    Hi,

I mean, is it because I'm not coloured, (not black).
Because in the first meeting, then they said there that they could sometimes send to Naric, but not before companies asked for it.

And I've had problems with the Jobcentre giving me grief, so then I thought I could ask to get about my qualifications clearified.
(And they didn't look at my Upper Secondary school qualifications in the first meeting).

So I think it's strange I have to pay the £40.
I feel a bit tricked by Mr. Carlos Pineda.
He didn't tell me that this involved a £40 bill.
I think he should have told me that, in the meeting at Jet job-bank, on Wednesday.

It's like he clouded it, about this, I think.
Therefore I think I was tricked, I think the normal procedure, in this, is that this goes through JET.
    Right?

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

is it because I am not black, that I have to pay £40, for this?
Wouldn't Jet normally have paid this?

£40.00 +VAT (£47.00) if you live within the EU. The fee is per Statement, which

    can include multiple qualifications.

You then need to forward us photocopies of all your academic

documentation including your final transcripts and final certificates. If

these are not in English, please include certified translations. You may send

are not in English, please include certified translations) along with a covering

letter, with all your contact details on it, including your name and address

and a contact email address (if you have one) and a contact telephone number.

Your covering letter also needs to contain a brief description of why you wish

If you apply through the post this service will cost you £46.00

if you live outside the EU, or £46.00 +VAT (£54.05) if you live within the EU.

Update/Fwd: Complaint about Jet Employability Team/Fwd: Update/Fwd: IT Manager

    Hi,

I was at a meeting at Jet Liverpool today, with Mr. Carlos Pineda,

Guidance Officer, Adult Learning Service, Ethnic Minority Employability

    Project.

We agreed, that I'd contact Naric, regarding my degrees from Norway.

I have degrees at both level 3 and level 5/6.

I send about this in different e-mails, first about the level 3

degrees, then I think it's easier to keep the overviev.

I went three years on Upper Secondary Business

School, in Norway, from 1986 to 1989.

For all of these three years, I got a 'vitnemål', that's a (school leaving)

    certificate.

These I think must be at National Diploma-level.

The first year, I graduated in 'Grunnleggende handels og kontorfag', which

    means 'Basic commerce and office-knowledge'.

The second year, I graduated, in 'Markedføring', that's Marketing.

The third year, I graduated in 'Informasjonsbehandling', that's Information

    Management.

The third year, I had an optional subject, 'Matematikk', that's Maths,

(even if we had an a bit un-structurised teacher, in that subject, I'd say, so

    I only got a 2, as a grade, but that's still a pass).

So, since I passed in maths, as an optional subject, then I got a

qualification, called 'generell studiekompetanse', earlier called 'examen

    artium', in Norway.

(I think this is what you call A-levels, in the UK).

I didn't get this in writing, from my Upper Secondary School.

But I got matriculated, at the University

    of Oslo, in 1991.

(Since I had a rest-year, from the Information

    Management University

    College, which I studied

    on then, NHI.

And then I got a job in a shop, to save up money for further full time studies.

And then I wanted to try to use my mind a bit more as well, since I only sat in

the check out in the shop, and I was a bit curios about what 'Examen

Philosoficum' was, at the University of Oslo, so I studied there.

So the Univeristy of Oslo, can confirm that I have this qualificiation, (I'm

sending a copy of their letter), called 'generell studiekompetanse'/'examen

    artium'/A-levels.

Which that I can study at (Norwegian) universities.

So these three years at Upper Secondary School in Norway, they gave me three

certificates/National Diplomas and one academic qualification, (examen

    artium/generell studiekompetanse).

So I was wondering it I could then please get these transfered to English

    degrees/qualifications.

Because I'm not sure that e.g. the Jobcentre, understand my Norwegian degrees/qualification.

(It would then be three National Diplomas I'd guess:

    – One in Basic Commerce and Office-knowledge/work.

    – One in Marketing.

    – One in Information Management.

    – And also an academic qualification, that means I can study at

    unversities, (A-levels?).

I hope you have the chance to look at this!

Thank you very much in advance, for any help!

I'm also going to send you another e-mail, about my level 5/6

    qualifications/degrees/grades.

But I send two different e-mails, about this, since I think it helps with

    keeping the overview, regarding this.

    Hopes this is alright!

I enclose scanned copies of the three certificates, and the letter from

    the University of

    Oslo, regarding the

    academic qualification, 'generell studiekompetanse'/A-levels(?).

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I was at Jet job-bank today, and spoke with Mr. Carlos Pineda, Guidance

Officer, Adult Learning Service, Ethnic Minority Employabilitiy Project.

    We discussed my complaint.

And I explained that the Jobcentre gave me grief, because they say that my

    degree from Norway,

is at level 4, while Jet and Direct Gov say it's at level 5.

So we agreed I'd contact Naric, about this, (and to see if my grades

from two University Colleges in Norway

are enough to get a Bachelor Degree, etc).

I appolised for that I think I perhaps over-reacted a bit in my compaint.

It's just that I'm a bit stressed from being un-employed, and the Jobcentre are

giving me a bit grief regarding this and other issues.

So we agreed that this complaint was now solved, with the new information I got the meeting today.

Thank you very much for your help with finding out which level my degrees from Norway

    are!

    To: Jet@liverpool.gov.uk

    Hi,

I was sent by Gill, from JET in Walton, to Jet employability team, last

    month.

They didn't want to transfer my degree, to a UK degree, so I now strugle, when I

apply for work, and the Jobcentre says I'm at level 4, when I'm really at level

    5 or 6.

I think I really have a level 6, (bachelor), degree.

But Jet Employability Team, didn't want to look at my files thorowly, but were

almost hostile, I think, (maybe because I'm white, since all of the people in

    that office were coloured).

And they didn't want to transfer my degrees from Upper Secondary School

    eighter.

They only wanted to look at one file, and that was it.

But I also have a file from another University

    College, where I almost

    got a degree.

    So I think this really-really is like a Bachelor-degree.

But I don't think the person at Jet employability team, seemed qualified to

    judge this.

It seemed like he had enough with finding Norway on the screen.

Is it any way I could get this looked at properly?

    To: Lesley.Sloan@alfa.com

    Hi,

sorry that I'm sending this many e-mails.

But you see, I'm from Norway,

so I'm not used with 'fancy' sections on the CV, called things like 'Personal

    Profile', and 'Skills'.

So it could be that I get my CV a bit wrong now.

And the Jobcentre, Working Links etc., they tell me things like to have those

sections, and that the CV shouldn't be more than two pages, and to only write

work-experience from the last 10-15 years.

So I've changed the CV a lot of times now.

But I think it's maybe best for me, to just have a very basic style of

CV, like I've learned in Norway.

Since CV really means Curriculum Vitea, which means a description of how one

    have lived ones life.

    As far as I understand.

So really, I'm not sure if the 'fancy' sections should be on the CV,

    originally.

And to cut out pieses of one's work-experience, on one's CV, isn't

really true to the original nature of a CV, which means a descripiton of what

one have done, in one's life.

So I think the Jobcentre, and Working-links are a bit silly, perhaps.

But you have given me valueable feed-back.

Thank you very much for the feed-back!

    Hi,

I read about this vacancy, on the Jobcentre Plus website.

I have a degree from Norway,

in IT, from 2009, which is comparable with a Higher National Diploma, here in

    the UK, and I've also

studied Information Management, at university-level in Norway, for two years, in addition

    to this.

I also have degrees from Upper Secondary Business-school,

    in Norway,

in Basic Commerce and Office-work, Marketing and Information Management, which

are comparable with National Diplomas here.

I've also worked as a manager, in Norway,

for ten years, in one of Norways

biggest food shop-chains, Rimi, (owned by ICA),

so I'm used with working with management and customer support.

I attach my CV, and hope to hear back from you!

Subject: Questions about the LSO complaint-procedure etc.

    Hi,

I've also been contacting you earlier, about your complaint-procedure.

I had a complaint against the Law Society, and how they dealt with

    complaints on two law-firms,

    Morecrofts and EAD with you.

The two complaints were dealt with collected with the LSO.

I've now read, on the internet, that there seem to be a fatwa against

    my, by the muslims.

So now I'm sending you a new e-mail, due to this new information to me.

I have two questions now, reagarding this:

    1.

Like I wrote to you, when you freed the Law Society, I thought you

    must have been corrupted,

at the LSO since you freed the Law Society, even if they hade several

    faults that were very

    obvious, I think.

Now I wonder, because I think your case-worker could have been a

    muslim woman, from how

    I remeber the name.

Should a muslim woman threat a compaint if there is a fatwa against me

    from the muslims?`

    2.

Shouldn't the LSO have a complaints-procedure, in case problems like

    this appear?

I hope you have the chance to answer about this, and thanks in advance

    for the answer!

    Hei,

    Hi,

I don't think it's any use with me repeating myself.
I don't think you should handle my complaint.
The reason is, that if you are to overworked, you get to tired.

And in dealing with complaints like these, one obviously needs ones judgement, to be like
    it should be.
If one are out of balance, like I think you could be, then I don't think this is good for how the

    complaint is being dealt with.
So please do as I ask Mrs .Cox, and tell your manager what I said, that I want someone else
to deal with my complaint, due to that I think that you must be overworked.

Haven't you seen how fine the weather is today, you should have a day off in the fine weather,
    I think.
    Sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

of course you can work on Sundays if you want.

But business e-mails should just be sent within the

    business-hours.

Or else, what's going to happen, is obvious.

Someone are going to come drunk home from town, and answer the

    e-mail

    Hi,

thank you for you e-mail, that I recieved today.

I'll contact your collegue back, regarding the

    Barclays-complaint.

I sent the complaint on RBS Dale St., to Yvonne Williams at RBS,

    but she

also harassed me, like this, she writes 'Dear Ms Ribsskog', even if

    my name

is Erik, and in Britain, you have a movie called 'Erik the Viking',

    and Eric is

also a quite usual name, in English-speaking countries.

So I think Yvonne Williams, the complaint-investigator, also

    bullied me.

I think this must have been a deliberate mistake.

This ended with the complaint being partly resolved, in the way

    that RBS,

gave me the bonus of £100, for moving my account to them, from

    Barclays,

(who I also had problems with, that I'll exlain about to your

    collegue, like I

    mentioned earlier).

I'll also find the actual complaint against RBS Dale St. now,

    and forward it

    to you.

What I meant with the complaint-form, was that it didn't look

    anything at all

like the ones you've sent me now.

Maybe the complaint-form I was sent, was to do with other

    financial institutions,

    than banks?

    Like share-fonds etc?

Have you also got other complaint-forms, other than to banks,

    perhaps someone

sent me the wrong form intentionally?

    Just a thought I had.

But anyway, thank you very much for your e-mail, and I'll also

    find the actual

RBS Dale St. complaint, and e-mail it to you now.

    Yours sincerely,

    Hi,

I called Jobseeker Direct, on 0845 6060 234, and spoke with Darren there.
He told me, that the dead-line for applying for this job, (Branch Manager, the Co-operative), with code WSQ/130398, was 25/8.

Yet, yesterday, I was bullied/mobbed, I think, by the Co-operative.

    Because they wrote:
Unfortunately that role has now been removed from the vacancy list as a suitable candidate has been found

(In an e-mail forwarded with this e-mail).

I suspect that's a lie, just to bully me, (like I wrote to you yesterday, I used to work in a company owned by a feared billionare, Stein Erik Hagen, in Norway, who knows George W. Bush, etc).

And maybe Hagen didn't like it, that I quit working in his Rimi food-shop chain, in Norway?

    Something like this perhaps?

The person, also told me to send my application to the Co-operative food-shop e-mail address, even if I wrote the code, for the job, from the Jobcentre, (WSQ/130398), on the subject line, in the application e-mail.

And it said in the text for this vacancy, that they wanted a person with retail-experience.

And then I, and experienced retail-manager applies.

And then the person tells me, that they only want mangers with experience from travel agents.

(But they didn't write this, in the text in the vacancy, from the machine at the Jobcentre).

So I think I'm being bullied by the Co-operative here.

Have you got the power to investigate employers?

Or have I got to bring that up with the employer myself?

Thank you very much for your reply again!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I also remembered one more point now.

The Coop-representative, tells me, the dead-line for applying for this vacancy, has expired.

But, this was a new job, on Thursday last week, when I found about this vacancy, on the jobcentre-machine.

So this I think must have been some plot.

Or I wondered what has been goving on.

Because I usually only search for the new jobs, on the Jobcentre.

Since I usually do a job-search, one or two days before the sign-on date.

    Just something that I remebered.

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I think I'm cleary being mobbed by the Coop HR-representative.
I suspect, in co-operation, with the Jobcentre Williamson Sq., because I told them I'd apply for the Coop-job, and that I'd worked for the Norwegian Coop.

I suspect these are eighter communist-mob or muslim mob.

    Something like this.
Could you could please investigate this?
Sorry that I lost my temper in one of the e-mails to Coop.

    Yours sincerely,

    Hi,

I think you are bullshiting me around.
    This is a retail job.
    You write:
'Fully qulified, knowledgable and experienced in managing retail branch'.

Food shops are also in the retail-business.
If you only want people with experience from travel-agencies, you should write that.
You are obviously a dirty mobster.

    Hi,

I went to see the Everton – Everton game yesterday, and I think I was being mobbed, at the box-office.
I was in the queue, number 4, and a man in his early twenties, sat there.

I asked if I could get a ticket for free, since I had a receipt from Tesco, showing that I bought four Chang-beer, for £4, on Tuesday.

But the young man said no.

I then asked for a £10 ticket, for the main stand.

But he said that there was only tickets for Lower Bullens left.
    Now the strange thing happened.
The young man, left his seat, and a woman, in her early twenties, in a thight blouse, sat down, and looked away, (while her boobs where pointing at me, from behind the thight blouse).

She sat like that for a minute or two.
Then I think the young man was back, with the ticket.
What did he do with it?
I think he must have made it 'in-valid', in a machine, because when I got to the turn-stile, then my ticket didn't work.

So that's why I think I was mobbed.
(I overheard in Oslo, in 2003, that I was followed by some 'mafian' there.
And I was attemped killed, in Norway, in 2005, on a farm belonging to my uncles woman).

I was at game at Goodison, in 2005, a Champions League-qualifier, against Villa Real.
And then a guy I heard was called a 'mafia-guy', messed with me, and provoked me, by taking a string, or something, at his jacket, against the back of my head, and he was there with a foreign guy, who didn't speak any English almost.

And I haven't much money, and I've used most of my spare-time, to try to get my rights.
So I haven't been on any other games, but I've been on a guided tour at Goodison, twice, actually.

I'm really a refugee, here in the UK, but the UK government, don't let me be a refugee officially.
Yesterday, a very muscular man in his 50's sat next to me, so there was almost no room for me to sit on my seat.

But I can't say if that also was a mobster-plot.
It could be, because, the young man, in the box-office, probably ran to get a plot-ticket for a set-up, (have you got e.g. muslim mob at Goodison?).

I think you have a problem with mobsters.
I've supported Everton, since 1977, I think it was, when Everton beat Coventry 6-0 at Goodison.
And my mother, Karen Ribsskog, who had been an au-pair, in the UK, in the late 60's told me Everton were a good team, and she said she tought I should pick Everton, as my English team, to support.

Since English football is very popular in Norway, the main broadcasting company, NRK, used to show a match from the highest division in England, every Saturday, in the 70's and 80's, so almost all Norwegians who where boys, in the 70's and 80's support an English football-team.

But I can't go to see Everton play at Goodison, without being mobbed, it seems, even if I've supported Everton for more than 30 years.
    So this makes me sad.
Just wanted to complain about this.

    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
I have a football-blog, so I took some pictures, of what happend at the box-office and at the turn-stile, so enclose so pictures, to show to help explain a bit what went on.

    Hei igjen,

Så her får dere skole-folka skjerpe dere!

    Mvh.

    Hei,

    var med den avtalten.

    2010/8/2 Helle Brynildsen Jahre <hellej@vfk.no>

    Hei,

    for

    en time seinere.

    tellende.

    Men

    For

forhånd takk for eventuelt svar ihvertfall!

    Mvh.

    Hei,

    Men men.

    Men men.
Dere får ha takk på forhånd, for eventuelt svar!
    Mvh.
