    Subject: Regarding Token-payments/Fwd: New address
    To: admin@ccsg.uk.com

    Hi,

I've been adviced by the CCCS, to pay token-payment, to my creditors, before I get a new job.

    I've set the token-payment amount, to £5 a month.

But now I've reviewed my budget, and I have so many token-payments now, and I live at a hostell, where I have to pay £73 a month, so I have to reset the amount on the token-payments to £1 a month now unfortunately, from next month.

So I'm stopping the current Direct Debit now, on my bank-account, and ask you if you could please set up a new Direct Debit, for £1 a month, from next month.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm refering to your voicemail, from earlier today, where you ask me to call you ASAP on 0844 249 9494.
Like I've explained to you earlier, I prefer to keep the correspondence in writing, since I then think it's easier to keep track of what has been said.

I forward this e-mail to the CCCS and the Police, since I thinik you are harassing me a bit, since you aren't replying to my e-mails.

    Hi,

I got your letter from 29/11 today, at the hostell I live in now.

I've tried to get back to Capital One, before their time-limits, but because I live in a hostell, and only get the post around once a week, this has been difficult.

    I've tried to contact abuse@captialone.com.
But they haven't sent it to the right department at Capital One.
Also your company isn't replying to my e-mail from 30/11, sent to your general enqueriy e-mail address: queries@capquestco.com

So today I'm trying to send to the e-mail address mentioned in your letter, that is legal@capquestco.uk.
I'm on a budget in co-operation with CCCS and offer my creditors a token-payment on £1 a month, untill I find new employement.

I have this arrangement, with my other creditors, so I hope this is alright.
    Yours sincerely,

    Hi,

I tried that option earlier today, with the secure messages.

But the website didn't want to let me set up an account for these messages, (for some reason).

I wonder if you have a proper e-mail address which I could send to.
In your last letter, you only gave me seven days, to get back to you.
I live at a lodge, (after two unfair, 'gestapo-like' evictions, in Liverpool and Sunderland), and here I don't get the post more often than once a week, normally.

So I couldn't reply to you within seven days this time.
Just to mention that while I remember this.
Maybe my account with you have been moved to another department due to the delay, from the lodge I live at, (Azalea Lodge), with the post?

This lodge doesn't have a reception and a manager here tickles me, when I stand in the office-door.
(A big guy, which I think is gay).
And it's a small office with often up to four people in.

It's like a meeting then, I think if I go into the office.
    And I haven't got a post-rutine explaned.
The week before last, I got a letter by the House Manager, Lorraine.

She said they had been knocking on my door.
    I think this sounds strange.
I'm a veteran from the infantery and am used with waking up when there was an alarm.

I think I would have heard knocking on my door.
Perhaps the food doesn't contain enough vitamins, so that staff get small muscles and can't make sound, when knocks?
    Beats me.

    Just to inform.
I also post about this on my blogg, to explain about my situation as a refugee, in the UK.
    Thanks for your e-mail!
Could I please have a 'proper' e-mail address to Capital One?

    Hi,

I got a text-message today telling me to contact you quoting Ref: 7597W0.
Is this something to do with Capital One?

I've tried to contact them, (please see the forwarded e-mails).

But they don't have a proper general enquiry e-mail address, so this has been a bit tricky.

    Regards,

I got the post now, on my door, here at the hostell.
    Your letter is from 14/11.
It says I have to pay £1 on 4/11, (which is _before_ the date of the letter).

And then £1 again before 4/12.
What I'll do is that I'll pay £2 in the Londis-shop, tomorrow or on Monday.
    Hope this is alright!

    Hi,

I still haven't got my new card in the post.
I live in a hostell, where I only get the post around once a week.
So I wondered if you could please update me about this, on e-mail, since today is a payment-date, for the token-payments.

So since I haven't recieved a new payment-card, (like the local 'immigrant-shop' here, Londis, said I needed, since they are the only ones who accept that card), I send this e-mail.
Hope you can reply this time.

    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I went to my local shop, (Londis in Ashbrooke), the other day, to pay the token-payment.

But they told me that the magnet-strip on the card didn't work.

Could you please send me new card?

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

So I'm going to pay you £1 a month, from next month.

This e-mail I send insted of a token-payment, for this month.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I just wanted to inform you about that I moved from my old address, in 5 Leather Lane, Liverpool, L2 2AE, on 17/8.

I'm currently un-employed and on a budget with the CCCS, so I was wondering if it's ok that I pay you token-payments, each month, since I have arrears with you, untill I get a new job.

(I pay the other companies I owe money £5 a month, untill I find a new job).

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
