I understand that you personally don't think this is a big problem since

But e.g. Facebook have good, automated routines, for dealing with

impersonation, etc.

But Facebook is perhaps much bigger than Disqus, that could be why they are
more used with dealing with problems like this.

Honestly, we don't normally encounter this as much as you might think and if someone does impersonate someone else, the moderator of the site in question is able to take the appropriate moderation action which resolves the situation.
