    Hei,

ja, jeg tenkte jeg skulle bo hos Pia, til jeg fikk ordna meg, med noe
    mer fast bosted, i Oslo.

    Men takk for svar, uansett.

    Hi,

I wanted to inform you, that I’ve finally made this payment, (of £5), now.

    I
got the jobseekers allowance delayed again, (I got four fourthnighly
payments, (since June), at the same time, last week), so the payment was
    a bit delayed, unfortunately.

But the debt should be paid now, (at last), so thanks for your patience to do with this!

Maybe I’ll buy electricity from you again, at a later time, if I want to switch to montly bills again.

    We’ll see.

    Sorry again about the delay!

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

It isn’t easy for me to say when I can continue to make the payments.

The Jobcentre stop my allowance, every other month, it seems, (for no good reason).

I almost starved to death, in May.

And then again, I almost starved to death again, a few days ago.

Almost all the letters I send the Jobcentre, gets missing, in the post.

I guess we could try, to set up a payment, due on 31/8, for the £5.

    (If that’s ok.

Since the Council wants me to start paying them the Council Tax, for this year, around then).

I can try to pay this amount, from your website.

    (If you think that’s possible).

    I hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

I appreciate your current financial circumstances and your ongoing issue with the Job Centre.

I have checked your account and it shows that we have already
requested your payment due on 10/07/14 however it can take up to 10
working days for the bank to recall a payment as unpaid and you may
incur bank charges therefore I would suggest you speak with your bank.

I would advise that you contact us as soon as you are aware when you
can continue making payments toward your account. Your current
outstanding balance on your account including the payment we have

    Hi,

the token-payment wasn’t succesful last month, due to that I haven’t
gotten my jobseekers allowance since May, so it was no money on my
    bank-account.

I can’t say when I’m going to get money next, since someone tricked
the Jobcentre into stopping my claim, and they haven’t started paying
    my allowance again yet.

They first told me I would get my allowance on 24/6.

Then they told me I was going to get it on 2/7.

(I called the Jobcentre and my call was transfered to a call centre in
Norwich, where I got to speak with a woman with a Polish-sounding
name, like Agnielska, or something like that).

But I still haven’t gotten the allowance.

And the last time I got my allowance was in week 21, I think it was.

I’ve just found out that the Norwegian army put me in what seems to be
    a gay-platoon, when I had to serve my conscripton-service in the 90’s.

So it could be NATO that are messing with me to cover this up, or
    something like that.

you write in your e-mail from 31/5, that: ‘The next payment from the

I’ve checked my online banking now, and I can’t see that this Direct

    Hi,

I’ve been adviced by the CCCS, to pay token-payment, to my creditors,
before I get a new job.

    I’ve set the token-payment amount, to £5 a month.

But now I’ve reviewed my budget, and I have so many token-payments
now, and I live at a hostell, where I have to pay £73 a month, so I
have to reset the amount on the token-payments to £1 a month now
    unfortunately, from next month.

So I’m stopping the current Direct Debit now, on my bank-account, and
ask you if you could please set up a new Direct Debit, for £1 a month,
    from next month.

    Hope this is alright!

    Hi,

it has been a bit problem, with the jobseekers-allowance again, in August.

So I didn’t get to pay the token-payent, on time, unfortunately.

So I thought I could try, to send this e-mail.

As a token-payment, for both August and September.

    I hope this is alright!

Sorry again about the problems with this!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

It’s been a bit problem with the jobseekers allowance-payments again now.

    (For some strange/funny reason.

The Jobcentre are also taking me to court, acusing me of something I
haven’t done, sending harassment correspondence to their staff).

So I wondered if it was ok, that I just send this e-mail, as the
    token-payment, for July.

    I hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I’ve only gotter around £100 of the around £300 that the Jobcentre
owes me, after an unfair sanction.

So I wondered if it was alright that I send this e-mail, instead of
sending the token-payment, (and giro), for March.

And then I’ll send the giros again, (as normal), from April, (if I get
    my Jobseekers Allowance, that is).

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I haven’t gotten my jobseekers-allowance, which I was supposed to
    recieved, Tuesday last week.

And I’m not sure exactly when I’m going to recieve this allowance.

So I was wondering if it was ok, that I don’t send any token-payment
this month, (but that this e-mail counts as the token-payment).

And then I’ll send the payments as normal again, from next month.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    that’s very fine!

I hope the women at the Post Office are going to be happy with the new
giros, (since they complained about the old giros).

Thanks again for the help with this!

    Complaint/Fwd: RBS

    Hi,

    I don’t like this RBS-guys tone.

When he tells me to conact him ‘asap’.

Then that’s like a seargant in the army or ones line-manager at an office.

This has nothing to do with customer-serivce, I think.

So this I wanted to complain about.

Please just e-mail me if there is anything I need to explain more
about to do with this complaint.

    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

Complaint about Virgin and ICO/Fwd: Response from ICO regarding Virgin Media[Ref. RFA0550287]

Erik Ribsskog Tue, Sep 2, 2014 at 5:26 PM

    To: info@cisas.org.uk
    Cc: CollectionsAccountReview@virginmedia.co.uk, Q&A , casework@ico.org.uk
    Bcc: rcjchancery.judgeslisting@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

    Hi,

I send this compaint on to you now.

ICO wants me to go through Virgin’s internal comlaint-procedure.

But I don’t think I have to do this, (to get ICO to look at my compaint).

This is because, that Virgin doesn’t have their general enquiery
    e-mail-address, on their website.

(The e-mail-address, that I use, to copy them now, is one they’ve
used, in an e-mail they sent me, around a year, after that I wanted to
complain about them, to Ofcom, who also didn’t have their general
enquiery e-mail-address, on their website, if I remember it right).

If the company, (Virgin), don’t have their general enquiery
    e-mail-address, on their website.

Then they send a message, that they don’t want correspondence, I think.

So then it seems absurd, that someone wants me to still go through
their internal complaint-procedure, (when Virgin makes it that
    difficult to complain, I think).

Due to this, (that the Virgin complaint ended up with ICO, (I think it
was), and not Ofcom, (due to they not having an e-mail-address that
was easy to find, on their website, (and I’ve worked as a Company
Researcher, in 2007 and 2008, so I’m used with, that companies have
general enquiery e-mail-addresses, on their websited), has delayed the
    complaint-process, I think.

So this is also a complaint about Ofcom, I have to say.

This is not about the actual complaint, (that Virgin visited my
address, like four or five times, to install a broadband-line, with up
to three people at a time, when BT only use one visit, and Virgin also
distroyed my printer, when they were here, and drilled an extra hole,
in the wall, kind of distroying my lounge a bit. And Virgin has also
charged me for a lot of months, (July, August, September and parts of
October), for internet, even if they disconected the line, around the
end of June, so I haven’t been able, to use their internet, but have
had to buy mobile broadband, from EE/T-mobile. So I expect a monitary
compensation, due to that the first Virgin-enigneer, distroyed my
printer and my lounge-wall, and due to that I was harassed by Virgin,
I think, due to that I got many engineers visiting here, who didn’t
have an apointment, and who sat on my lounge-floor, infront of the
mentioned wall, like they were praying in a mosque, etc. And he didn’t
have an apointment, (and there were also about two more Virgin-visits,
withour apointment), and the internet didn’t work, the first month, or
so, so this was all in all, very many problems and strange stuff, from
Virgin, that I wanted to complain about, but I didn’t get the
complaint sent right, before almost a year to late, due to that the
right e-mail-addresses, weren’t published, on the internet, and ICO
didn’t want to send the e-mails on to Ofcom, the way I remember it.
    Something like that).

Please just contact me, if you have any questions, to do with my complaint!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    2 September 2014

    Case Reference Number RFA0550287

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your further correspondence dated 1 September 2014
    regarding Virgin Media.

The email you sent to Virgin Media on the 31 August seems to be
related to your Virgin Media account and your dispute surrounding the
bills for July through to October, this dispute is not a data
protection issue. The email doesn’t seem to address the issue that you
believe a separate account has been set up fraudulently in your name.

As previously mentioned in my correspondence, it is part of our
complaints policy that you bring this issue to the attention of the
organisation first, and then to allow 28 days for them to respond.

If you remain dissatisfied upon receipt of a response from Virgin
Media, and for us to consider your complaint further we would require
    the following:

A copy of your complaint to Virgin Media raising the issue of the
account that has been set up in your name fraudulently.
A copy of any response you may receive from Virgin Media.

Although we are unable to progress this matter without this
information, if you are unhappy with my response you can ask for this
    to be reviewed.
You can access the case review form through the following link:

I am sorry that we can be of no further assistance at this stage.
