    Hi,

    other problems with this flat, was that ‘everything’ fell down on the bath-room.

    They had just used like double-sided-tape to put up the towel-ring, etc.

    And also some shelves fell down, (due to that they weren’t properly put up, I’d say, because when people use the shower, then it gets humid, and then stuff fell down there, so previous occupants probably didn’t shower very much, it seems).

    Also the gas-heathers didn’t work.

    Only the gas-stove, but one couldn’t really use the owen, because the lowest burner didn’t burn clean, I’d say, (even if I’m from Norway were we almost only use electricity for owens/stoves and not gas)).

    I also wonder if it was asbest in the walls there, because one could hear any sound like from the neighbours downstairs and upstairs.

    Further to the terms of your tenancy agreement we write to respectfully request that we may be allowed to visit your home on the FRIDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2018 BETWEEN 10-4  for the purpose of carrying out a visit on behalf of your landlord.

    You do not need to attend but it would be advisable if you have any issues or repairs to report to us. If you are not home, then we will carry out the inspection using the keys that we hold in the office.

    It is in your best interest to contact the office immediately if you need to arrange a new date and/or time for us to visit the property, otherwise the inspection will be carried out on the day stated above with the keys we hold.

    For any inspections that we are unable to gain access on the date stated in this letter, a fee of £29.17 plus VAT will be charged. This totals £35 and will be deducted from your deposit when you vacate the property.

    The Inspection is carried out using an app on a phone. A photo report, similar to the inventory you received prior to moving into the property is produced and sent directly to your landlord. This report is only seen by the office and your landlord and will not be used for anything else.

    it’s isn’t really empty, because I bought a lot of furniture for it, that I couldn’t bring with me on my flight back to Norway.

    I moved out inbetween Christmas and New Year, (but I’ve been a bit occupied in Norway, so I haven’t gotten to tell you before now unfortunately).

    I’ve rented since I was nineteen, and these inspections I’ve never heard of before.

    I lived in Waldemar Thranes gate in Oslo, from 1996 to 2004, and no inspections, (only once, when there was a new owner of my landlord/employer Rimi/ICA).

    There were rat-poison everywhere when I moved in, so you must have been aware of the problem with the mice, I’d say.

    Also, I was first with Golding, (and I got a flat in New Court Road, also in Tuebrook), but they dragged it out and tricked me, so I didn’t have much choise, and one can’t be expected to see every detail, (like the missing ‘D’ on the door, on a viewing), I’d say.

    But this is with Tpas, Taroe and LFB now.

    So I’m going to let them deal with it from now on.

    When did leave?

    All agents carry out property inspections, you were made aware of this when you moved in, and have also signed confirming this.

    I have also double checked the notes and you have never made us aware of any of the issues you mentioned.

    The mice – As per your tenancy agreement it is tenants responsibility to contact the council first. We would then arrange for any holes to be filled if needed.

    Noise from neighbours – We have never been made aware of this, if we had we could have spoken to the other tenants

    Letter D on the door – this has never changed since you viewed the property

    Rubbish outside – This would be down to the building management company Re-Bloom. Belvoir only look after the actual flat.

    Can you confirm f the property is empty now, so we are ok to go in?

    Also I didn’t like it that you said you were going to have ‘inspections’.

    That’s unheard of, I think.

    And also the neighbour downstairs talked load all the time, with a discusting ‘bass-vibrato’ voice.

    So one had to have the TV on loud, so not to get sick by this ‘bass-voice’.

    And no letter ‘D’ on the door.

    (People, (who someone let into the staircase), harrassed me, and wondered if it was ‘E’)).

    Also lots of garbage behind the bins, and sticks, (that someone put there, or if they were from the neighbours garden), that made it imposible to open the bins without making a noise.

    And a shopping-trolley in the garden, (a bit hid).

    It was a bit like in a ghetto, I think.

    And also the people in ‘E’ where fighting and the police were in the stair-case for lots of hours, (so these were probably criminals).

    This was the worst place I ever lived, I think.

    This I wanted to complain about.

    For jeg sjekka Nav.no i går, og der lå det ikke noe kopi av vedtak om sosialstøtte, (fra forrige uke).

    (Så hva egentlig Nav.no/’Ditt NAV’ skal være godt for, med alle sine ‘russiske’ postkasser, osv.

    Det kan man kanskje lure på.

    For vanlig e-post, det har ikke visst ikke Nav Trondheim hørt om.

    De har ihvertfall ikke spurt meg om min e-post-adresse.

    Hverken via søknadsskjema eller på diverse møter der.

    For å si det sånn).

    Så sånn er det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Da jeg gikk inn på Nav.

    Så hadde de en vanlig resepsjonist der.

    Og en ‘vimse-resepsjonist’, (som gikk rundt blant klientene og liksom maste på de).

    Vimsa var opptatt.

    Så jeg stilte meg i kø.

    Og akkurat da det var min tur.

    Så gikk ‘vimse-resepsjonisten’ bort til den vanlige resepsjonisten.

    Og så skreik hu høyt til meg, at: ‘Hei du, vent litt’, (eller noe sånt).

    Men sånn kan man ikke prate til kundene, (vil jeg si).

    Hu sneik seg foran meg liksom, og skreik noe uhølige greier til meg, da.

    (Hu sa ikke: ‘Unnskyld meg’, (for eksempel).

    Og tonen hennes, (og ‘volumet’), var også helt forferdelig.

    Må jeg si).

    Og sånn går det ikke an å oppføre seg, mot kundene, (vil jeg si).

    (Jeg må si at dette var som noe aggressiv kjefting, fra Nav-dama.

    Noe sånt).

    Hvis jeg hadde oppført meg sånn, (mot kundene), da jeg jobba, i Rimi/OBS Triaden/CC Storkjøp.

    Så hadde jeg nok fått sparken, (hvis jeg skulle tippe).

    (Noe sånt).

    Så sånn er nok det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Men men.

    Jeg tok bilde av beina, til ‘vimse-kjeftesmella’, (siden at jeg ble så dårlig behandla, synes jeg):

    På Rema Solsiden, så hadde de, noen morsdags-bløtkaker, som stod på gulvet, ved siden av 50%-disken.

    Og de bløtkakene, er vel egentlig kjølevare, (hvis jeg skal tippe).

    Så om de er noe særlig, å selge, til halv pris, etter at de har stått sånn, på gulvet.

    Det veit jeg ikke.

    Og dette har jeg også blogget om tidligere.

    At sånne 50%-disker er litt skumle.

    For varene må flyttes/prises/håndteres mye, før de havner i ‘ekkel-disken’.

    (Og da blir ikke disse varene oppbevart kjølig, (mens de håndteres/flyttes/prises, av butikk-folka)

    Og disse varene blir derfor dårligere enn de hadde blitt, hvis man hadde latt varene stå i fred, i disken sin, og bare priset de ned der, (for eksempel), eller enda bedre, (siden at man da får registrert svinnet osv., noe som er nødvendig for å bekjempe svinnet), kastet varen i søpla/grisemat-dunken, inne på lageret).

    Så dette er at man selger bakterie-bomber liksom, (på Kiwi og Rema osv.), må man vel si.

    (Noe jeg også har blogget om tidligere.

    At en vare ikke plutselig går fra å være fantastisk bra, til å bli elendig, akkurat ved midnatt, holdbarhets-dato-dagen.

    Men dette er vel mer en gradvis prosess.

    Hvor varen får mer og mer bakterier i seg, (siden at disse formerer seg), dess eldre varen blir, (før den blir spist).

    Noe sånt).

    Så sånn er nok det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Det var ikke sånn at jeg kjøpte kildevann på Bunnpris Buran.

    (Selv om Bunnpris har billigere kildevann, (av merket First Price), enn Rema, (med sitt Taffel Stillvann).

    For å si det sånn).

    Nei, og det er fordi, at jeg har lagt merke til, at denne Bunnpris-butikken, ofte er utsolgt, for First Price kildevann.

    (Noe de også var i dag.

    La jeg tilfeldigvis merke til).

    Og de var også utsolgt, for fire-pakninger, med vanlige Coca Cola-bokser.

    (Noe Bunnpris skryter av, på plakater, (både her og der), at de har tilbud på).

    Og denne butikken, har vært utsolgt, for de nevnte Coca Cola Classic-boksene, i en uke, (eller noe i den duren), vel.

    (Noe sånt).

    Så sånn er det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Men men.

    Det høres kanskje rart ut.

    Det jeg skriver, i PS 3.

    Om at svinnet blir registrert, dersom man kaster det, i grisemat-dunken/søpla, (inne på lageret).

    Men da mener jeg, at man da først, legger de dårlige varene, i en handlevogn, (for eksempel).

    Og så har man en slags ‘seanse’, inne på lageret.

    (Noe jeg ofte jobbet med, som Rimi-leder.

    Spesielt på Rimi Langhus, (hvor jeg jobbet som butikksjef, fra våren 2001 til sommeren 2002)).

    Og da skriver man opp svinnet på svinn-lista.

    Og man kildesorterer muligens de forskjellige delene, av varene.

    (Jeg husker for eksempel, at jeg en gang diskuterte, med min Rimi-butikksjef-kollega ‘Audi-Monica’, på et Rimi-butikksjefmøte.

    Om hvor mange deler, man får, hvis man kildesorterer en dårlig Rapid-salat.

    ‘Audi-Monica’ mente at det ble to deler.

    Plasten og potta/roten, i rest-søppelkassa, vel.

    Og sjølve ‘salat-kvasten’ i grisemat-dunken.

    (Noe sånt).

    Jeg jobba før jeg diskuterte dette, som assistent, på Rimi Bjørndal.

    Og butikksjefen der, var en gammel traver liksom, (Kristian Kvehaugen), og han var vant med, å kaste det meste, i søpla, (og ikke kildesortere).

    Så da jeg ble butikksjef, (høsten 1998), så måtte jeg liksom begynne å lære meg, å kildesortere da, (etter ordre fra distriktsjefen), husker jeg).

    Og så kaster man til slutt det organiske avfallet, (som gjerne er mer eller mindre råttent, eller ihvertfall ikke førsteklasses vare), i grisemat-dunken.

    Og den dunken blir hentet, kanskje noe sånt, som en gang i uka.

    Og så blir det organiske avfallet kokt opp.

    Før grisene får dette som mat, vel.

    Og om det er bra, (eller ikke), det veit jeg ikke.

    Men om det organiske avfallet går til grisemat, eller om det går i rest-avfallet.

    Det er ikke mitt poeng her.

    Men at man får registrert svinnet, (på svinnlister).

    (I forbindelse med at man kaster de dårlige varene).

    Da kan man jobbe med svinnet.

    Man kan ha ukens ‘duste-vare’, liksom.

    Det vil si en vare, som man har tapt mye penger på, en uke.

    (Man finregner alle svinn-listene, og finner ut hvilken vare, som man har tapt mest penger på).

    Og så kutter man enten ut ‘ukens duste-vare’.

    Eller i det minste, så bestiller man mindre, av denne varen, neste uke.

    (Noe sånt).

    Sånn jobbet min Rimi 3164 Lambertseter-assistent Stian Eriksen og jeg, i år 2000, (da vi hadde en som ble kalt PØF, som distriktsjef).

    Og vi fikk da resultater, ganske raskt, ved å ha ukens ‘duste-varer’, liksom.

    Og det var ikke bare en ‘duste-vare’, hver uke.

    Men det var ukens ‘duste-frukt/grønt-vare’, og ukens ‘duste-kjøtt-vare’, osv.

    Så det ble kanskje 5-10 varer, hver uke, som vi enten kutta ut eller bestilte mindre av, da.

    (Noe sånt).

    Hvis ikke det var hver måned, at vi jobba sånn.

    Hm.

    Så sånn var det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Men men.

    Men hvis man for eksempel, har en assistent, som er sykmeldt.

    Så er det kanskje ikke riktig tid, å finne ‘duste-varer’ liksom, (på svinnlistene).

    Så før man kan jobbe så nøye, med svinnet, (som Stian Eriksen og jeg gjorde, på Rimi 3164 Lambertseter).

    Så må man liksom, ha kontroll, på det meste, i butikken.

    (Vil jeg si).

    For at dette ‘duste-vare-greiene’ osv., skal ha en sjanse, til å bli vellykket, liksom.

    (For å si det sånn).

    Så sånn er nok det.
