    My mother used to say in the 70’s that stuff made in Hong Kong was rubbish.

    And it seems your still rubbish.

    You have no idea about how to organise a company it seems.

    You should inform me about who the troll is instead of doing lots of ‘moron stuff’.

    It’s expensive to call to China, and sometimes you can’t hear what people say.

    I want you to reply in writing.

    You should also let the manager reply, I think.

    It’s no good with tens of different case-workers.

    So this I have to complain about.

    Your company seem very poorly organised, (with all the different case-workers), like I’ve explained earlier.
