Hi, ok, I’ll see if I can find the e-mail address for the professional
standards-department then. I don’t like the web-forms, you see. I’ve gone to commerce-school, (in Norway), and learned that the
citizens can just send a normal letter, (or these days e-mail). Thank you very much for explaining to me how to sort this.

    Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS.
Are you going to do anything with the Ofcom-case, I was wondering a bit. PS 2. If you by chance know the e-mail-address to the Merseyside Police
Professional Standards Department, then that would be very fine. PS 3. When I lived in Sunderland, a couple of years ago, one couldn’t send
normal e-mails to the Police. One had to log in to their website. I don’t like that, that’s not right with what I learned on
commerce-shool, (I think). The citizens should be allowed to send just a normal e-mail to organisations. It’s like some kind of ‘Russian’ stuff if they have the ‘funny’ stuff, I think.

Hi, thank you for your e-mail!
My National Insurance Number is SG 27 09 67 D. It’s also a complaint from May. And then I wondered why Ofcom doesn’t have a general enquiery e-mail
    address on their website.
(Because I wanted to complain to Ofcom about Virgin Broadband, some
months ago, and ended up complaining to ICO instead, since I don’t
like ‘web-mail’, like Ofcom has, (on their website), since then the
citizens sometimes lose control of their complaints, I think, since
one sometimes doesn’t recieve an e-mail where the complaint is
written, when one use ‘web-mail’, instead of proper e-mail-addresses,
because then one can have a copy of the sent e-mail in ones
e-mail-programme, and have documentation about what one wrote). Thanks again for the reply! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog On Thu, Nov 14, 2013 at 1:36 PM, BYRNE, Maureen

Hi, the problem is that when I send e-mails to the IPCC, then that e-mail
address doesn’t work. I’d like to hear this from the IPCC. I don’t like the webforms, since I think the citizens has more control
on the communication if they have a copy of the correspondence, in
their e-mail-programme. Best regards, Erik Ribsskog PS. Then I guess it should be a special department, within the Merseyside
Police, that I should send the IPCC-case to? PS 2. I’ll also try to find more about the other case I mentioned in the
    previous e-mail.

    > Thank you for your address.  It is unclear from your email what you are asking Steve Rotheram MP to do on your behalf. If you have a complaint against the police you would in the first instance have to make this to the police force concerned for them to investigate.  If you remain dissatisfied with their response you can of course take this to the Independent Police Complaints Commission which can investigate, as this is not the role of the Parliamentary Ombuds.  The IPCC website gives details of how to make a complaint and has the required form for you to complete, which does not require your Member of Parliament to sign.

‘telephone ombudsman’, (or something like that), which I can’t
remember now it was resolved. Just something I thought about now, as an update). Thanks very much for the help with this! Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, when I send an e-mail to the e-mail address which is on the IPCC
website, then this e-mail address doesn’t work, (see forwarded
e-mail). Could you contact the Parliamentary Ombudsman please. And hear if they can get the IPCC to put a working e-mail address on
their website, (so that I can send some police-complaints to the
IPCC). Thanks in advance for any help! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary=047d7b67597a4c9a2304eaffd1fd Hi, I was at Walton Lane police-station right now regarding four cases. I spoke with constable 3174. He ridiculed me and said the reason I had gotten 70 dodgy phone-calls
and a lot of e-mails and 14 fast food-delivery guys on my door was
because I had ticked a box on the internet. But I have a degree in IT and don’t think there is a box like that. I think some criminals are terrorising me. Regarding the strangler today at around 3PM at Heymarket. I attach a photograph of him. But the photo wasn’t that fine, due to that I wasn’t myself after the attack. Regarding the neighbour, (in 9 Keith Court), I think he’s a criminal. Since I overheard him treateing a guy in his 20’s some months ago that
he would scrape up his car, (with his house-key), after they’d had an
argument, (since the young Keith Court-guy said he would have hit the
old guy in number nine if he had done a thing like that on the
street). Also the guy in number 9 walks around in his underwear. He has been going on my door, with two, (and sometimes three), clocks,
which he has asked me if were set right, (and sometimes he did this in
his under-wear). He started the community care system, (since these are converted flats
for the elderly), this spring, and I went out to see what was wrong
with him. He said he needed to go to hospital, but really the problem was his
door that had been smashed in the day before, it seemed. So I called the police, and a lock-smith fixed the door, later that day. Just to sumarise a bit. I’ve told this neighbour I want him to leave me alone. (Since he’s a criminal and I noticed his flat smelt very bad, when I
called the police for him, when he had started the alarm for the
elderly). But yesteday he stood outside my door and said ‘Good Morning’ when I
was going to Tesco. I don’t think thats to leave me alone. So I told him, (loudly, to warn the neighbours etc.), to leave me alone. So I hope he leaves me alone now.

Hi, these delivery-guys are often simple people of labour-class or
immigrant background. I don’t think it’s easy to have an academic discusion with them about
how their companies website is constructed. I think that’s something that the Managing Director has to deal with. I think you at the Police should have had a car placed in Keith Avenue
yesterday, and asked these six delivery-guys which companies they work
for, and then contact these companies and find out who placed the
false order in my name. You the Police are supposed to serve the citizens. It should be enough that I report this, I think. We know from before that one of the companies have the strange name,
(it seems to me at least), Hungry House. Have you at the police contacted Hungry House to get the IP-address of
the person who placed the phoney order in my name? Then you could trace the IP-address, and call the Internet Service
Provider, and get the name of the criminals. When these guys go on my door, with orders people have placed in my
name, it’s really enough for me to get them to go away. They often don’t belive that I haven’t ordered the food. So I think it’s the wrong time to start a discussion about their
ordering-system. That should be done in a calmer setting, I think. So that the communication isn’t suffering from felings to do with
money and shrinkage, (like these companies get when people place funny
orders). These desitions are taken higher in the organisations, I think. It’s clear to me these companies are a bit ‘un-serious’ since they
don’t confirm the e-mail address of the customers who have ordered the
food, (since this food isn’t paid for). But I can’t run these companies. But I’m being harassed here, and then it’s the police’s job to stand
there in Keith Avenue and tell the delivery-guys to leave the
terror-victim Mr. Ribsskog alone. I know you have a history of militant sosialism, in Liverpool. I sometimes wonder if these now work in the police-department, since
they don’t do the police-work in a western way, I think. Why do I wonder if I live in Moscow, when I correspond with you, I’m wondering. Is this some kind of militant sosialism? Regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, the last hour I’ve had three fast food delivery guys on my door, with
food I haven’t ordered. These guys are really difficult to get to leave, when I tell them I
haven’t ordered any food. Perhaps you could have a police-car standing in Keith Avenue, and tell
these guys these orders aren’t by me. Now there was a forth fast food-delivery guy on my door. Perhaps you could investigate who does this, so that it stops. This is like terror to me. Erik Ribsskog

Hi, these e-mails I’ve sent were meant as updates, (like I think I’ve
written on them). I think I found that e-mail address on your website. (Where it says it’s your contact e-mail address, I think). Just an advice that you could call your e-mail-address something more
understandable, (for the public, whom the police are meant to serve,
if I remember it right from school, etc), like
post@merseyside.police.uk. Just an advice. I’m sure I don’t have to explain that you could send these e-mails on
to the mentioned constable so to help him in his case-work, (since he
told me I couldn’t get a reference-number, at the end of the meeting,
since these cases were still being procesed, or something like that). Erik Ribsskog

Hi, I read about this vacancy on the Direct Gov-website, and I wanted to
please apply for this job. I’ve worked as a Store Manager for four years, (I was a
Cashier/Stocker from 1992 to 1994, then a Key Holder in the summer of
1994, then an Aspiring Manager the rest of 1994, then an Assistant
Manager, (in two different stores), from 1995 til 1998, then a Store
Manager, (in three different stores), from 1998 to 2002, then Key
Holder, (in two different stores while I studied full-time), from 2002
to 2004), in the Norwegian grocery-chain Rimi, (now owned by ICA). I was responsible for motivating, training and developing up to 25
employees, at a time, when I worked as a Store Manager, in Rimi, and
one of the shops I worked as a Store Manager in, (Rimi Kalbakken, in
    Oslo), from 2000 to 2001, had a weekly turn-over, at around 850.000
NOK, (which is around £90.000). I’ve also worked as a full-time Cashier, (later part-time Cashier and
Delicatessen-employee, while studying), in the big hypermarked
Matland, (which was bought by Coop while I worked there, and changed
its name to OBS! Triaden), in Lørenskog in Norway. I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog

    Hei,

Mvh. Erik Ribsskog
