    Hi,

yesterday, I sent a complaint, regarding the Jobcentre, were inpolite towards me, in a meeting there yesterday.
Now today, I went through my organiser, and then I found the referal-letter, from Sencia.

I think I must have gotten it, by Mrs. Smart, in the meeting at the Jobcentre, four weeks ago, (or in the post after this meeting).
But, I'm not really that sure what Employment Zone is, (I'm unfortunatly from Norway, and I haven't heard about Employment Zones before, unfortunalty).

So I seem to have put this information about Embloyment Zones in my organiser, in a folder I rearly use.

So I found it now, when I wanted to put the files in the organiser right, after the meeting at the Jobcentre yesterday.

I've been at a lot of meetings at Jet in Walton, at Jet job bank, in Weaverthree, and at the Job-centre, and also at Sencia.
So there has been a lot of meetings, in the last weeks, so I unfortunatly got the Sencia address wrong.

But I think the Sencia-folder is confusing, since it has three addresses in it.
So perhaps the Jobcentre should use a marker-pen, in the folder, like I know JET employment-team does.
But this was my mistake, since I should have looked at the address in the letter I found now, and not the address on the folder.

So I sorry about this, it has just been a lot of meetings, on four different JET/Jobcentre-offices in the last couple of weeks.

And I'm not from Norway really, so I mixed the addresses up, unfortunatly.

So this was really my foult.
Sorry about this, I didn't really mean to go to the wrong office!
So I appologise again, for the all the problems this has caused!
    My mistake!

    Sorry again!
    Hope this is alright.
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

now I've digested the meeting even more.
(Even if I'm still a bit down from it.
From being attacked again and again).
But, the meeting yesterday, was for me to explain, why the mix-up happened.

But, I had already explained about this, in the e-mail to you, from 1/7, which you sent to Jobcentre Willamson Sq.
So they shouldn't have had a 'crazy' meeting like this.
They should have just, simply, printed out my e-mail, with the explanation from 1/7, and sent to the Independant Examiner.

I don't understand why I had to explain about the same episode twice?
I don't think this makes any sense.
It's like Mr. Winther was ignorant, and ignored my inital e-mail about this.

I'm still a bit shaken from the meeting, I must admit, it was the most horrible meeting I've ever been at.
So that's why I'm sending you several e-mails.

    Hope this is alright!

    Best regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi again,

one of the reasons I think they should have prepared me more, for this meeting.

Is that sudently, they asked me, about something that happened on the first of July.

And I go to meetings at the Jobcentre every forthnight.
And some days, there are both meetings at Sencia and the Jobcentre.
So I don't remember exactly what happened on this and this date, in my head.

But they demanded an answer about a detail that happened on this and this date.
They didn't just accept my e-mail, where I explained what happened.
I sent an e-mail, where I explained in a normal way what happened, on the same day this insident happened.

It's like they didn't belive what I wrote in the e-mail then.

They also accused me of going to the meeting late.

They said I was supposed to go there at 9.30.

But that was the time, from before the Employement Zone meetings started.

I was told to go there at 11.15, a forthnight ago.
This with the time, seemed like they had constructed, to attack me, to make me feel uncertain, og paralysed, or something.

Because they attacked me time and again in the meeting, about different details.
When I had explained about this, in the e-mail I sent, a forthnight ago.
It wasn't like a civilised meeting, I think.

It was like in the army, if you were captured by the enemy.
    And then interegated.
(Even if this hasn't happened to me, when I served my conscription service).
But from movies, I would think that's the only think I can think of, to compare it with.

It was almost like you wouldn't have been surprised, if a 'goon' had come there, with some electricity torture-machine.
Like one see in some movies, from Soviet-Russia etc.

I thought it was really horrible, so I wanted to complain about this, and sends this update to try to explain a bit more.
    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

today, (or yesteday, since it's after midnight), I was at an interregation, at the Jobcentre.

There was a mix-up, with the Sencia-meeting, a fourthnight ago, which I've explained about, what happened, in two e-mails, to this e-mail address.

I recieved a letter, from the new Jobcentre-manager, Mr. Winther, on Wednesday.
On Thursday, I was supposed to have an Employment Zone rewiev-meeting.
But, also Mr. Winther participated at the meeting, which took the form of an interregation, I would say.

I don't think it's right that they have a meeting with two people at the same time.
And the interregation wasn't scheduled eighter.
Since it was like a roasting, I think.

Or 'grilling', like we say in Norway.
I once had a meeting with the former Jobcentre-manger, Mrs. Hart, and she held that, in her office, at the 2. floor.

But Mr. Winther had like an interregation, in the Employment Zone review-meeting.

Also Mrs. Hart didn't have an assistant in her meeting.
But Mr. Winther had Gary there, to assist him.

So, I thought it was a bit unclear why there where two people there, in the meeting.
I think I should have received a letter about this special meeting, so that I could prepare for it.

It seems that every time I go to this Jobcentre, they do something wrong, like this.
I think it's like they have an agenda against me.
    (And the same with ICE).
Also, Gary, in the meeting today, said that my Norwegian degree, which is comparable with a Higher National Diploma, is level 4.

But I checked on the DirectGow website, and it's really level 5.
So they are so in-competent there, I think.
And also, I think Mr. Winther, had a bit unfriendly character.
He spoke like an officer in the army, more than a business-person, I think.
I think he acts a bit to though.
Suddently, while I was standing, at the Jobseeker-machine, he almost attacked me, and told me he was the manager.

But I had no appointment to see the manager, so this surprised me a bit.
I think if the manager want's to have a meeting with a client at a Jobcentre, he should send a letter about this, in advance, so that the client can prepare for this.

Especially since he had an assistant there, Gary, and also since his mood was rather grim, I'd say, (if that's the right word).
So I wanted to complain about this, since it was like a surprise-attack, I think, regarding something I had really explained about earlier.

(In e-mails to this e-mail address).
I'm not sure if the attached those e-mails with my explanation, that they wanted in the meeting, for why I went to Sencia Pall Mall and not Sencia Hanover St.

But the problem was I hadn't been given a referal-letter, only a folder.
And I think the Jobcentre should put a ring, around the right address, in the folder.
Or use a marker-pen, like I know JET employabilitiy-team uses, to explain that my degree is comparable with a Higher National Diploma, etc.

So I wanted to complain about this horrible Jobcenter again, (I think I have to call it now).
Thank you very much for your help in advance!
    Yours sincerely,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

in our Employment Zone review-meeting today, I was told by the Jobcentre manager, Mr. Winther, to bring my degree, to update my qualifications.
I told you that Jet employability-team, had told me my Norwegian degree, (Høgskolekandidat), was comparable with a Higher National Diploma/Foundation Degree.

You said that we didn't need to update anything, since me degree was level 4, and it said level 4, on the computer.
I told you, that I thought it could be level 5, and we agreed on that I'd check up on this.

Now I see, on the DirectGov-website, that Higher National Diplomas, are at level 5:

Higher National Certificates and Higher National Diplomas

If you want to go on to higher education and gain a recognised qualification to do a specific job, a BTEC HNC or HND could be for you. HNCs and HNDs focus on 'learning by doing' and can lead into a new career, or help you progress in your current line of work.

HNCs and HNDs: what they are

HNCs (Higher National Certificates) and HNDs (Higher National Diplomas) are work-related (vocational) higher education qualifications. While bachelors degrees tend to focus on gaining knowledge, HNCs and HNDs are designed to give you the skills to put that knowledge to effective use in a particular job.

They are highly valued by employers both in the UK and overseas, and can also count towards membership of professional bodies and other employer organisations.

HNCs and HNDs are provided by over 400 higher education colleges and further education colleges. HNCs can take one year to complete full time and two years part time (or in other situations such as distance learning). HNDs take two years full time and can also be taken part time (which takes longer).

HNCs and HNDs are at level 5 on the National Qualifications Framework. The framework shows how different types of qualifications compare, in terms of the demands they place on learners.

    http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAndLearning/QualificationsExplained/DG_10039026

So if you could please update this on my file with you.

I'll also bring a print-out of that web-page with me, on the next meeting, in a fourthnights time.

Hope this is alright, and thanks in advance for any help!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    PS.

    img175

    PS 3.

Her er den e-posten jeg sendte, til the Jobcentre igjen, 1. juli, da det var problem med Sencia-møte:

    Hi,

now I was at Sencia, in Pall Mall, for the Employment-zone meeting, at 1.30 pm.
The only problem was, that while I tried to get the calling to work, in that building, in Pall Mall 30-32, then someone told me, that they've moved, to Hanover St.

    Then I called Sencia, on 0151 236 1204.
And they told me, that the inductions would start in 5 minuttes, and that it would probably take me 10-15 minuttes, to get to their new address.

So Sencia told me to contact the Jobcentre, and get a new appointment.
    So that's why I'm sending this e-mail.
And to complain about that your Employment-zone information-pack litterature, should be up to date.

I remember telling Mrs. Smart, at Jobcentre, Williamsson Sq., that I chose Sencia, among other things, that they were close to my address, (in Leather Lane).
So I wasn't given the information about the new Sencia-address, by Mrs. Smart eighter.

So this is a new complaint in the long line of complaints, that I've had to send about Williamson Sq. Jobcentre.
Can you please explain how you can not have up to date litterature, in you information-packs, about Employment-zones, after you didn't give me the right information at first eighter, (like I've also complained about, to this e-mail address, on 20/5).

And I've mentioned this, from time to time, in sign-on meetings, at the job-centre, (Williamson Sq.).

    Also, I was wondering.

I have the internet at home.
Do I still have to use the machines at the Jobcentre, for the job-search?

And I've mentioned this, from time to time, in sign-on meetings, at the

    job-centre, (Williamson Sq.).

    But, I was wondering.

Should one have a new review-meeting, if one get a new university-level

    degree, (and a new jobseekers-agreement).

    Also, I was wondering.

I have the internet at home.

Do I still have to use the machines at the Jobcentre, for the

    job-search?

(I think it's better to do at home, because then there's less noise,

    etc.).

    I haven't got a regular contact-person, at the Jobcentre, so I thought I

could try to send an e-mail about this.

Thank you very much for any help in advance!

    Yours Sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I have had many complaints against the Jobcentre.
Yesterday, I found, that my grand-aunt, in Denmark, Unse Marie Heegaard, born Trock-Jansen, is directly after Charles le Magne, Pippin the little, Hartaknut, Rollo of Normandy, Gorm of Denmark, a Greek-Bysantian emperor, Waldemar the Great of Denmark, a third-cousin of the Norwegian, (I'm from Norway), king, after the god Freyr, Olav Håkonsson.

I also remember now, my sister in Norway, saying things to me, in the 90's like, 'you wont get any help by the Police [if something happens]'.
Things I didn't understand about then, since I only knew that my grandmother was after some generals etc., at that time.

But now I understand, that my sister is almost 100% certain, in some communist-mob/mafia, it seems to me.
(I thought she only was a socialist/communist, (like she admits herself), but now I think she's also in a mob/mafia).

And she has been accusing me, of being to confirm, for her liking, 'like our grandmother', like she has been saying, like a threat almost.
But I'm really just a normal Norwegian guy, so I haven't really understood anything, of why my sister has been acting aggressive/hostile towards me, at times, (before just now yesterday, when I saw we were related to the Nordic kings and the 'german-roman', (like we call them in Norway), emperors, like Karl the Great, (like we say in Norway), Charles le Magne.

Here is a link, where one can see this, (I'm named, I think, by her husbond Erik Anker Heegaard, my grandmother Ingeborg Ribsskog born Heegaard's older brother):

(Their children Steffen and Thomas Heegaard, were my late mother, Karen Ribsskog's cousins).
Even if they lived in different countries, they in Denmark, us in Norway.

I suspect also sionist would attack, since I've read that Jewish philosopher, Moses Hess, says there has always been a war between the Jews and the Arians/Germans, like in Charles le Magne, who I think that perhaps the sionist don't like, since I think he was possible german or germanic, (but I'm not an expert on this, I just think he must have been, since he was a German-Roman emperor, or what empire was called in English).

So I suspect now, that some communist-mob, and/or sionist-mob, (CIA? Since I wasn't let in to the USA, in 2005, but had to go back to Europe, for really no reason, that I could understand, at least), must be messing with me, at work, and at the jobcentre, (and at the Merseyside-police, etc).

So I wanted to complain about the communist-mob, that I think you have, at the Jobcentre I go to, in Williamson Sq.
Hope you clean up the mess!

    Best Chales-le-Magne and Hartaknut Regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

now I was at Sencia, in Pall Mall, for the Employment-zone meeting, at 1.30 pm.

    Regards,
    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I have an IT-degree, from Oslo Universty College, and I've also studied Information Management, at a private univeristy-college in Oslo, called NHI, (now NITH).
I have a website: http://johncons.org/ and a blog: http://johncons-mirror.blogspot.com/ , so I have a bit experience, from working with HTML and Javascript, and more.

I'm also going to take a course in Adobe Dreamweaver, at Liverpool Community College, in October, so I'm in the process of updating my webdesign-skills.
I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you!
