    Hi again,

    I'm the only person in the World, named Erik Ribsskog.
    And the person copies my writing style, (from my blog).
    The person says he has the 'Johanitterorden', in his family-line.

    And I also have that order, (the Order of St. John), in my family-line, (my fathers new womans step-son, Bjørn Humblen).
    And the person writes in Norwegian, and I'm from Norway.
    It's obvious to me that this is no coincident, that this person uses my name.

    I'm victim of a year-long spoofing and harassment-attack on the internet.
    I've earlier sent you complaints about people trying to impersonate my web-shops, etc.
    Could I please have a second opinion about this?

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    how can you say that this is not impersonation?

    (And you also didn't approve of my last impersonation-report, before this).

    I want to escalate to your line-manager, please.

    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hello,

    Thanks for the report. We've checked the account, and it is not in violation of the Twitter Rules (https://twitter.com/rules) at this time. We encourage you to keep an eye on it. If the account posts any misleading information going forward, please let us know. Just reply to this email with a detailed description of the content, and we'll investigate further.

    Generally, an account will not be removed if, for example, it happens to have the same name as you, includes no Tweets, or makes it clear that it is not affiliated with or actively attempting to deceive and mislead others. We do suspend accounts that are clear attempts at impersonation, but our team investigates to make sure there is an active violation of our rules taking place.

    Your faxed ID has been shredded.

    Thanks,

    @londonrose77

    Hi,

    these threats are in Norwegian.
    Do you just say that they aren't serious since they are written in a language you don't speak?
    Just wondering.

    Hello,

    We have investigated the reported account and have found that it’s not in violation of the Twitter Rules (https://twitter.com/rules) at this time. We have a policy against violent threats, but the content of this account lacks the specificity to meet the criteria of an actionable threat.

    Receiving these types of messages can be frustrating; however, removing content does not resolve the issue, but instead can make the situation worse. Threats do not simply disappear – if someone means you harm, working with local authorities to defuse the threat and address the root of the issue is the best solution. Removing the evidence of the threat makes it difficult for it to be investigated by law enforcement.

    If something has gone beyond the point of a personal conflict and has turned into actual violent threats that you feel are credible, whether it be online or offline, you should contact your local authorities so they can accurately assess the validity of the threat. Websites do not have the ability to investigate and assess a threat, bring charges or prosecute individuals.

    If contacted by law enforcement directly, we can work with them and provide the necessary information for their investigation of your issue. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949

    It’s also a good idea to contact a trusted individual such as a friend or family member. If you are dealing with a potential legal issue, please contact a lawyer. Twitter cannot provide legal advice.

    If you believe the content or behavior you are reporting is prohibited in your local jurisdiction, please contact your local authorities so they can accurately assess the content or behavior for possible violations of local law. If Twitter is contacted directly by law enforcement, we can work with them and provide assistance for their investigation as well as guidance around possible approaches. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949.

    Thank you,

    @londonrose77
