Hi,
this (that one didn’t need a visa to travel to America) was new back in 2005.
The Norwegian newspapers wrote about this.
But they didn’t mention the ‘small printing’.
The Freedom of Information-stuff was to do with, that an airport-cop in Detroit took several photo-copies of my letters of recommendation (from employers) and transcripts (from my ‘home-universities’, in Norway).
(I had to interrupt my studies at University of Sunderland (in the UK) in january 2005 (because that a hip-hop-professor-guy (Frode Eika Sandnes) that possibly is in the same Oslo-gang (Karihaugens Krigere) as my bonus-sister Kirsten Anconas ex Lars Jørgen Pettersen.
Frode Eika Sandnes (a professor at my home-university Oslo University College) messed with application to University of Sunderland.
And also his collegue (at the ‘main-faculty’) messed with my application to the Norwegian Study-Loan Bank Lånekassa.
So I had to use a lot of time (in Sunderland) on economy-stuff (and not studies).
And then I was going to catch up during the Christmas-holiday.
But then my sister Pia, her friend Siv (and their young mulatto-sons Daniel and Dennis) visited me for the Christmas and New Year-holiday.
So it was chaos in the end, so I tried to move to London instead, and find a job.
But I hadn’t had a proper holiday for many years (I worked as a retail-manager in Norway) so after I had to quit living in London (long story) then I wanted a holiday, to get some sun, since I thought that would cheer me up a bit, and I thought I needed a break from Europe, so I bought a budget-ticket (for one of the last seats on the plane) to Detroit/USA, at the airport in Frankfurt, since I had ended up there, and the Germans canceled the flight for Spain/Mallorca, that I had bought a ticket for, some days earlier).
And later, someone tried to murder me, at my uncles farm in Kvelde, in Norway.
This was on July 25th 2005.
And the Police didn’t want to investigate.
And I didn’t trust the Norwegian police (Kvelde/Larvik is a small ‘southern’ town) that much.
So I ran to the UK (Liverpool) again, and then I tried to get the Police to investigate the murder-attemt.
And (to not get killed) I had to run from the farm, very quickly, so I had to leave my suit-case.
So I didn’t get the mentioned letters of recommendation with me (they were in a folder, with the ‘home university-transcripts’ etc.) to the UK (the second time).
As a Store Manager, I won a prestigious in-house/in-chain store running-competition (‘Rimi Gullårer’) as a Store Manager at Rimi Langhus.
And I then got a letter from Rimi-owner (and Forbes-billionaire) Stein Erik Hagen, where he wrote that I was a very good manager, and that I was very hard-working.
And I also had a letter of recommendation from Norsk Hagetidend (almost part of the Norweigan army/defence) editor Knut Lønø.
And these files were photo-copied by the Detroit-airport-cop (a guy with brown hair, and upper-arms like Popeye) in February 2005.
So I was wondering if I could get the case-work sent to me (by email) including my letters of recommendation.
And I also think that I should get compensation for the trans-atlantic-tickets (the Detroit-airport-police forced me to buy an expensive return-ticket with Air France) that ended up being a waste of money.

I’m not sure what else you would like to know. Found on https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/
Does a travel authorization guarantee me admission to the United States?
If your electronic travel authorization is approved, this approval establishes that you are eligible to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program, but does not guarantee that you are admissible to the United States. Upon arrival in the United States you will be inspected by a Customs and Border Protection officer at a port of entry who may determine that you are inadmissible under the Visa Waiver Program or for any reason under United States law.
Are there disadvantages to using the Visa Waiver Program?
Before using the Visa Waiver Program, be aware of the following conditions that apply and carefully consider your options:
If your admission is denied, you have no right to appeal a determination as to admissibility.
What if a Visa Waiver Program applicant is found to be inadmissible?
Travelers applying for admission to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program who are determined to be inadmissible to the United States will be denied admission and returned to their country of origin, or a third country from which the traveler holds a round-trip ticket, aboard the carrier on which the traveler arrived in the United States.

Hi,
this is to do with an old FOIA/Freedom of Information-request.
So I think you’ve gotten it wrong here.
I want a second opinion, from a superior (like the Managing Director) about this.
