    Hi again,

and after the meeting, you went straight over to the Wicca-woman, (I wonder if she is), with dark hair, in the reception there.
I tried to say bye to her as well, but she looked very sour.

Also, I was in a meeting with lawyer, in Wales, some years ago, regarding my employment-case.
    A guy with light hair.
He also went straight to his reception-woman, after the meeting with me there, shaking his head.

Is it some Wicca/Illuminati-stuff going on I'm wondering.

    Hi,

also, since the meeting, the day before yesterday, I've been thinking a bit more, about a bit strange things, in that meeting.
Firstly, Mary Stevenson, your collegue, at Ingeus, told me I'd get to meet you, since you were a business-expert.

Even so, in out meeting, you asked me questions like did I really want a job, did I have a criminal record, did I use any drugs, etc.
Things that I've already gone through with you at Ingeous, twice, earlier.

With Ingeus in Liverpool and with Mary Stevenson, at Ingeus in Sunderland.
What type of IT-system do you have at Ingeus?
It isn't strange that the economy isn't fine when companies do the same work task three times instead of one.

    Why this inefficient system?
Why this waste of time and energy?
    It seems point-less to me.
After this, you asked me, if I had considered voulentering-work.

    Even if it says on my CV that I am a job-seeker, a blog-editor and a web-shop-runner.
(And I'm also a writer now, on top of this, by the way, writing about my Norwegian memoairs, etc).
I note that you have a Christian name, Mike from the angel Michael, I think.
Is this some kind of explotaition?

To get normal people to work for free?

Why did you bring up this with voulontering?

Your college, Mary Stevensen, is she a wicca-woman?

    With her black ear-juwelry?

It seems like taoism to me.
    Devil-worshipers and Christian staff.

    Am I right?

Mary Stevenson offered me a job I think seemed tailored/constructed.
You want me to do voulentering-work.
    Is this just explotation?

    Are these normal jobs?

I feel socialy alienatied here if you have this Far Eastern culture of taoism.
I don't feel at home with this New Age-stuff.
It's just a new type of slavery, I think.

Slavey was forbidden, in the UK, more than 200 years ago.
    Just a reminder.
I want a conventional job, and some funny stuff.
I wonder if the Work Programme is based on New Age-jobs?

Or are the jobs normal jobs?

Mary Stevenson said you are a business-expert.

But when I say I want to advertise for my web-shop on Google.
Then I don't mean Search Engine Optimising.

I mean to advertise on Google Adwords.
It seemed to me in the meeting that you didn't know the difference between Google Adwords and Search Engine Optimising.
    Shouldn't a business-expert these days know?

Are you a business expert, or just a college of Mary Stevenson?

What's your title at Ingeus, by the way.

    If I may ask.
Also, the Jobcentre and Employment Zones offer founding for people wanting to start their own businesses.

    But Ingeus doesn't.
You want me to apply for employment while I run my web-shop.
Perhaps it would be better if I was taken of the Work Programme, since then the Jobcentre could help me, on a programme for people who want's to start their own businesses.

Since I know from before that they have programmes like this.
I think you get to personal, when you ask me how often I go back to Norway.
And I don't see the relevance.

What has this to do with my career here in the UK?

You want me to run the web-shop as a second job, besides job-search/employment.
But isn't it better if I focus on the e-business?
Can you expect people to have two jobs?

Isn't it better if people specialise.

If people get to spread it can lead to the result not being good and that they burn themselves out.
I think this Work Programme is a bit irresponsible.

It's like it's ok to exploit people who are long time unemployed.
That they are just a burdon to society anyway.
This is what the Work Programme signal I think.

Theres a global economic crises going on with the highest unemployment since 1993.
I wonder ir you could please ask your superior if I could please go back to the Job Centre, (and off the Work Programme), so to get more suited help from the Jobcentre, with my e-business, since they seems to have better programmes for self-employed people, I think.

Also, Ingeus in Liverpool, used 2-3 months to send my file, to Ingeus in Sunderland.
So I guess they propably were on line with me, that it would be better for me, to be on one of the business starter-programmes, with the Jobcentre, since Ingeus in Liverpool used this long time.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    thanks for the e-mail!

I'm applying for a lot of retail management-jobs today, since I couldn't see that there have been that many new IT jobs yet, after the Christmas and New Years holidays.

My next meeting is on 24/1, (I can see in my calender here), and I'll update about any news regarding the job-interview, I was on, in Gateshead, right before Christmas, etc.
Just thought it was a bit strange perhaps, that you asked me how often I went back to Norway, so I thought I should update about regarding the problems there, so to explain why I don't go back to Norway more often.

(I'm really a refugee, so I can't really go back there, and at the same time expect to be taken seriously, untill I've gotten my rights, I think, and know what's going on in Norway).

    Thanks again for the e-mail!

    Hi,

you asked me today, in the meeting, if I use to often go back to Norway.

I told you I was back in Norway, in the summer of 2005, and did some lumberjack-work, on a farm, for my uncle, who has been in a motorcycle-accident, and can't do work much work like this.

What I didn't say in the meeting, was that after I'd did a lot of free lumberjack-work for them, for three or four months, on the farm, a murder-team, came there to murder me.

I just got away, and ended up in Liverpool. since I wasn't sure who I could trust in a quite small town named Larvik, in Norway.

The UK police don't do anything with the murder-attempt.

They just tell me to come back, 'if something happens'.

I also overheard in Oslo, in 2003, that I was followed by the 'mafian', that's why I went to Sunderland in 2004.

But I couldn't find a job and accommodation, so ended up back in Norway again, in 2005.

    Just to level about this.

Not that easy to exlain about these things in a meeting.

Easier to explain in an e-mail I think.

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Subject: Meeting today at Ingeus

    Hi,

you asked me today, in the meeting, if I use to often go back to Norway.

    Hi Mike,

    thanks for the e-mail!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I read about this vacancy, on the Jobcentre web-site, and I wanted to please apply for this job.
I've worked for ten years, as a manager, in Scandinavias biggest retail-chain ICA, with good results, (I even won a prestigous in-house shop-running competition, for Shop Managers, called 'Rimi Gullårer').

I have five years higher education, from Norway and the UK, (see CV for more details), and I have a HNP-level degree in IT; and I've also passed a lot of business-modules, at university-level, with good results.

I'm unemployed, at the moment, so I could start as soon as possible.
I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you.
    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
