    Subject: Ref.: 1004 GHKT

    Hi,

    I’ve been calling your complaint-department a couple of times since 22/10,
    regarding an investigation into my credit-file with you.

    I’ve been speaking with your representatives Mr. Greg Car and also Sue, it
    says on my note.

    I was promised, that I would recieve a letter regarding the investigation,
    in the post.

    But I can’t see that I have recived such a letter, so I was wondering if you

    maybe had a chance, to have a look at this?
