Hi,

the guy in room one was inpolite.

I was down to put the washing-machine on.

When he went out of his room to go to the bathroom I think.

He said something, and I answered 'hi'.

And then he said 'keep the noise down'.

But I was only talking and putting the washing machine on.

I think one can't call talking for noise.

I think he was inpolite.

Some people in this house, (who I don't know who are, because I rather sit and to web-design on my room than sitting in the lounge watching TV), are slamming the doors load.

But that isn't me.

Why do I get the stick for making noise?

This isn't fair I think.

I wanted to complain about this.

Because I don't like things which aren't fair.

Hi,

the cashier today just throws the bank-receipt. (In check-out number 1 at 16:47).

This has happened earlier with this cashier, as least once, as I remember it.

The cashier also charged me for one large and one regular carrier, even if I only had two regular carriers.

I also had to complain in the shop because the cashier first told me my goods cost nine pounds, which I understood was to much, it really cost £3.92.

Hi,

I like to send to proper e-mail addresses so could you please send this e-mail to your custommer-support?

Today I was at Lidl Kensington.

Boxes everywhere on the floor, where the butter etc. is, (I think it must have been).

Two Lidl-staff stands there some meters away, doing some fine-tuning of the shelves, I think.

The other custommers stood in my way due to that there were a lot of boxes on the floor.

This shop is also often sold of of 2 liters of Freeway-Cola and 2 liters of Freeway Iron Brew.

This shop also places goods in front of the check-out area so that there is no place to place the baskets.

(Althought this has been better lately).

Staff was inpolite today, told me to just take the carriers through and not put them on the check-out.

Without me asking anything.

Last time I was there, on Friday, someone forgot a 2 liter bottle of orange soda.

The cashier asked me if it was mine.

I explained that it wasn't, (I looked for the 12 packs of Pepsi-cans, which you had for Easter, but they were sold out, staff said, even you had plenty earlier that week I'd noticed).

The Cashier then just put the bottle aside, instead of running after the custommers who had forgotten their bottle.

A Lidl-manager and a sequrity-guard was also standing there, (watching this incident), since this was at closing time.

None of them bothered running after the custommer explaining that he had forgotten his goods.

I've worked in Coop in Norway for two years and Rimi/ICA in Norway for thirteen years, and have gone to business-school and one private and several public academies.

I thought this was poor custommer-support.

I've also worked as a Shop Manager, for four years, in Norway, so now I thought it was time to write a complaint.

Your carriers aren't that good quality eighter.

I opened one in the queue once, to make the packing go faster, and it split.

Just some feed-backs/complaints from a regular customer.

det synes ikke jeg at var noe særlig.

Jeg lurer på om det har foregått noe grums her.

Dette er ikke noe å le av for meg som mister arv og det som er.

Jeg vil gjerne at en av 'scaferne' deres, helst han banksjefen vel, som var i På Neset, (hvor jeg leste om denne banken, for min mormor var noen ganger med i den nettavisen, mens hu levde).

jeg er barnebarn av Ingeborg og Johannes Ribsskog, som bodde i Nevlunghavn.

Min mor døde i 1999, så da Ingeborg døde i 2009, så skulle jeg arve, (siden Johannes døde på midten av 80-tallet).

Min mormor var fra dansk adel og de hadde malerier fra Højriis slott, blant annet.

Likevel, så har jeg bare fått 3000 sendt på PayPal, i arv.

Det er for lite, mener jeg, og jeg vil ha åpent skifte.

Og da trenger jeg 30.000 før i sommer.

Jeg har også noe eiendom i Holmsbu, som jeg har arvet siden min far ikke ville ha arv etter onklene sine der.

Jeg lurte på om jeg kunne få lån på den eiendommen.

Helst så mye som mulig, for jeg driver også å starter opp en e-handel-virksomhet, i Storbritannia, og tenker også på å skaffe meg egen bolig her.

Håper dere har mulighet til å hjelpe.

Jeg bodde i Jegersborggate, i Larvik, som guttunge, og var innom alle bankene i Larvik for å spørre om sparebøsser, husker jeg, på 70-tallet, så hvis dere har noen medarbeidere
igjen fra den tiden, så husker kanskje de meg.

jeg bor i England, og britiske skattemyndigheter har fortalt meg, at jeg ikke behøver å levere selvangivelse igjen, før jeg har fått meg en ny jobb.

Men jeg sender med kopi av bankutskrifter, hvor man kan se at jeg får britisk arbeidsledighetstrygd, hvor jeg får snaue 130 pund hver fjortende dag nå, (etter et trekk, på drøyve fem pund, hver fjortende dag, siden jeg skylder Council Tax,
til Liverpool City Council, fra da jeg jobbet som selvstendig næringsdrivende, i 2007 og 2008).

jeg har forresten funnet ut det, at den kunsten, som bestemor Ingeborg hadde, det var noe som ble reddet unna tyskerne, under krigen.

Og de som bor på Højriis nå, de er også tyske.

Og tante Ellen er jo nesten tysk, etter å ha bodd det meste av sitt liv i den tysktalende delen, av Sveits.

Og Rahel, hennes datter, jobber som skuespillerinne i Berlin.

Så det ville vært litt nedtur, om tyskerne skal få tak i denne kunsten nå.

For de pusser visst opp rundetårnet og sånn, på Højriis, og prøver å få tilbake møbler, osv.

Men da kommer de nok til å si at Jylland er tysk, eller noe, mistenker jeg.

Så det ville jo vært litt kjedelig kanskje.

Så jeg vil at dette fortsatt skal reddes unna tyskerne.

Det burde vel vært på museum og ikke på det slottet mener jeg.

For hvis det har vært Wehrmacht der, så er jo det slottet litt skjendet, mener jeg.

Så håper på hjelp med dette.

Sender med fotografi jeg fikk av bestemor Ingeborg, mens hu levde, sendt hit til Liverpool, av nevnte malerier, (og med bilde av bestemor Ingeborg, onkel Martin og hans datter).

and also all the Police in and outside your building, freaks me out a bit.

Why do you have so much Police there?

I counted maybe five or six Police outside your building both when I went there for the Ingeus-meeting and the same when I went there for the Elect-meeting.

And on the Ingeus-meeting-day it was also a female Police in the stair-case in your building, (Greame House).

Why did you move from the Corn Exhange.

Are the Police to do with the Crown Court?

Why are they there always?

Is there a court-case going on that is considered to be a target for terrorists?

You, (Ingeus), should inform about things like this, I think.

Also, when I take the elevator to the ground-floor, then the exit-door isn't there.

It's on a floor called the Mezzanine, I think.

This should also be informed about, I think.

And also, before the meeting with Elect, I got no documentation, so I thought you were called Exemplus.

Also I didn't get a summary, or any documentation other than your e-mail after our meeting.

Just to make that clear, since I remember that now, that you said 'a couple of months'.

I didn't think this was important, in the meeting, but now I think that I should perhaps make a point of mentioning this, so that you don't think this is an Ingeus-project, because it's an Erik Ribsskog-project, which I started in 2010, (an the initial business-idea, to sell Glacier Mints to Norway, since they stopped selling them there, I got a couple of years before that again. I first tried to sell them on QXL, in Norway, but they wouldn't let me, due to some rules which I thought breached the EEA-agreement, and have complained about to EFTA earlier).

So that it's clear that the copyrights for this web-shop is mine.

I've done all my job-search as usual, besides running the web-shop.

But I think it's strange that I haven't been put on a programme, with the Jobcentre, for self-employed people.

I think it's strange that the Jobcentre haven't offered me this when I have mentioned about my webshop to them.

So I just wanted to make it clear that I have all the rights for this web-shop-chain/franchise and not anyone else.

But I've run this shop, for almost two years now, so I'm used with taking desitions about it quick and independently.

I feel a bit trapped here, first the Job Centre calls my business a hobby, instead of putting me on a programme for Self Employed people, and then I can't get out of the Work Programme, because like you say, the fact I'm on Ingeus means that I'm not eligable for the Jobcentre-programme.

You ignore what seems quite clear to me, that the jobcentre has made a mistake, by calling my e-business a 'hobby'.

They should have called a spade for a spade, (like we say in Norway), and called it a business.

This is like I'm trapped in a catch22 now, I think.

The jobs Ingeus offered me in Sunderland, did also have very strange job descriptions, (a job I got the job description for, by Mary Stevenson there, and it looked very like the web-shop I ran, but they wanted me to sell hair-gel, make a web-shop for it, and also provide custommer-service on the phone. It was like a 'funny slave-job', I think).

What is this Work Programme really.

Is this something New Age?

I also get a lot of stick by Ingeus, (by Paul Nesbit there), since I don't speak Finnish, even if very few Norwegians speak Finnish.

This is a bit like 'the Witches' by Roald Dahl I think.

I was at a programme with Sencia, some time back, and they started talking about founds for marketing, but the web-shop wasn't that good then, so I didn't want to market it already, at the beginning of last year.

So I think that was why I asked Ingeus about self-employed-programme, to check if there was similar founding-opertunities, for marketing, as Sencia mentioned.

Also I was wondering if I should be on a programme for self-employed people, with the Job-centre.

Since I've been working with this web-shop since the automn of 2010, I think it was, that is before I started to go to Ingeus, on the Work Programme.

So that might have been the reason for me being sent to Elect, because I asked Ingeus about the things mentioned above.

But I'll be there for the meeting, the week after next.

When it comes to the expenses, then the reason it isn't a profit for the web-shops, is that some of the costs are fixed, some are to do with samples for pictures, which I'd say is marketing, and some costs are like start-up-costs, since I've had to move between Liverpool and Sunderland, a couple of times, in the last months, due to Landlord-complaint-cases, etc.

But before the next meeting, I thought I could set up book-keeping, for each delivery, so to show the profit-margin better.

Just something I thought about after the meeting today.

De svarer rett og slett ikke på mine klager på NITH, Lånekassa, HiO IU, med flere.

Jeg har tidligere ikke fått svar fra Ambassaden i London, og UD måtte svare.

Uten at jeg ble informert om hvorfor Ambassaden i London ikke svarte meg.

Er dette et hemmelig samfunn?

Etter dette, så har ikke Sivilombudsmannen svart meg.

Lar dere landet gå til hundene?

Jeg savner også klageprosedyrer, hvor det står klart hvor lang tid forvaltningen har på seg, til å sende svar, mm.

Liker heller ikke at man må fylle ut elektronisk skjema, for å klage.

(Sender derfor på e-post).

Folk kan ikke forventes å lære X antall slike skjema, når de korresponderer på nettet.

Jeg har gått handel og kontor, og vet at det er 'kundens', (eller her borgerens), privilegium å velge korrespondanse-metode.

'Kunden har alltid rett', blir for dere: 'borgeren har alltid rett', mener jeg.

Hei,

jeg fikk svar fra dere i dag, på Facebook, og ble anbefalt å sende til denne e-post-adressen.

Jeg har prøvd å sende e-poster til dere i flere år nå.

Jeg har prøvd å klage på Lånekassa, siden de ikke ville gi meg studielån, for noen år siden, enda jeg mener at det var veldig klart, at jeg er berettiget til studielån.

Jeg har også prøvd å klage på NITH, siden de ikke vil godkjenne mine fra, fra HiO IU, som del av en grad fra de.

Enda jeg mener at NITH og HiO IU er på samme nivå, nemlig universitetsnivå.

Og både NITH og HiO har blitt godkjent av staten for Lånekasse-finansiering, da burde ikke NITH ignorere det mener jeg.

Hvis HiO ikke hadde vært bra nok, så hadde de ikke blitt godkjent for studiefinansiering, mener jeg.

Jeg har også prøvd å klage på masse rot/tull/sabotasje, fra Frode Eika Sandnes & Co., ved HiO IU, da jeg ville dra til England, for å studere, i 2004.

De rota bort søknaden min, og nektet å godta Erasmus-søknaden.

De skifta begrunnelse for dette hele tiden.

Og Sandnes hadde til og med et ekstra-møte med meg, hvor han hadde sin kamerat fra England der, og fortalte meg at det var umulig for meg å få jobb i England, mm.

Noe som ikke er logisk, mener jeg, som har lest litt til ex-phil.

For da måtte han jo ha spurt alle arbeidsgivere i hele England, om jeg kunne fått jobb.

Så det var jo bare tull og tøys og hemmelig agenda og trakasserings-møter, vil jeg si.

Og han Sandnes er visst høyt på strå, i den nye høyskolen for Oslo og Akershus, men han mener jeg at er som en forbryter nærmest, med sine mafia-lignende metoder, (eller hva man skal kalle det).

Jeg har en omsorgssviktsak mot min far, men Svelvik Ungdomsskole vil ikke sende dokumentasjon om fravær, mm.

Vestfold og Buskerud kan ikke bekrefte at jeg var på Samarbeidsavtalen, mellom dem, og gikk russeåret, i Buskerud, på en antatt bedre skole, selv om jeg bodde nord i Vestfold, (et område som sogner til Buskerud og Drammen).

Begge fylker roter.

Buskerud sendte meg også et vitnemål med feil karakter og fag på.

For så å sende et nytt.

Men ingen kan forklare hva som er riktig.

Dette er nok noe mafia, som jeg har overhørt at jeg er forfulgt av, i Oslo, i 2003 og 2004, (eller noe).

Skal jeg gå mer i detalj, eller har dere mine tidligere klager der?

Har dere nå tenkt å behandle disse klagene?
