    I understand about the arrears, so I try to get a new job, to pay these money back faster.

    Hi,

    today I recieved a new letter from you, (in the post), with a payment-plan-arrangement, in it.
    So you can just forget about the budget, which I sent, with my previous e-mail.


    I’m just going to follow the payment-plan, in your letter from today.
    So I’m going to pay you £1, (by card, on your web-site), before 14/2.

    And then monthly, after that.


    Hope this is alright, and thanks for agreeing on this payment-plan!

    I’m refering to your letter, of 25/1, which I recieved earlier this week.


    I’ve noticed that Captial One, has sold my debt, (to Lowell, I think it was), so I’ve tried to set up a new budget and payment-proposal, on your letter/budget-form.

    I really sent Capital One one of these, in the automn, of 2011.

    (If I remember it right).

    But I’ve tried to get the budget right, for an average month.

    Even if I had to set up a new budget now, just for you.

    Since the budget I sent United Utilities, DML and Swalec, was a budget, which I set up, in 2011.

    But Capital One, told me my signature wasn’t mine.


    So this case, (Capital One/Wescot/Lowell), has been delayed, with more than a year now, due to Capital One claiming my signature wasn’t mine, when I lived in Sunderland.

    I have still now comleted this budget-form, that you sent me.

    So I hope that this is alright now, since I’ve completed two budget-forms, in connection with this case now, (if I’m not mistaking).

    Thanks in advance for accepting this payment-proposal!
