    Subject: Re: YOUR ICE ENQUIRY

    Hi,

my complaint is that I should have been put on a programme like this

    earlier.

I've updated the Jobcentre about my webshop, the whole time.

So my complaint is that the Jobcentre have ignored a web-shop I have set

    up, for many months.

    When I have this web-shop, I'm really Self-Employed, I think.

But the Jobcentre have ignored this, (even if I've explained a lot of

    times).

They should have reflected on this, and then informed me about the

arrangements for people who have their own businesses.

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I have a web-shop, and think I should be allowed to be on a programme,

(that I've heard of), for people who wants to start their own companies.

Through the Jobcentre, since I'm unemployed.

The Jobcentre, at Williamsson Sq., in Liverpool, just called my web-shop

    a 'hobby', and ignored it.

Later they put me on the Work Programme with Ingeus, which I'm still on

after the Liverpool County Court threw me out in Liverpool, (after an

unfair process where I didn't get informed about a hearing).

I'm now on the Work Programme with Ingeus in Sunderland.

I think I should be on the programme for people who wants to run their

    own businesses, with the Jobcentre.

Since it doesn't seem to me that the Work Programme is for self-employed

    people:

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!
    I can't see that I recieved a job-briefing for the Sales job.
I'm from Norway you see, so I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable with dicussing web-design in English, with custommers, over the phone.

I'm also working on a web-shop, that Ingeus and me have agreed to focus on.
And Sales aren't one of my key-skills really.
So I'm not sure if I'm the right candidate, for the job.

I guess I could try the job, if it was well-paid, but unless it isn't I'd like to focus on my web-shop like I've agreed with Ingeus.
    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

Thank you for your interest in the position of a website designer with Page Creation. Unfortunately, I have received applications from candidates whose experience more closely match our specific requirements. I will not, therefore, be progressing your application on this occasion.

However, I do have a number of sales positions within our company which I would like to bring to your immediate attention. The role in a sense acts as a ladder to becoming a designer because where as a designer has to put the site into construction a sales agentspeaks to customers, edit websites and processescustomer orders. In fact you will be involved in everything but the actual building and design work required for a website to go live – but even here you still have an influence. I have attached a job brief detailing more information about the role – Please reply this email to indicate your interest.

If, on the other hand you would not like to be considered for a sales role with Page Creation then may I take this opportunity to wish you every success in your search for a suitable position, and we look forward to speaking with you again in the future.

    Kind regards,
