    you have earlier replied to me about this case.

    Some idiots have registered an account in my name with you.

    I want to know the name of the troll that has done this.

    And I want to know what you’re going to do, to stop this from happening again, to other people.

    And I have to complain about that you haven’t cleaned up your customer-register.

    I still get newsletters etc., from Play Asia, even if I’ve never registered an account with you.

    It seems that it’s chaos with you, because you’ve put about ten different case-workers on this.

    It’s like you don’t even try.

    Even if you should do your best, I think, to sort this, since your organisation have let yourself be used as a tool for trolling/terror, since you have poor routines.

    you don’t need to make a lot of fuss about escalating this to the mentioned manager.

    You should just escalate it, and get them to reply.

    I don’t want an email from Play Asia every day.

    I’ve never bought anything from you, and I never will.

    I just want to know the name of the troll who has ordered stuff in my name from you.

    And I want to know which better routines that you’re going to start with to avoid this problem from happening again to other people/citizens.

    So I don’t understand why I get a reply from a regular employee about this case.

    You should let your manager reply, I think.

    I want the name of the troll who has ordered this, in my name.

    And I want to know which better routines, that you’re going to start with, so that this problem doesn’t happen again, to other citizens/people.

    I think I’ve been in contact with about ten Play Asia-staff about this now.

    I doesn’t matter if your customer service-department is open around the clock, if you are very dis-organised, I think.

    You just send my cases to random people each time, it seems.

    So this I wanted to complain about.

    Because that’s very poor customer-service, I’d say.

    I’ve been corresponding with your manager Maria Kathleen Mateo, (Playasia Customer Service Manager), about this problem.

    So I don’t understand why I get a reply from a new case-worker now.

    You should let your manager handle this, I think.

    This is almost like the Nigeria-letters, I think, since I get replies from a lot of different case-workers, (Robin Dela Cruz, Angelito Bustillos, Aiko Rie Dela Cruz, Ann Legaspi and Michelle Ann Ansale).

    And now you, (Eunice Lapitan).

    And noone has done anything about the problems, it seems.

    Noone has informed me, about the name of the troll who has ordered this, in my name.

    And I still get newsletters from you.

    (You haven’t cleaned up your customer-register, it seems).

    So this I have to complain about.

    Please send this to the mentioned manager now.

    I also don’t like that you use my first-name like that in the salutation.

    That’s a bit to clammy/personal, I think.
