Letter from Sarah Vermiglio/Fwd: Paying service charge

    Hi Shirley,

I got a letter from Sarah Vermiglio, in the post today, and I read it this afternoon.
The letter was written on Tuesday, and she wanted to see me in a meeting today at 11.30 AM, about the repairs I wrote about in the same e-mail you got, I guess, (from your web-site).

But she gives much to short 'warning' for the meeting, I think.
Doesn't she understand that the letter takes some time to get to my address?
This was a sign of disrespect for me, I think.

So I didn't like this and wanted to complain.
And why does she need to see me in a meeting about this, (and with such sort warning), it's much more practical if she could send an e-mail like you did, I think.

I've gone to business-school and worked as a Shop Manager, (before the finance-crises), so I don't like to be treated disrespectful, after treating customers respectful myself, at work, for all these years.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi Mr Ribsskog

Thanks for clarifying the £12.92 payment.

The service charge of £6.46 per week is actually paid by Housing Benefit so you don’t have to pay this.

I will arrange a refund of the £12.92 along with the £10.00 you paid at sign up.

    Hei,

    Hi,

I'm a bit rusty on the JQuery, which I learned at Oslo University College, from 2002 to 2004.
While HTML, CSS and Javascript, I've been working with this year and last on these web-sites:
    http://www.godteposer.net/ ,
    http://www.goodyshop.co.uk/ ,
    http://www.ukgoodyshop.com/ and
    http://www.goodyshop.eu/.
I'm based in Liverpool so I would perhaps need an advance or sign-on-bonus, since I've been unemployed during the finance-crises, and the train only takes a couple of hours to London, but is quite expensive, since I'm on a budget, (or I could work from home).

I attach a copy of my latest CV.
    Thanks again for the e-mail!

    Hi,

it isn't in arrears because I wrote to you, on 18/5, that I'd moved to a new address, and that I needed new giros with the right address on, and:
    '
I hope this e-mail can be like the token-payment, for the month of May.'.

And this you haven't said wasn't ok.

So I've interperated that as my next token-payment is on 19/6, for £1.

But since I send you this e-mail, I think this could be like the token-payment for the month of June, (since then I don't have to pay the charge, for £2-3).

So my next payment is then on 19/7, for a £1 token-payment.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Dear Mr Erik Ribsskog

Despite acknowledgement of liability for this account, the repayment agreement remains in arrears.

You have failed to respond to the default notice that was issued to you recently, therefore we give notice that legal proceedings to recover this debt, together with solicitors fees and costs, may be instigated.

Thank you for contacting Vicinity Housing. This is an automatic email to acknowledge receipt of your enquiry. Someone will be in touch as soon as possible regarding your query.

Your enquiry reference no. is : 5523

    Your message was as follows:

    'To Shirley,
I've checked about the Community Care Grant now.
And that form is on 36 pages.
And I think it's a bit embarrasing, to apply for a grant like that.
So I thought I'd just buy a portable washing machine.
Even if I lived at a hostel, before I moved in here, I had a computer from before and I bought a new grill-microwave there.
And here I've bought a good mattress and some budget furniture.
I think it's a bit degrading recieveing community care.
It's like I've been on an institution, or something.
And I also think it's going to take a while to get that application processed.
While I'm a bit sick of hand-washing my clothes, so I think I'm going to order a portable washing-machine, when I get my job-seekers allowance, on Tuesday.
And then I really have everything I need.
I can just buy more furniture later, if I need it, I thought.
This is how I've planned it.
I haven't been under care, and I'm not being resettled, so I think it's a bit embarrasing with this Community Care Grant.
So I thought I'd try to get by on my jobseekers-allowance.
    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog'

Thank you for contacting Vicinity Housing. This is an automatic email to acknowledge receipt of your enquiry. Someone will be in touch as soon as possible regarding your query.

Your enquiry reference no. is : 5522

    Your message was as follows:

    'Hi,
I'm refering to the voice-mail from Shirley, which I received yesterday.
I'm writing an e-mail, since I'm a bit low on credit, on my mobile.
    Hope this is alright!
The reason I paid the £12.92 with my rent payment card, is because this is for two weeks service-charge, which I thought I'd pay fourthnightly.
I could apply for a Community Care Grant, like you suggested, because I could need to get some more furniture etc., here.
Since I'm unemployed it takes me some time to get all the furniture and I'm wondering about buying a used washing-machine now, (or a portable one), but a new one would have been better, of course.
Also, there was a small accident with the smoke-detector, when I moved in, about a month ago.
The battery was empty, so it made a noise, and when I tried to take it down, I saw that it wasn't like the smoke-detectors in Norway, because they aren't on the mains there.
So the smoke-detector needs to be put back, and it was a short-circuit, (eighter from that, or from before), so one of the fuses doesn't work, (that is the lighting, in the roof), so I have to use floor-lamps to get some light here.
Also the main heather in the living-room has a fault on the switch, so it's difficult to regulate the temperature.
And I haven't been given the code for the gate yet.
I thought I'd wait untill the housing benefit was sorted, before I reported about this, but since I got your voicemail now, I thought I'd send you an e-mail, explaing more about this, right away.
I'll search more about the Community Care Grant on the internet, this weekend.
And send an application to the Council.
    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog'

    Hi,

first, this is impersonation, and what the person writes about my nick is very rude.
So if you go ahead and just close this you are being ignorant regarding abuse like this.

I'm also being harassed on Facebook, and I think they have good ruitines for dealing with harassment there.

They don't just ignore my comlaints, like here.
