    Hi,

today I received a letter from you calling me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog'.

I think this is a threat of demasculation.
I'm not female, like I think you should understand by my name.

I think you should have a look at your routines to avoid threaths and insults like this.
    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
Enclosing scans of the envelope and content.

Also, you haven't replied to my e-mail from the day before yesterday, as far as I can see here.
    PS 2.
Sending a copy of this to the Police in Norway, since I have reported this to them as a criminal threath.

I'm not sending this to the Police at Merseyside, since they've sent me a letter themselves, in the same way, calling me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog'.
(That I have sent to the IPCC about, who aren't doing anything).

    Hi,

I'm not Miss, like I think you should understand from my name, which is also common in English-speaking countries, in the form of 'Erik'.
    Also, this is a prank-order.

I've also gotten prank-orderes from Tommorrows World, and the Merseyside Police also do this, they also call me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog' in letters.
So I'm tired of this phoney stuff, and send a copy e-mail to the Police in my home-land Norway.

    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
Please investigate who made this prank-order, because I get stuff like this sent every week now, and would like it to stop.

Maybe you should charge a few pounds for these books, then the pranksters probably would stop, since they are un-educated, like Liz Hurley, at the Norwegian Consulate in Liverpool, called the prankster-cops who had called me 'Miss' in a letter, in 2005/06.

    Hi,

I forgot to mention today, during the inspection, it was like a death-trap here, with the step, in the hall.
The 'plastic'-material on the floor, wasn't fastened, so I had to nail it down, with to nails, but I could have fell on it quite easily, if I had been stressed, and broken my neck, I've thought several times later.

I send digital photographs of this as attachments to this e-mail.
Also, I forgot to mention, that the garbage-throwing arrangment, isn't that fine here I think.

Because I have to throw the garbage, at the bin-store, of a Dale St.-restaurant, and they close the gates at 11 pm., and they don't open untill 12 am noon on Sundays, so if one work with computer-stuff eighter as a profession or a hobby, and sit up at night and get a new day-rythm, then one can't always throw ones garbage here, so this I don't think is fine, and the landlord even lie, and say the bin-store is accessable 24 hours, (this e-mail where the landlord tells this lie, can be sent on request), when it isn't at all.

Also, to get to the bin-store, one have to walk through a beer-garden which belongs to the mentioned restaurant.
This beer-garden is sometimes packed with people drinking alcohol etc.

And sometimes they must wonder I walk passed them with my garbage, while they eat a more or less fancy dinner there, I think.

I think this is a bit awkward.
Just something I forgot to complain about at the inspection today.

Sorry that I forgot to mention all the problems.
    Thanks again for the help!
    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

Subject: To the Revenue and Benefits Service

    Hi,

I received a letter from my Landlord today.

They want my housing benefit, to be sent directly to them.

But the problem is, that they neven fix things that get broken.

The boiler didn't work for more than one year, the washing-machine stopped working a couple of years ago, and I had to buy new, since they never fixed it, and I had to wash my clothes in the bath-tub, and I did it wrong, so I had to buy new clothes as well.

(They also lie about the garbage-throwing facilities, and say they are possible to use, 24 hours, but they close at 11 pm., and one have to walk passed a beer-garden, full of people drinking, so it can also be embarrasing throwing the garbage, so the bins should be on a public are, like in Leather Lane I think, and not in the bin-store belonging to a restaurant).

So I have to work as a genator, and fix the bath-room lamp with duct-tape etc.

Also I am unemployed, and on a strict budget.

So then I don't think it's fair that they should get the whole rent, when I have to do their genetor-work etc., so I sometimes deduct a bit from the rent, since they don't do their job with repairs.

Also there is load music from the discoteque outside, four nights a week.

Also, they write 'I am lead to belive', about that I get housing allowance, but that's like they are spying on me, I think.

    That's not a proper reference, I think.

They go behind my back in a vendetta-way with this letter I got today, I think.

Because they don't tell you the problems that have been with the repairs etc.

So their letter doesn't mirror how the tenancy-situation really is, I think.

So I hope you don't listen to this horrible landlord, but let me have this bargaining-card with them, so that they don't get even worse.

I wonder if they do this as some kind of hate-crime against me, because their reference/excuse for attacking me, in their letter to you, wasn't fine, I think, (so I send a copy of this e-mail to the police).

So I hope you don't listen to their one-sided letter, but continue to send me the Housing Allowance as usual.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

I've earlier contaced you about the problems with the garbage-bins, that they aren't easily accesable.

So these problems, with this landlord, should be known by the Council, from before.

    Hi,

one of the readers on my blog, found about this now.
It seems that in June, I'd posted a one day PIN-code, from the Gym, for 18/6, on 19/6.
Why do you punish me for this?

This is just pure evilness, from your side.
You deserv to die in a horrible way if you are this evil, I think.

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!
It would have been fine to see evidence for an acusation like that, I think.

Because I can't remember that I've published a PIN-number on my blog, even if I admit, I have written about that I started going to the Gym.

It's a bit strange to just throw out acusations like that, without documenting them, I think.

I have honestly not used my membership at the Gym at all, and canceled

I've only been at the Gym once, and then I bought a one day code on the

So the washing-woman had to let me out.

And I have had some problems with gluten-allergy etc., before Christmas,

so I didn't use my membership.

If someone have abused my code, I think you should investigate that, and

not ban me, which I think is very unfair.

    Hi,

last week I received another reminder from you, for this prank-order, dated 11/23/10.
I'm not that good at the American dates, but I guess that was a date from last year.

So your correspondence is a bit slow.
I just wanted to update about this.
I guess this is just that letters takes a lot of weeks to cross the Atlantic, or something.

Please remove me from your database, since I have no interest in your gay magazine.
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm refering to Mr. John Uptons letter, from 13/1.
He writes that he has contacted Sencia, about my complaint, and they tell him three lies, I think I have to say, that's why I'm trying to escalate this.

Mr. Upton writes that Sencia tells him:
'a. Their CV stated that you ahve industry specific IT skills':

    This isn't right at all.

Mr. Ellis, at Sencia, insisted he wanted to assess my IT skills, which are these:
IT-skills: (Java, Pascal, Pearl, Machine-code, wed-design, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Linux, System/Network-administration, System-development, Computer-security, E-Commerce, Relation Databases, unix, data-modelling, operating-systems, expert-systems, discrete mathematics, statistics, Computer Arcitecure, algorithms and data-structures, Basic).

(I've gone to a Reed CV-writing-course last week, where we learned to assess our skills etc.)

But Sencia just wrote: 'Excellent IT [..] skills'.
That's not industry specific IT skills, and that's not to assess my IT skills like Mr. Ellis insisted and said he would to in my first PA-meeting at Sencia.

'b. The gap in your employment history mentioned on their CV from 2004-2005 was the same as detailed on your CV'.
This isn't the year from my complaint.

This year I was a student, at study abroad, at the university of Sunderland.
My complaint is that Sencia put a gap in my employment history, from May 1993 to June 1994, that doesn't mirror reality.

I don't understand how Mr. Upton ca buy Sencia excuses.
I think if one look at my CV, there isn't a gap for 2004, so how could Mr. Upton buy this explanation from Sencia?

I admit I haven't sent you my CV, with this complaint, but I can attach my last version of my own CV with this e-mail.

And provide earlier versions upon request.
'c. The qualificiations on their CV are the same as on your CV':
This isn't true at all, I have no qualification from NITH, on my CV.
    Only from Oslo University College.

So 'c' is something Sencia have made up, I'm afraid I have to say, (since they have added a Foundation Degree in Information Management, on their CV, which I don't have in real life).

I've tried to get Sencia to correct the mistakes on my CV, because I wanted to be on level with my Personal Advisor, but they just refused.
I think they should add an error/mistake-editing procedure, to their CV-making-process.

Since they really just make a CV, and that's it.

Where as e.g. Ladders have an error/mistake-editing procedure, I've read about on the Ladders website.

So Sencia just produce low-quality CV's, it seems to me, if I dear to be honest and a bit direct in this.

Hope that you can have a second look at my complaint.
Even if I'm finished with Employment Zones at Sencia, I don't want to have on my reputation that I write complaints that are wrong, (when I think this comlaint is really right).

    Hope this is alright!
    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi again,

I think water-companies should be fine and function properly.
Next they'll be putting some sh*t in the water.

    Hi,

it's really about the customer-service department, trying to rule the company.

They try to over-turn agreements made by executives there.
And are really trying to hijack the company.

This is how it seems to me.
Could be the Order of St. John, that I have in my family, or albanian mafia, or something, since my younger half-brother Axel Thomassen, knows gang-leaders etc., in Oslo, (he knows one of the leaders of the A-gang there, he told me in 2005).

    Regards,

    Hi,

this is not about being 'firm with customers'.
It had already been set up a payment-plan.
You show a lack of understanding here, I think.

Could you please send this complaint to your line-manager?
    Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Re 101229-000040

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

I have received a copy of United Utilities letter of 31 December 2010.

While you were maintaining regular payments to one of United Utilities debt collection agencies, payments should still be reviewed regularly and it is United Utilities which will do this rather than the debt recovery agency. We would also much prefer that customers deal directly with their water company rather than third party agencies and therefore accept that your account should have been passed back to United Utilities to handle directly. It is right that they then establish your financial situation as £25.00 a month may not be enough to cover this years charges plus your outstanding debt. That is why you were sent an Income and Expenditure form. From this they will be able to see whether £25.00 a month payment is reasonable or not. It is also the case that United Utilities may also be able to provide other assistance to you with paying off your debt.

Debt recovery staff at all water companies can and should be firm with customers about their payments. Debt is a major problem for water companies and high debt levels have an affect on all customers charges. We do however expect staff to be sympathetic to customers financial situations. The Consumer Council for Water does carry out assessments of debt recovery at United Utilities and has not identified any particular issues with the way they treat their customers.

I note that United Utilities has set up a £25.00 payment plan again. I would though suggest contacting United Utilities about this as while it will run for 12 months at the end of this time your payments will likely automatically increase to an unmanageable amount when the total outstanding charges are added. Speaking to the Payments Assistance Team will allow any assistance to be provided now rather than your charges becoming a bigger problem in the future.

While I can understand your frustration with the difficulties experienced in being able to set up a direct debit to cover your payment plan United Utilities has now hopefully resolved this. Where compensation is concerned, unless it relates to standards of service laid down by Government under the Guaranteed Standards of Service (GSS) scheme I am unable to insist that United Utilities make any compensation payment. The difficulties you have had are outside of the remit of the GSS scheme. I am sorry that you I am unable to ask for any compensation payment.

I realise that this may be a disappointment for you but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries.

    Yours sincerely
