, small businesses.
You write in your letter from 5/9 that I should advice you as soon as possible if I have not yet recieved any pay from my businesses.

That’s right, these businesses run a bit in minus yet, so I have still not recieved any payment from any of these two businesses.
Also, I think I should add that my web-shop have been attacked a lot.

It has been hacked a lot and also hi-jacked from One, (by e-mailing them a hoax-e-mail).

And it has even been ridiculed on a TV-programme called Tweet 4 Tweet, about the internet, on the ‘Norwegian BBC’, that’s NRK 3.

So that’s why it has sold less lately, I guess, due to bad publicity, towards this litle business, on state television, in Norway.

I have no idea why I’m being attacked this much, but I’m more or less a refugee, from Norway, having heard there I’m followed by the ‘mafian’, in 2003, and I was the viction of a murder-atempt, in 2005, but Police don’t investigate, for some reason.

Also, the UK have almost doubled the postage for packs like I send to Norway, this spring.

So I’ve had to raise prices, which isn’t good for the turn-over.

And I depend on a high turn-over if this business is going to be succesfull.

But good marketing could still make it sucessful, I think.
    So I haven’t given up.

I also refer to the web-shop(s), (I have one for Norway, one for the UK etc., since I’ve made my own design, since osCommerce was hacked so much, so I’ve made my own, ‘hacker-proof’ design, witch is in HTML, which can’t be hacked, I think), in my cover-letters.

Since I’m an IT-graduate, I apply for Web Design jobs and other IT-jobs.

Then one almost really have to have a portifolio, because employers ask to see your work.

And that’s why I accept to lose like £10 a month on my web-shops, because they are also my web-design-portifolio.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Latetely I’ve also started self-publishing.

I’ve had a blog for five years, and have a lot of material on my blog.

And some of the material is well suited for being published as books, I think.

So I’ve started publishing some old blog-material as books.

But that’s something that I’ve quite recently started with.

The web-shop was my first business.

Please just ask me if there is anything I should explain more about on the form, etc.

Ingeus, (Mary Stevenson), in Sunderland, told me to do book-keeping for my web-shops.

Mark, at the Jobcentre, in Williamsson Sq., has told me the web-shop was a hobby.

And the Jobcentre have put me on the Work Programme, even if I’ve had this web-shop.

I have been in several meetings with the Jobcentre in Sunderland, and Ingeus in Sunderland and Liverpool regarding if I should have really been on a self-employment-programme ran by the Jobcentre.

Rather than being on the Work Programme.

Since Ralph at Elect, in Liverpool has told me the Work Programme has no founds for marketing.

Even if Sencia mentioned they could give me founds for marketing, when I was on the Sencia-programme.

But then my web-shop was so much attacked by hackers, so I didn’t want to advertice for an unstable business.

No, with my new design, (which I’ve contacted patent-offices about, since it’s a click-shop using Javascript, which is inituive, I think, and could be used in other web-shops as well, I think. And this invetion, is my own invention, which I made in 2011, I think it must have been, when I made my own web-shop-solution, after all the attacks on the osCommerce web-shop).

So there’s also my invention, (the click-shop), in this.

I please don’t want to lose the rights for this invention, which could hopefully be sold to other people who want’s to start web-shops, possibly at least, I hope.

So I think there are possibilities here.

Now the web-shop is stable and ready to be broader marketed, I think.

I hope to find some Jobcentre-programme, or job-cafes, like the Jobcentre adviced me about, which have founds for this broad marketing.

But at the moment I have no money, so I don’t understand why you’ve stopped a payment I’ve signed for.

Because this is just part-time-jobs, which I spend 5-10 hours a week running.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter, from 5/9, which I received today.
The work I did, (on the mentioned forms), was only a few hours.

When I went to sign on, at the Jobcentre, four weeks ago, on Thursday.

I wasn’t allowed to sign on.

But I had to have a ‘funny un-scheduled meeting’, (I’d call it), first.

Which I didn’t get to prepare for, at home.

In this meeting I informed that on my two, small businesses, I worked _less_ than 16 hours a week.

(Since this was some kind of limit, I was told).
I also informed that my businesses ran in minus.

And that I didn’t earn any money on them yet.
You say a letter was generated on 28/8.
I got a letter on Friday, last week.
    That’s 7/9.

How can the letter use this long time?

And how the sanction started on 17/8.

How can you send a letter about that, on 28/8?
That’s something to complain about I think.

Because in the meeting I was told I would sign as usual, untill I heard from you.

    But this hasn’t happened.

I signed on, on Thursday, two weeks ago, on Thursday.

But I didn’t get any money on Tuesday, last week.

So I had a protest, on Thursday last week.

And got the generated, (and very slow), letter, on Friday, last week.

How can you inform about a desition almost a month after the desition is made?

It should be the other way around, I think.

Inform about the desition in advance.

This is a business, that I’ve had for two years now.

And the Jobcentre have previously called it a ‘hobby’.
    Now I have no money.
I’m going to read the form, and try to understand how to get money.

Should I apply for Income Benefit, since I have no income yet, from these two, small businesses.

Maybe next year, or something, I can get some income from them.

Thanks in advance for a reply regarding this.

I’ll also try to get the form sent back later today.

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

today I got a new letter from you, (which I attach).

You tell me to post some forms for you, but no forms were enclosed.
I don’t have money for printer-ink or postage since I didn’t get the payment on Tuesday, (which I signed for last week).

Can I go to the Jobcentre in Edge Lane, (where I used to go when I lived in Fairfield, earlier this year), and fill out the forms?
You say I have to send the forms no later than five days after my sign-in-day.

But my sign-in-day was Thursday last week, and that’s already more than five days ago, today, and I got your letter today.
I also think it’s like the Jobcentre have tried to trigger a reaction from me, (like I write in my e-mail yesterday), since you just stop sending my Jobseekers Allowance from 17/8.

You should have told me this well in advance of 17/8 then.
But you tell me this on 7/8.

I would please like to you to have a look at that fact, in case you forget it in all the other information here.

Because if you inform about decitions almost a month later, then people are going to be misarable, and desperate, because they aren’t going to understand anything, and they are going to be hungry, and worry about how to pay their bills, to get money for food, etc.

And they are going to feel humiliated.

I don’t it should be necessary to explain this.

Because it’s well known that people need food, etc.

So I wanted to please complain about this again.

So if you could send me the missing payment as soon as possible please, and also the relevant forms, (which I didn’t get with your letter today), then I’ll buy stamps, and send the forms back as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance for any help with this!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter of 3/9 which I got in the post today.
First I want to complain that I’ve gotten a lot of grey hairs due to your lack of communication, the last couple of days.

I signed for a payment on Thursday last week, at the Jobcentre in Aintree.
So I should have gotten that payment on Tuesday, but I didn’t get it, so now I have no money.
My agreement with the Jobcentre in Aintree was that I would hear from Birkenhead and then we would take it from there.
But you have broken that agreement.

Because I was going to sign on as usual, in the mean-time.

But you messed with a payment in the meantime.

So that means you have broken an agreement and been doing fraud, (I think I have to say), and made me not get food, and made me get a lot of new grey hair, and you also made me have a protest due to the missing payment/fraud, yesterday.

You don’t seem to take people serious.

It’s really no change in my income.
I don’t get any income from my two small businesses, since they don’t earn money yet.

So this is really just dumb.
I’ve been told at the Jobcentre in Williamsson Sq., a couple of years ago, that there is no limit on how long I can claim Jobseekers Allowance.

I asked about this since I was curious due to the Finance Crises.
But now you write about the tax-years 2006 and 2007.

I worked at Arvarto, (first for Randstand and then for Arvato), from 2005 to 2006.

And then as self-employed untill 2008.

So I have been working for many years in the UK.

So I have the right to Jobseekers Allowance like I’m from the EU, I’ve been told by EFTA.

What I am supposed to do now?

Your missing payment have left me with no money, and I have no income from my two businesses.

You punish me for showing initiative, and try to start businesses, I think.

My food and electricity is soon running out.

What am I supposed to do?

How can you make mistakes like this?

    Hi,

I’m refering to your letter from 24/10, which I recieved today.

I’m forwarding you an e-mail which I sent to the Council today, to update you about the situation with the Housing Benefit.

I also attach a letter from the Council, which I got today, regarding this.

The Jobcentre now owes me more than £700 in Jobseekers Allowances, (five missing forthnightly payments).

But I’m working a lot with trying to get this solved, and I contact them about this every day, or so.

So I hope it’s going to be solved as soon as possible.

I also copy this e-mail to the Jobcentre, so perhaps they understand that I need my Jobseekers Allowance to make my budget go around, at the moment.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Erik Ribsskog
