Hi,

I called RBS now, and spoke with Joan there.

She to couldn’t see who the payments where from, but she contacted the Payment-team, and they said it was from an HSBC-account, with the sort-code 42 08 37.

So I guess that’s the JCP then?

I hope you can have this in mind later, to put your name on the transfers, if this was from you.

I got a regular payment from you, last week, of £142, and that was labeled ‘DWP JSA’, so then I knew it was from you.

But the other payments were just labeled: ‘FP 16/11/12 1433’, and a lot of symbols, so even RBS couldn’t see who sent it.

I’ll try to call you one of the next days, (since you don’t respond to e-mails, like Rude(?) with you said the last time I called you), to try to clear up the mystery surrounding who with a HSBC-account sent these payments.

Since even RBS don’t know who they are.

Just as an update.

Sorry that I’m sending a lot of e-mails regarding this strange mystery! 🙂

I’m forwarding an e-mail regarding problems with the Housing Benefit, to Liverpool City Council, as an update, on my letter, from 29/11, regarding Jobseekers Allowance.

It seems there has been a misunderstanding here, from my side.

I have gotter two payments in the region of £300-400, in the last months.

(One in September and one in November).

I’ve just assumed it was the Housing Benefit, since that usually is in the region of £300-400.

(Because I got the Housing Benefit sent to me directly earlier, and it has recently been resumed.

So I thought it must have been reset who it was going to be sent to, when it was resumed.

And I thought that was why I got these payments, which was only labeled ‘express’, (or something similiar), on my online bank statement).

I now think that these payments must have been two or three Jobseekers Allowances, sent in collected payments.

But I’m also going to contact RBS, to get this made clear.

Like I explain in the forwarded e-mail, to LHT, it has been a misunderstanding, from my side, regarding the Housing Benefit.

Some payments have just been labeled ‘expess’, (or something similar), on my online bank-statement.

And these payments have been in the region of what the Housing Benefit normally is.

So I have assumed that these payments where the Housing Benefit, (sent to my bank-account).

But I’m now going to contact RBS, to get it clear, who these payments have been from.

(I guess they have been from JCP, who have sent me two or three Jobseekers Allowances, in one payment).

I’m sorry about the problems due to this understanding!

(I’m going to complain to RBS about the problems with the bank-statement).

I got a letter from LHT, (sent 24/10), which I attach a scanned copy of.

And there they mention that my Housing Benefit had been stopped.

So that’s why I was sure it was the Housing Benefit, that had been sent to my bank-account directly.

(Like when I lived in Leather Lane, a couple of years ago).

Because I have gotten no letters about the mentioned payments, in the post.

And like I’ve mentioned above, it hasn’t been easy interperated my bank-statement.

Sorry again about the problems with this, and thanks again for the letter!

It says they have sent my Housing Benefit to you, every month.

So it has been a misunderstanding.

Because I got a letter from you last month, (which I attach a scanned copy of), where you told me that my Housing Benefit had been canceled.

So I then assumed that some payments I got on my RBS-account, where the Housing Benefit, from the Council, (because I complained about that the Housing Benefit had been stopped).

So I thought the Council had starting sending me the Housing Benefit, (like they did when I lived in Leather Lane, a couple of years ago).

Because it doesn’t say on my RBS-statement, who the mentioned payments, (which I mention in my earlier e-mails to you, which you sent to Laura Murphy), on my bank-statement.

So I have assumed they were Housing Benefit.

Since they were in the region of £300-400.

(And not in the region of £140, which the Jobseekers Allowance is).

But I’m going to contact RBS now, to check up on this.

I send copies to the Council and the Jobcentre, as updates, (since I’ve contacted them earlier about these payments).

just to update a bit about this.

My main focus has been the problem with the missing Jobseekers Allowance-payments, in the last months.

But from my memory, I can only remember to have recieved Housing Benefit, (which I first thought was Jobseekers Allowance), in September and November.

I can’t see that I’ve recieved any Housing Benefit for October.

I’m also wondering on which date I will recieve future Housing Benefit-payments, (and the amount), so that I can tell my Landlord the exact details regarding future payments.

So I hope you can send me the Hounsing Benefit-payment for October as well.

Since I don’t think the Landlord have gotten Housing Benefit from you, since August.

So they now are going to want rent for September, October and November, from me.

And that’s around £1000.

And you have just sent me, (from my memory), around £700-800, in Housing Benefit.

I got one payment in September, on a bit more than £300, (I think it was).

And I got one payment in November, on a bit more than £400, (I think it was).

(I can check these figures on my bank-statement, if you want me to get the exact figures).

So I think I’ve gotter more than £200 to little in Housing Benefit from you, in the months: September, October and November.

So I wondered if you could check up on this.

Because I want to pay the money I owe to the Landlord.

So that I don’t get arrears with them.

The payments have used said ‘express’, (or something similar), on my online bank-statement.

So this has lead to me misunderstanding about this, unfortunately, it seems.

So I’m going to complain to RBS about this.

just to update a bit about this.

My main focus has been the problem with the missing Jobseekers Allowance-payments, in the last months.

But from my memory, I can only remember to have recieved Housing Benefit, (which I first thought was Jobseekers Allowance), in September and November.

I can’t see that I’ve recieved any Housing Benefit for October.

I’m also wondering on which date I will recieve future Housing Benefit-payments, (and the amount), so that I can tell my Landlord the exact details regarding future payments.

So I hope you can send me the Hounsing Benefit-payment for October as well.

Since I don’t think the Landlord have gotten Housing Benefit from you, since August.

So they now are going to want rent for September, October and November, from me.

And that’s around £1000.

And you have just sent me, (from my memory), around £700-800, in Housing Benefit.

I got one payment in September, on a bit more than £300, (I think it was).

And I got one payment in November, on a bit more than £400, (I think it was).

(I can check these figures on my bank-statement, if you want me to get the exact figures).

thank you for your e-mail!

Today I got a letter from the Council, which I attach.

It says they have sent my Housing Benefit to you, every month.

So it has been a misunderstanding.

Because I got a letter from you last month, (which I attach a scanned copy of), where you told me that my Housing Benefit had been canceled.

So I then assumed that some payments I got on my RBS-account, where the Housing Benefit, from the Council, (because I complained about that the Housing Benefit had been stopped).

So I thought the Council had starting sending me the Housing Benefit, (like they did when I lived in Leather Lane, a couple of years ago).

Because it doesn’t say on my RBS-statement, who the mentioned payments, (which I mention in my earlier e-mails to you, which you sent to Laura Murphy), on my bank-statement.

So I have assumed they were Housing Benefit.

Since they were in the region of £300-400.

(And not in the region of £140, which the Jobseekers Allowance is).

But I’m going to contact RBS now, to check up on this.

I send copies to the Council and the Jobcentre, as updates, (since I’ve contacted them earlier about these payments).

Sorry about the misunderstanding.

Jeg fikk et nytt brev fra Liverpool City Council

Min Bok 5 – Kapittel 141: Kvelde

Noen dager etter at jeg kom hjem fra London.

(Og fortsatt i sommerferien min, sommeren 2003, da).

Så ville broren min Axel ha meg med ned til Kvelde, for å besøke onkel Martin og dem, (husker jeg).

Jeg hadde i mellomtiden avskiltet Sierra-en.

(Siden den bilen egentlig var et vrak, da.

For det var jo ‘alltid’ noe feil med den.

Så jeg hadde ikke råd til å ha den bilen, som student, da.

Så jeg parkerte den, på en gratis parkeringsplass, ved Gamle Aker kirke der.

Hvor jeg kjørte den, uten clutch-wire, (for den røyk jo i Sinsenkrysset, den gangen som Axel og jeg skulle besøke bestemor Ingeborg, i Nevlunghavn, høsten 2002), etter at parkeringsbeviset mitt, (i Rimi-byggets bakgård, som var utvidet, på den her tiden, siden Waldemar Thranes gate 3 ganske nylig hadde blitt revet, av Dokken AS, som jeg har skrevet om, i et tidligere kapittel), nok hadde løpt ut.

For jeg hadde ikke råd til å betale 500-600 i måneden for parkeringsbevis, enda mer for forsikring, og også cirka like mye for bensin, og sikkert en liten formue, til EU-kontroll og reperasjoner.

Som student.

Siden det alltid var noe galt med den bilen, da.

Men jeg syntes at den bilen var litt artig.

Nesten som en veteranbil.

Da Sierra-en var på EU-reparasjon, sommeren 2000, så sa en kar, som jobba på et verksted, på Rommen.

At den bilen var ‘kongebilen’.

Så jeg ville ikke vrake bilen, da.

Av sentimentale grunner, liksom.

Siden den så litt rå ut, siden den var svart metallic, og hadde ganske nye støtfangere osv., (så karosseriet hadde litt høyde, over bakken, liksom).

Men det var såvidt at den bilen hadde passert en EU-kontroll, hos NAF i Sandvika, sommeren 2000.

På grunn av ‘rust på bærende konstruksjoner’, som en vestlending der, (var det vel), førte opp på et skjema, da.

Så det var såvidt at jeg fikk Sierra-en gjennom EU-kontroll, sommeren/høsten år 2000.

Og jeg hadde ikke råd til, (som student), å bruke mange tusen på den bilen igjen, på den neste EU-kontrollen, i år 2002, da.

Da ville jeg ha måttet spise nudler til middag hver dag, tror jeg, (for å si det sånn).

Og det hadde jeg ikke så lyst til, da.

Så derfor så bare parkerte jeg den såkalte kongebilen, på en gratis parkeringsplass, ved Gamle Aker kirke der, da.

Og da våren kom, år 2003, (må det vel ha vært), så ble den bilen tauet inn, av kommunen, (var det vel), på grunn av at de skulle feie der, eller noe sånt, da.

Og det var egentlig like greit.

For den bilen, den var det jo så mye problemer med.

Så den bilen var egentlig ikke noe å spare på da, for å si det sånn.

Ihvertfall ikke hvis man tenkte økonomisk.

Det ville nok være smartere av meg uansett, å kjøpe meg en ny bil, når jeg fikk meg en ny jobb, (som for eksempel IT-sjef med 500-600.000 i årslønn, som jeg så for meg, etter å ha gått tre år, på bachelor IT, ved ingeniørhøyskolen), istedet for å bruke fler tusen på den bilen, som egentlig var et vrak, med stygge bakseter, og masse bulker i karosseriet, osv.

Og den bilen hadde vel allerede kosta meg mellom 50.000 og 100.000, bare i verkstedregninger.

Så den bilen var et utgiftsluk, da.

Og de kriminelle i området, de brøyt seg ‘alltid’ inn i den bilen, da.

Og IF forsikring, de hadde jo nesten kondemnert den bilen, i 1998, da jeg fikk en ny bulk i karosseriet, etter at Dokken AS, hadde skadet bilen min, under rivingen, (som en anonym person ringte og tipset meg om).

Og grunnen til at den bilen nesten ble kondemnert, i 1998.

Det var fordi at listeprisen da bare lå på rundt 15-20.000 vel.

Og at det var så mye bulker og sånn, på den bilen.

Så det ville vært galskap av meg nesten, å dra den bilen gjennom enda en ny EU-kontroll, som student, (vil jeg si).

For jeg hadde liksom brukt nok penger på den bilen da, (for å si det sånn).

Dette var jo en 1986-modell.

Så den bilen var et 16 år gammelt vrak, i 2002 da, (må man vel si).

(Den bilen hadde jo vært gjennom ulykker, osv.

Så det var nok dumt av meg å kjøpe den bilen, høsten 1998.

Da jeg ble butikksjef.

Men jeg var så overarbeida, på den tida.

Så jeg orka ikke å bruke så mye tid, på å finne meg en bil, da.

Så jeg slo til på den første og beste, liksom.

Og jeg syntes også at den bilen så kul ut, da.

Siden den var svart metallic osv., da).

Og jeg hadde råd til å ha den bilen, som en ganske bra betalt butikksjef.

Men jeg måtte nok ha gått ned en del i levestandard, hvis jeg skulle fortsatt å ha den bilen, som student.

Og det ønsket jeg ikke, da.

For jeg var litt deprimert, siden jeg jo hadde sluttet som butikksjef, som jo på en måte er en statusjobb.

Så jeg var litt flau over at jeg ikke var butikksjef lenger, da.

Og brukte derfor en del penger på trøstespising, osv.

Det vil si ferdigmat, iskrem og snacks og sånn.

Som det gikk mye av da, på den her tida.

Ved siden av kyllingfilet, som jeg pleide å steike i en hybelkonfyr.

(Og jeg ble jo også mobbet, på grunn av klærna mine, på HiO IU.

Som jeg har skrevet om i et tidligere kapittel.

Så jeg brukte også mye tid og penger, på den her tida, på å prøve å finne kule klær, i de forskjellige klesbutikkene, i Oslo sentrum, da).

Så den bilen, den har jeg ikke sett, siden jeg parkerte den, ved Gamle Aker kirke, høsten 2002, da.

Selv om jeg vel gikk og sjekka, et par-tre ganger, om den fortsatt stod der.

Men jeg orka ikke å gå til ved Gamle Aker kirke der.

(En gåtur på fem minutter, kanskje).

Hver dag liksom.

For å sjekke om jeg hadde fått en ‘taue-advarsel’, fra kommunen, på bilen.

For jeg var så fokusert, på studier osv. da, på den her tiden.

Så Sierra-en, den gikk litt i glemmeboka, da.

For å si det sånn.

Jeg var ikke så besatt av den bilen, at jeg gikk og sjekka, at den stod på det samme stedet, hver dag, liksom).

Så Axel og jeg, vi måtte ta toget, ned til Larvik, da.

Og vi ble henta, av onkel Martin, (som vel muligens kjørte tante Ellen sin hvite bil, (av et eller annet slag), som også var et ‘vrak’ vel, (og som stod parkert ved gården til onkel Martin sin samboer Grete da, på den her tiden)), på togstasjonen, da.

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

På veien fra togstasjonen og til Kvelde, så begynte onkel Martin og/eller Axel, å ‘bable’ om at vi måtte bade i Farris.

(For Løvås gård, (gården til onkel Martin sin samboer Grete), den lå jo bare noen hundre meter unna Farrisvannet).

Jeg forklarte det, at jeg ikke hadde med meg badetøy, da.

Og da kjørte onkel Martin innom det da ganske nybygde Nordbyen kjøpesenter, i Larvik.

(Som hadde blitt bygget der Nanset Marked lå tidligere.

Hvis jeg ikke tar helt feil).

Jeg var jo nøye, når det gjaldt klær, på grunn av det ‘kles-presset’, (må man vel kalle det), som var ved HiO IU.

(Og som jeg ikke var så vant med, fra kolleger, i Rimi).

Så jeg fant ikke noen badeshorts jeg likte, i sportsbutikken der.

Selv om Axel fant en rød badeshorts, (eller noe sånt), vel.

Men det som var rart, (vil jeg si, som tidligere butikksjef).

Det var at det stod to folk, i disken der.

Og ei dame dreiv tilfeldigvis og spurte han sjefen i kassa, noen spørsmål, om hvordan hu skulle pakke ned en blå Champion badeshorts.

(Enda det vel fortsatt var noen uker igjen av sommeren).

Og den shortsen, den var tilfeldigvis i min størrelse, da.

Og den var tilfeldigvis den eneste badeshortsen, som jeg likte, som de hadde, i den butikken, da.

Så det ble til at jeg spurte om jeg kunne få kjøpe den shortsen, da.

Selv om jeg syntes at hele den ‘badeshorts-settingen’, (når det gjaldt den bablinga om å bade i Farris, og også de tilfeldighetene rundt den Champion-shortsen), var litt spesiell, (for å si det sånn).

(Jeg mener å huske at jeg begynte å lure litt, ihvertfall.

Som tidligere butikksjef, da).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Det var fortsatt mye mer som hendte, den tida, som jeg bodde, på St. Hanshaugen.

Og dette tenkte jeg at jeg skulle prøve å få skrevet mer om, i de neste kapitlene, av Min Bok 5.

Så vi får se om jeg klarer å få til det.

Min Bok 5 – Kapittel 140: Enda mer fra London

På det utestedet, (som het Number 13, eller noe sånt), så dukket det plutselig også opp en boms, (husker jeg).

Det var en uteligger, (vil jeg tippe på, ihvertfall), som så helt jævlig ut, og som vel sikkert lukta helt jævlig også, (tror jeg).

Dette syntes jeg at var litt rart, (husker jeg), siden dette jo var et utested med dørvakt og alt.

Og jeg var der også dagen etter, og da var det en som nettopp hadde kommet ut av fengsel, for drap, som satt og festa der, sammen med to kamerater, (husker jeg).

Og det frika meg litt ut, (må jeg vel si).

Så jeg holdt meg litt unna dem, (resten av kvelden), for å si det sånn.

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Det som skjedde, den første kvelden som jeg var der.

Det var at mens jeg satt ved det samme bordet, som hu dama, fra Manchester.

Så ble jeg plutselig dårlig, for jeg hadde drukket så mye, den kvelden.

Så jeg rakk såvidt å løpe ut av nattklubben og ned trappa og ut i Gerrard St., for å spy.

Og akkurat da jeg var ferdig å spy.

Så dukka det opp en arabisk skjønnhet der.

(Eller hvor hun kan ha vært fra).

Hun var veldig pent kledd, og også veldig slank og sexy.

Hun spurte meg om jeg ville ha meg et nummer, (var det vel).

Og jeg ble nesten gal av å se denne slanke og sexy-e kvinnen.

Så jeg klarte ikke å si nei til det.

Var jeg på ferie, så var jeg på ferie, liksom.

Denne unge kvinnen, som var 19-20 år gammel, (eller noe sånt), vel.

Hu dro meg med til en leilighet, i Covent Garden, etter at jeg hadde tatt ut, (og vel også gitt henne noen penger, for et nummer da).

(Full som jeg var, må jeg vel si, til mitt forsvar).

Men det som overrasket meg.

Da vi kom inn i leiligheten.

Det var det, at der var det en neger, i begynnelsen av 20-åra, (eller noe sånt), da.

(Noe sånt).

Og han satt og så på pornofilmer da, (mener jeg å huske).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Og hu dama og han negeren.

(Som bodde i en to-roms leilighet, var det vel, uten seng, (så de hadde bare en madrass på gulvet, da).

I cirka fjerde etasje vel, i en ganske moderne bygård, i Covent Garden, da.

Som lå cirka fem-ti minutter å gå, fra Number 13, da).

De klarte å lure meg, til å gå i minibanken igjen, for å ta ut enda mer penger, da.

Og jeg ble sur, fordi at han negeren også var der, og fordi at jeg ikke fikk det nummeret, som jeg hadde blitt lovet, da.

Og hu dama, (og vel også han negeren), de røyka noe greier, som jeg ikke er helt sikker på hva var.

(Men det var vel noe slags kokain, tror jeg).

Og jeg ble også budt på å ta et par trekk, da.

Noe jeg gjorde, siden jeg hadde drikki alt for mye, den kvelden, da.

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Etterhvert så dro han negeren, for å møte noen kamerater, eller noe.

(Etter at han sa ‘no penetration’, til hu dama, da.

Altså, han ville bare at hu dama bare maks skulle runke meg, da.

Noe sånt).

Og hu dama, hu skulle kjøpe noe mer kokain, (eller noe sånt).

(Etter at vi hadde chatta litt sammen.

Jeg spurte henne om hvorfor hu ikke studerte.

Men da svarte hu ikke noe særlig.

Og jeg spurte henne om hu hadde noe favorittsted, i London.

Og da svarte hu Finsbury Park, var det vel.

Og hu sa også at hu trodde at jeg ville likt meg i Amsterdam, husker jeg).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Jeg ga vel de her til sammen hundre pund, (eller noe sånt), tror jeg.

Og han negeren, han sa at jeg kunne få ha en porno-DVD, som het ‘Deep Throat’, som sikkerhet, for de her pengene, da.

Så den tok jeg med meg, på ryggen, når hu dama skulle ut og kjøpe kokain, da.

For hu skyldte meg fortsatt et nummer da, (for å si det sånn).

Og jeg hadde drikki veldig mye, den kvelden da.

Men da vi gikk rundt i Covent Garden der.

(Etter å ha møtte en nabo av henne, som spurte i heisen om hun var ‘alright’, vel.

Noe hu svarte ‘ja’ på, mener jeg å huske).

Så skulle hu dama på do.

Eller om det var sånn at vi skulle ha sex på do.

(Noe sånt).

Men hu dama, hu låste seg inne i en sånn do-bås, inne på et offentlig toalett, da.

Og jeg lurte på hva hu dreiv med der, etterhvert.

Så jeg gikk inn i nabo-båsen, og klatra opp på dolokket, på doen der.

Og hu dama, hu slapp et og et tørk dopapir, ned i do, (før hu skylte de ned), da.

(Av en eller annen grunn).

Og da ble jeg litt irritert, husker jeg.

(Siden hu dama bare tulla med meg, da).

Så jeg prøvde å komme meg inn i den do-båsen, som hu dama var i, da.

Men akkurat da, så dukka det opp ei vaskedame og en kar som var ansatt der, da.

(Som begge var fra Pakistan, eller noe sånt, vel).

Og de sa at de hadde sett meg, da jeg stod oppå den doen, (eller noe sånt).

Og da forklarte jeg det, at jeg hadde møtt hu dama, på byen, da.

Og at hu ikke ville komme ut, da.

Men etterhvert så bare dro jeg derfra.

Etter å ha venta litt utafor.

Men jeg så bare at hu vaskedama stakk huet ut, da.

Så da bare dro jeg tilbake i retning av Oxford Street, (eller noe sånt), må det vel ha vært.

Og etter det, så så jeg ikke noe mer, til hu hora, da.

Men den porno-DVD-en, den ligger sammen med tingene mine fra Heimevernet osv., hos City Self-Storage, i Oslo, da.

(Hvis ingen har tulla med de tingene, da).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Og dagen etter, så dro jeg på Tiger Tiger igjen, da.

Og da kom jeg inn.

Siden jeg hadde på meg et par ganske nye Doc Martens sko, da.

Men jeg syntes det var kjedelig der, så jeg dro igjen nesten med en gang, da.

(Etter å ha drukket en flaske Budweiser da, var det vel).

Og på Number 13, så husker jeg at han dørvakta sa det, til noen andre som jobba der, at jeg så litt mer ‘Norwegian’ ut, den kvelden, da.

Siden jeg hadde på meg en hvit Marlboro tennisskjorte da, (var det vel).

Og det var også en svær brite der, (med pondus), i 30-40-årene vel, (og med mørk dress), husker jeg.

(En typisk britisk kar, vel).

Og han spurte meg om jeg likte ‘brown’ or ‘pink’, (husker jeg).

Og jeg var ikke helt sikker på om jeg skjønte hva han mente.

Men jeg trodde først at han bare mente fargene, da.

Og da svarte jeg ‘brown’.

(Siden jeg tenkte at rosa var jentefarge, da).

Men så lurte jeg på om han kanskje mente to-ern, eller fitta, på damene liksom, da.

(At han mente at to-ern var brown og fitta var pink.

Eller noe sånt).

Så da forrandret jeg svaret mitt til pink, da.

Men jeg er fortsatt ikke sikker på hva han briten egentlig mente.

(Må jeg innrømme).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Det var fortsatt mye mer som hendte, den tida, som jeg bodde, på St. Hanshaugen.

Og dette tenkte jeg at jeg skulle prøve å få skrevet mer om, i de neste kapitlene, av Min Bok 5.

Så vi får se om jeg klarer å få til det.
