Flashback til 2006. (In Norwegian).

(In Norwegian).
Men men.
Men men.
Men men.
Men men.
Men men.
Men men.
Men men.
Men bedre sent enn aldri.
Men men.
Men men.
Men men.
I Sunderland.
Enda studiet begynte i september.

Facebook-message from Katri, from Arvato Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.
Hi,
Between
Katri
Mannola
and YouOctober
30 at 11:23pmI
was just browsing through some Facebook-pages, to do with Arvato
etc.(I’ve started a case against them).
You alright
then?Erik
Today
at 4:12pmHej
Erik!Nice to hear from you. How are you? Still in Liverpool?
I moved back to Finland and now doing my masters in Helsinki. What
is this case you have against Arvato? They are evil, so well done. I
really hope you win!-Katri
Today
at 4:24pmHi
Katri, thank you very much for your answer!
I’m still
in Liverpool, I’ve been working as a company researches, taking calls
to Scandinavian companies from home, since I was constructivly
dismissed, from Arvato.I’m complaining about the bullying,
from team-leader Vivian Steinsland, and the shouting ‘name, you’re on
wrap-up’, that I was given to few rest-days, that team-leader Baines,
Bon Prix, followed me home. That STL Tippins, lied in a
meeting, and that Rushby, HR and Tippins, tried to cover up for
Baines, in a meeting. And much more.
I’ll find a link
to this if you’re interested.I thought that maybe some of the
Nordic women working at Arvato were in problems.I remember
hearing you say, to team-leader Line, that you didn’t dear to bring
your boyfriend to Helsinki, but only to Stockholm, in the Christmas
holyday, or what it was.But it could be that I heard
wrong.That’s possible.
I’ve also been a bit worried
for the other girls there, like Emelie, who was missing from work,
for months, even if she worked there full-time, and Anna Riski, who
started crying there, and also Marianne Hoeksas, started crying
there.But anyway.
I remember that you got a bit
shouted at, when you were taking the Finnish calls, and rejecting the
customers to activate Windows, that you were just sitting there, and
taking the abuse, in stead of hanging up.But then they would
have maybe complained, but maybe the team-leaders should have helped
you.I’ll add the links, so please tell me if there is
something you know about the problems there, or with the girls
working there. Thanks again for your answer, and good luck
with your masters!Erik
PS.

Today
at 5:17pmThanks
for the links.I really hope you come out as winner in this
thing. My ex-boyfriend(we broke up) worked for arvato and ian was his
boss. It was horrible seeing how they treated him.
Is it costing
you a lot to do this? Do you have an attorney? What are the chances
of winning? After coming to Finland I realized that in England the
worker is without rights and pay is really bad. I now work for a
financing company and the law is always on the workers side, and pay
is double to that in england. But then again the nordic countries are
ahead so much.Today
at 5:19pmBy
the way, send messages to Judith and Karoliina. They are on my
friends list. I’m sure Judith would like to hear from you.Today
at 5:39pmHi,
I
try to get founding from legal aid, which is free, if you get help
from the law-firm.But I haven’t got any agreements with
law-frims on this yet, but I haven’t given up.I’ve also been
in contact with the Norwegian embassy, in London, who are supporsed
to call me again now.The police weren’t interested to help,
so they sent me to the Citizens Advice Bureau. But both the
police and the CAB, have been bulying me, since I think it really is
a criminal-case as well, and not only an employment-case, because I
was bullied almost to death there, or how I shoud explain it.So
it has taken me a lot of time, but not money, but time I could have
used at work, but at least I’ve got it published on the
publising-site.I’ve been discusing the problems there, on the
BBC message-board etc., and got told, that Arvato used illigal
managment methods etc, that were bullying. (The shouting, you’re on
wrap-up etc).I contacted Christine Hansen, the other day, she
said it was like being in prison working there, and I think it got
worse, after people like Vivian Steinsland became team-leader, and
also after Ian Carrel became Managing Director.(From around
the summer of 2006, it got a lot worse working for MSPA, I’d say).I
had a meeting with Carrel, but he put Rushby, from HR, in charge of
the investigation of the problems I’d reported, even if I had
complained about her, in the e-mail to Carrel, that she was involved
in the covering up, of the harassment from Baines.I told the
Police this, and they said that the CAB was ‘government’, which they
aren’t, they are a charity. But it seemed to me, that the
Police etc., could be involved in this. And that this could be
why there are problems like these in Britain.I think people
are protected, by laws etc., but that the system with the police, and
the CAB and the Law Society and the LSC and the law-firms etc, is
corrupt. That’s how it could seem to me.
I’ll see if I
contact Judith and Katariina.I had some problems with Judith
there, but maybe I can bring them up.We’ll see.
Now
I’m trying to find new employment, since the project I’ve been
working on since I had to quit at Arvato, has ended, but I’m going to
try to deal with the case anyway.I’m waiting for Arvato to
send me my file there now, that I was adviced by a law firm in
Wrexham, to ask them if they could do.So I’ll upload those
files when I recieve them.If you have the time to look at the
files, and have any comments etc, then please just tell me.I
remember once I was working an early shift, at Arvato. Then I
went to Tesco, to buy food, and then you were in Matthew St., I think
it was, and then you took a taxi home, I seem to remember. But
maybe the study-finance is good in Finland. Not that it’s my
business. But if you want, I can update you, when I know more
about the case.Erik

PS.
Ante Valente, is really a Lappish chef, played by Norwegian comedian Herodes Falsk, from Drammen, the nearest big town, from where I used to live in Norway, Berger, before I moved to Oslo, in 1989.
The first name ‘Ante’ is Lappish, the last-name, is taken from a food-program chef, on Norwegian tv-channel, TV-Norge, Gino Valente, who made Italian food etc., in the nineties.
I sometimes use this comedy-name as a nick, when I don’t want to use my own name for some reason etc.
The first years, that I had the internet, then I didn’t like to use my own name, to register on internet-sites etc., so I often just wrote ‘Ante Valente’ etc.
Which I also did from old habbit, when I registered the erik.ribsskog@googlemail.com, e-mail account, in 2006, so it lookes a bit stupid.
But this was on a day in 2006, when I had the early-shift, at Arvato, and it was before the e-mail rules, and internet-rules, really became strict.
But I was a bit tired, so I just wrote Ante Valente, by old habbit, I didn’t think of the fact, that it would look stupid on the e-mails.
Just to try to explain.
Here’s more about Ante Valente.
(This is 80’s/90’s humor, which was considered stupid even then, so it’s maybe not so funny now, but anyway):
Today we’ll learn to make the famous reindeer-sandwich from Karasjok (in northern Norway).
But before we start, we have to relax completely.
How do we relax completely?
With massage?
No, no, no. (Said in a Lappish way).
With jacuzi?
No, no, no.
With liquer?
Yes, yes.
Now we are relaxed.
Now we have to make the food.
Where’s the reindeer?
(Looks in the cupboards etc.).
No reindeer here.
Yes, yes, yes.
Then we have to make snowmobile-sandwich instead.
First we need two big slices of bread.
And then butter.
Yes, yes, yes.
And then spread.
Spread is important.
(Pours on liquor).
How do we prepare snowmobile-sandwich?
Should it be barbequed?
No, no, no.
Should it be shaked?
No, no, no.
It should be drunk!
(Puts the bread-slices the food-processor).
Maybe we have forgotten a bit spread.
(Poures on more liquor).
Let’s hope that we haven’t used to much butter.
See you next week!

Men kanskje
nettet? Det hadde
vært dritkult i såfall!

Sendte mange
søknader i går.

Hei,
å laste ned for studenter osv.

of Sunderland.
service/kundebehandling.
Har dessverre ikke noen scanner her nå, men her er en liste med hvilke eksamener
jeg har fra HIO:
Diskret Matematikk: A
Programmering (Java): B
Web-prosjekt: A
Programutvikling (Java): B
Datamaskinarkitektur: C
Statistikk: C
Systemutvikling: B
System og nettverksadm: B
Relasjonsdatabaser: E
NHI:
Grunnkurs programmering: 2.1
Databaser og datamodeller: 2.1
Operativsystemer: 2.2
Algoritmer og datastrukturer: 3.0
Markedsføring: 2.4
Organisasjon og ledelse: 3.2
Finansiering: 3.5
Datasikkerhet: 1.9
Kvalitetssikring: 2.9
Ekspertsystemer: 3.5
Vennlig hilsen
Erik Ribsskog

First off, welcome. And thanks
for agreeing to help us test Gmail. By now you probably know the key ways in
which Gmail differs from traditional webmail services. Searching instead of
filing. A free gigabyte of storage. Messages displayed in context as conversations.
So what else is new?
Gmail has many other special features that will become apparent as you use
your account. To help you get started, we encourage you to visit our
Help Center, there you can browse
frequently asked questions, read our
Getting Started guide,
or contact the Gmail User Support Team. You'll also find information in the Help
Center on such topics as:
Importing your contacts from Yahoo! Mail, Outlook, and others to Gmail
- Using address auto-complete
- Setting up filters for incoming mail
- Using advanced search options
You may also have noticed some text ads or related links to the right of this
message. They're placed there in the same way that ads are placed alongside
Google search results and, through our AdSense program, on content pages across
the web. The matching of ads to content in your Gmail messages is performed
entirely by computers; never by people. Because the ads and links are matched
to information that is of interest to you, we hope you'll find them relevant
and useful. We're working hard during our limited test to improve Gmail and make it the best
webmail service around. Thanks for taking the plunge with us. We hope you'll
enjoy Google's approach to email.Thanks,
The Gmail Team

Dear Customer
Thank you for purchasing a Vodafone Mobile connect card
through Genesis Communications.
We would like to provide you with the following important
information which will help you in using the card. Please read the following and carry out
what actions you feel necessary based on our advice, although our advice is
based on individual findings therefore we cannot be held responsible for any
damages arising from following advice obtained here. Pay as you use customers – please read the
attached document PAYU Activation letter before you proceed. How your account is charged
Instead of being charged per min for your connection to the
internet, when using the data card you are charged per mb of information
transferred. 1mb = approx 20-30 web pages of browsing or approx 100
emails of 100 words in length(not including attachments). On the basic tariff (MOCOMED) you are charged £20 per month
for the first 75mb of usage whilst in the UK. PAY AS YOU USE is charged at £2 per mb.You are then charged £1.50 per mb thereafter.
Tariff upgrades
You may upgrade your tariff although you cannot downgrade
for 6 months afterwards, other tariffs include VFMC200 (£25 for 250mb, £1 per mb
thereafter), MOBCNUN
(£45 for 1000mb, £1 per mb thereafter) and MOBCONT TRAVEL TARIFF (£95 for
1000mb and 100 mb
inclusive whilst abroad when
roaming on other Vodafone networks where they have a 3G roaming agreement; see
Vodafone’s website for details of these countries)You can upgrade your tariff at any time simply by clicking
here to return an email detailing your requirements. PAY AS YOU USE CUSTOMERS – YOU
MUST UNDERTAKE A CONTRACT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THESE TARIFFS. PLEASE CALL
US OR RETURN EMAIL TO MAKE ENQUIRIES.Using the card abroad
As with a mobile phone, you are subject to roaming charges
whilst travelling abroad. We
now have a tariff for the frequent traveller, please see section on Tariff
upgrades above for the tariff information. For approximate up to date call cost and
coverage information, please visit www.vodafone.co.uk
Automatic updates
Many programs in use today have the capability to utilise an
internet connection to see whether there are any updates available to their
software. In doing this interrogation alone, packets of data are being
transferred, often “in the background”, resulting in heavier usage
than has been recorded or actively used by the end user.Examples of programs known to do this are Windows XP, Norton
antivirus and McAfee virus scan. How to disable auto updates in Windows XP:
Start -> Settings/Control panel -> System (in classic view) -> Automatic Updates -> tick box “turn off auto updates completely”The
usage counterThe usage counter only registers data
which is processed through the Vodafone software; anything which is downloaded via
alternative software e.g. Norton Anti-Virus or Windows updates will not be
registered on the usage counter. This is because some programs can
utilise the connection without having to be recognised by the Vodafone
software. Therefore, we have a more accurate record of your usage which
you can access by inputting your unique ID number into the search box on http://www.genesis-communications.co.uk/bundles/ bundles.aspx
Insurance
Your data card may be invaluable to your business, your only
method of communication or simply an emergency measure when no other connection
is available. Whatever your needs, should something happen to your data
card that is not covered by the manufacturers warranty such as theft, you could
lose your card with the prospect of still having a contractual amount to pay
each month!!We recognise the problems you could encounter in
today’s modern age and provide insurance services to cater for such
difficulties. Please see the attached documents for information about the
insurance cover on offer. Should
you wish to take advantage of our insurance cover, please quote your account no. and reply through this link.FAQs
This page cannot be displayed –
Norton Anti-virusSince releasing the Data card several updates to Norton have
posed problems resolving web pages and retrieving emails. This can be resolved
with the following solution:-To connect manually:
1) open the
Vodafone software to establish a network.2) Close the
Vodafone dashboard by clicking on the X in the top right hand corner (lights
remain the same on datacard)3) Click
start->connect to-> vodafoneUK/3Gprefered to connect to the network4) Browse
normally5) To check up
to date usage (within 48hrs) just input the unique ID into this site http://www.genesis-communications.co.uk/bundles/ bundles.aspx This should enable you to use the data card fully with
Symantec anti-virus software by by-passing the Vodafone software. You can check for updates and patches for the software on www.business.vodafone.com
Error 619, 720 or 692
You are not able to connect as there is either a bar on the
account or the profile is set up incorrectly.First, check the profile – Vodafone 3G data card
selected, 3G preferred, APN=Internet, username & password=web. If the problem still occurs, please contact technical
support. If you have any further technical queries, please contact
myself or any of our highly skilled technical staff on 08707879687 or email us

Dear Erik
Thank you for your
application. I believe you have the right qualifications to collaborate
successfully on our project. Therefore, I would like to offer you some work, as
a freelancer (which means we are your “customer”, not
“employer”), working from home. We would pay according to the
amount of work done, so you would have flexibility to work the number of hours
you wish. By the way, in order to do the work you would need access to a
computer and telephone.Our publication
“Packaging Europe” is collecting information in order to create a
directory of the European packaging industry. We need Norwegian / Swedish /
Danish speakers to assist us in contacting Norwegian / Swedish / Danish
packaging firms to verify the data we have and find out about their products
and services. This would involve using the telephone and internet quite a lot.
You could potentially begin work immediately. Our project will last
about 4 months. However, our company is growing and we have excellent
opportunities for talented people with languages, so if we are impressed with
your work, there is a good chance our relationship will continue.I include a brief
description of the task below. If you are interested in the work or would like
any further information, please let me know.Processing company
informationWe have already obtained lists of companies, but we need to check
the information we have and to find out more details about companies’
services and products. We require fluent speakers who are confident using the telephone
and would be able to find out technical information for us. (Our staff finds
that checking company websites is also useful.)Accessing our database through the internet, you would check / update
the basic information about the company that we already have, and also collect
extra data about the companies’ products and services. The technical
vocabulary will be provided in translation. Our payment for this task is:
UK
£1.10 — for each company where basic information and contact information is
complete and accurate.UK
£0.40 — for each company where basic information only is checked.UK
£0.25 — for each company that
needs to be deleted – because you learn that it has nothing to do with
packaging (as these conversations take much less time!).We also pay the cost of
telephone calls. Please let me know if
you are interested and I will send you further instructions on our database www.packagingeuropedirectory.com .
Kind regards

(In Norwegian).
PS.
Alstå i custody.
Men men.
Så sånn var det.
Med vennlig hilsen
Erik Ribsskog

The Law Society never asked me to explain about the lies from Morecrofts in this file. They must have bought them. I didn’t behave out of line at all.
Resolution form
Part 1:

reference: I called your office last week, and I was at your office

I would send this resolution form to your companies e-mail address. My name:

Phone-number:
0151 236 3298.Mobile: 0775
834 9954.Part 2:
The person
dealing with my case is or was:First it was
Eleanor Pool who dealt with the case as a duty solicitor from
Morecroftson the
meeting in the CAB on 27/2.Then, after I
agreed with Pool on that I would pay for the case with a payment-plantype of
founding, then the case was dealt with by Mr. Milletts secretary
Samantha,on behalf of
Mr. Millett.My complaint is:
1. Pool told me on 11/4
that it would be ok for me to pay for the case with a payment-plan type of founding.
Yet, when Samantha called
me on 24/4, (after I had called Pool earlier that day toask why noone had called
me about a meeting, like we had agreed on when I wentto Morecrofts on 11/4),
she said that I first had to pay Morecrofts £250, before I
couldget to speak with Mr.
Millett about the case.I told Samantha, on the
phone on 24/4, that this was not what I had agreed with Pool.I told Samantha that Pool
had said it would be ok with a payment-plan type of founding, but Samantha said that it
wouldn’t be possible with a payment-plan.I said that I needed some
more time to think about this, and after this phone-call, Ihave been in contact with
the Law Society and others, to get advice on how to deal withthis situation.
I’ve also been in regular
contact with Samantha after this, to update her about what I’vebeen doing to try to sort
with the founding, and more, regarding the case.I took some weeks for it
to get clear to me exactly how I should go forward to complainabout this approperatly,
but last week, I recieved a Resolution form from the Law Society, and I called your
reseption on 18/5, asking for the name of the solicitor who deals
withcomplaints, and also
informing on that I would go to your office this week with theresolution form.
I asked the reseptionist
to inform Samantha about this, and also asked her if she couldinform the other persons
in the company that she thought needed to be informed aboutthis.
Complaint 1A: I would like
to complain about that I was promised by Pool on 11/4 that thecase could be payed for
with a payment-plan founding solution, but that Samanthalater told me that the
case couldn’t be payed for with a payment-plan founding solution.I think that when Pool
tells me that this is ok on 11/4, then what she says as arepresentative of
Morecrofts is binding for the company, and then it shouldn’tbe changed later by the
company.Complaint 1B: I would also
like to complain about that even if I told Samantha thatI had agreed with Pool on
11/4 to pay for the case with a payment-plan foundingsolution, Samantha still
insisted on that this wasn’t possible.
I think Samantha
shouldn’t have ignored what I was saying. And if she didn’t trust me,she could have checked
this with Pool, and got it confirmed that we had alreadyagreed on that I could pay
for the case with a payment-plan solution.2. When Samantha called me
on 24/4, she said told me that she had been trying tocall me on my mobile three
times since 11/4. (To set up a meeting for me with Mr.Millett, must have been
the reason for her to call me. I agreed with Pool on 11/4,that someone from your
company would call me to set up a meeting with Mr.Millett about the case.)
Since I was in contact
with the police in January, (and also started applying for new jobsetc. in January), I have
been carefull with having the ring-tone level on my two mobile-phones on a high level, so
that I shouldn’t miss calles from new employers, the policeetc.
(And I try to use my
newest mobile for buisness-calls, but I might have given Pool thenumber to my old mobile on
the meeting at the CAB on 27/2, since it got a bit stressfulin the meeting that day,
since the meeting was only scheduled to last thirty minutes, and I wasnt aware of that
untill the thirthy minutes had passed, so it could be that Igave her the number to my
old mobile, from old habit, when Pool asked me for mycontact-information).
But because I had taken
care to have both the phones switched on, and also havethe ring-tone volume-level
on loud on both mobiles, then I found it very unlikely thatI would manage to miss
three phone-calls from Morecrofts between 11/4 and 24/4.So I asked Samantha if she
had been calling from the number that are on yourletters, and first she
didn’t answer, she just asked me why I was asking so manyquestions.
I answered that I was
really only asking one question, and then she answered that shehad been calling from that
number.After the call, I checked
the call-registry on both my mobiles, just to be 100% certain, but I couldn’t find any
calls from Morecrofts on any of the call-registries.Complaint 2A: I would like
to complain about that noone called me from Morcrofts toset up a meeting about the
case, even if Pool on 11/4 said that someone would.Complaint 2B: I would like
to complain about that Samantha said that she had tryedto call me three times
between 11/4 and 24/4, on my mobile, but this can’t be right, since on my there haven’t
been any calls from Morecrofts to any of my mobiles, inthis periode.
3. On the meeting with
Pool on the CAB on 27/2, I wasn’t informed on that the meetingonly lasted thirty
minutes, untill Pool informed me about this when the thirty minuteshad passed.
Complaint 3: I think Pool
should have informed me on that the meeting only lastedthirthy minutes, before
the meeting started, then it would have been possible forme to plan which things I
wanted to bring up in the meeting, in a way so thatI could get the most
imortant things brought up before the meeting had ended.4. In the meeting on 27/2,
Pool adviced me on telling the details of the case tothe jobcentre, who then
would have given it on to my old employer.(This was regarding a
question-form that the jobcentre had sent me, and whichthey only gave me a week
to reply on).Since I wasn’t aware on
that the meeting only lasted thirty minutes, untill thethirty minutes had passed,
the meeting got a bit stressful at the end.I only had a couple of
days left to deliver the answer to the jobcentre-form orelse I could have lost my
allowance, since I was unemployed at that time.
So I reckoned that
this was about the only chance I would get to get adviceon how to answer the form,
since I reckoned that it would take more thana couple of days to
arrange a new similar meeting.
So I asked if Pool
could have a look at the form before we ended the meeting.
Then Pool advised me
to answer the questions to the job-centre.Complaint 4A: I’m not sure
if Pool should have adviced me to answer thequestions to the
job-centre, since those questions were about the samethings that were covered
about the case. So, I think that, since
that I from November last year, have been in contactwith the police, the CAB,
and your company about this case in whichthese questions are dealt
with, then I think that these questions shouldntbeen dealt with at the
jobcentre, or other places, untill the legal-processthat I started by
contacting the police in Novemeber had ended.Complaint 4B: I’m not an
expert on this, but this is how I see this after thinkingmore about this. I reckon
that Pool should maybe have set up a new meetingto disuss the rest of
issues that we didn’t have time to disuss on the firstmeeting. (I’m not an
expert on how duty solicitor meetings should bearranged, but I reckon
that if I want to find out if this was done right, I shouldwrite it in this form
now.)5. I didn’t know anything
about legal-aid and how the other different foundingalternatives (payment plan
etc.), for cases that was sent from the police, via the CAB, to a duty
solicitor, untill the weeks after the meeting onthe CAB on 27/2.
Complaint 5: I think that
I should have been informed on in the meetingat the CAB on 27/2 that
Morecrofts only accepted founding from privatefounds (and not from
legal-aid).
I didnt get aware of
this untill Pool told me this when I went to your officeon 19/3.
I think that since this
was an employement case, I should have beeninformed on that it wasn’t
possible to pay for the case by legal-aid.6. When Samantha called me
on 24/4, I remember that she keptinterupting me all the
time while we were speaking about the caseand the things regarding
the case.At the end of the call I
explained to her that I fould it difficult to comunicatewith her, when she kept
interupting me all the time.I got her to agree on that
we should try to speak only one at the timefor the rest of the call,
and we managed to do that for the remaindingone or two minutes of the
call.Complaint 6: I think that
it shouldn’t be necessary to make specialagreements about that one
should interrupt eachother during a call.I think people working for
legal firms, and that are used to dealingwith members of the puplic
regarding legal cases, should know thisfrom before.
So I would like to
complain about this anyway, even if it went fine withthe call for the last one
or two minutes.7. When I called Samantha
on 11/5, I explained that I had tryed to callher earler that week, and
that I had left her a voice-mail etc.Samantha said that I could
have called her the day before, that shewas in then.
But I had try to call
her the day before, and the reseptionist had toldme that Samantha wasn’t in
that day. Also Samantha told me that
I should have left her a voice-message,even if I did this when I
tryed to call her on 9/5.I had also told the
reseptionist to tell Samantha that I had been tryingto call her on 10/5.
On 8/5 I also tryed to
call Morecrofts on the number that is on theirletters, at around 3.30
pm. (I tryed to call at least twice around thattime on your main
phone-number, 0151 236 8871).Complaint 7A: So I’d like
to complain about your company not answeringthe phone on 8/5, and on
Samantha saying that I should have left avoice-mail when I had done
it, and on Samantha saying that she wasin on 10/5, when the
reseptionist had told me that she was not in.I think one incident like
this could be accepted, but when there arethree incidents like this,
just to get in contact with a person in yourcompany, than I think
isn’t really acceptable. Also in the conversation
with Samantha on 11/5, I had to keep tellingher to please slow down
the speed when she was speaking.
She was speaking very
fast (and with an accent), so it wasn’t possiblefor me to understand what
she was saying, much of the time. And even if I repeatedly
asked her to please remember that I wasn’tBritish, and to therefore
please speak a bit slower, she kept ignoringme and kept on talking
very fast.(When I studied at the
University of Sunderland, I took a test that for alarge part was about
understanding spoken English. And I got a goodresult on the test, so I
didn’t need to take English classes to followthe lectures at the
universityl. But when I spoke with Samantha on11/5, I didn’t have a
chance of understanding large parts of what shewas saying. I usually
don’t have this problem at all when speakingwith English people).
Complaint 7B: I think a
person working with customer in a legal firm, should try to make an
effort to speak in a way that is easy to understand, especially if one are
asked to please speak slower many times bythe customer calling.
Part 3
I am happy for you to deal
with my complaint in writing.I would like the following
to sort out my complaint:I am seeking further
advice on how to get the case out of the situation it isin now (regarding the
finance), and this is the most important thing for me,to get the case
progressing in an appropriate way, including with the founding.I think that I would
please like to have another contact in your company ifthats possible, due to the
comunication-problems explained in complaintnumber 1, 6 and 7.
I also think that the
other issues should be dealt with approperatly.PS.
Like it says in the letter above, Morecrofts, don’t accept founding, from the Legal Aid programme.
Yet, the CAB, set me up, with a meeting with Morecrofts.
Why would I go to the CAB, to speak with a law-firm, that don’t accept founding, from the Legal Aid Programme?
It makes no sense to me, at least.
The Police sent me to the CAB, to speak with a Duty Soclicitor, to get help with the employment-case, against Arvato.
I told the Police, that I had to register as unemployed, since I was constructivly dismissed, by Arvato.
I went to the CAB, and they set me up with a meeting, with a Solicitor-firm, that don’t accept founding from the Legal-aid programme, but only accept that the customer pays themselves.
This makes no sense to me.
If I had a lot of money, then I wouldn’t have had to go to the Law Society, then I could have checked the yellow pages, and contacted a law firm there.
The Police, just told me to go to the CAB.
And that the CAB was ‘government’.
I hadn’t even heard of the CAB, and had no knowledge of the British legal-system.
So I’ve been just fooled, by everyone, the Police, the CAB and Morecrofts, and the Law Society, I have to say.
So that’s how this is.
We’ll see what happens.
