    Hi,

if I had written that I would have got the police on my door.
    It's a threath.
Twitter seems to think that mafia-threats are such a lovely part of free speach.
And I have to hear this from a something-saurus.
This isn't jurasic stuff, this is new-age stuff.
    Since it's so degenerated.
Twitter is destroying the world with it's degenerated 160 symbol-messages and even more degenerated custommer-support.

Try to say that in 160 symbols.

    Hello,

We understand that everyone has different levels of sensitivity towards content, and that you may feel uncomfortable with the posted content. However, Twitter provides a communication platform, and users may use our service to discuss controversial subject matter.

If a specific user is posting content that you disagree with or otherwise find offensive, we have provided you with the ability to block the user. For more information on blocking users, see: https://support.twitter.com/entries/117063

Twitter believes strongly in the importance of free speech and works to ensure that such speech is maximized. Limiting speech on Twitter (and other social communication tools) could result in the highly undesirable outcome of speech that is allowed offline being restricted online. We are strongly opposed to this, as this could cause issues with the practical expression of information.

If you believe the content or behavior you are reporting is prohibited in your local jurisdiction, please contact your local authorities so they can accurately assess the content or behavior for possible violations of local law. If Twitter is contacted directly by law enforcement, we can work with them and provide assistance for their investigation as well as guidance around possible approaches. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949.

    Hi,

this is the kind of bullshit, that people are sending me, on e-mail.
Obviously to trigger me to send an online form-complaint, to you.
(Which I post on my blog, usually).

Then you just sit there like robots, and tell me that the harassers and impersonaters are very lovely people, that I should just contact.
That's like the worst advice in the world.

In seems to me that Twitter has no idea at all how to run a comunity.
You must have grown much to fast.
Perhaps you understand what I mean now.
My Twitter-name is johncons, and my real name is Erik Ribsskog.

It's a rare last-name, from Trøndelag, in Norway.
(It's the name of a small place there).
And I'm the only Ribsskog in the world, with the first-name Erik.
So I'm the only Erik Ribsskog in the world.

So this is impersonation and harrassment, because this is not my account.
And someone have sent me an e-mail about this.
(That's why I know about this account).
So this is obviously to trigger me.

You don't seem to ever get it right, when I send your online forms.

So I try to send like this now.

you are just being very incompetent here.

This guy not only impersonates me, he apes my writing-style, from my blog:

You at Twitter are a destructive thing in Norway, since you are so in-competent, when it comes to Norwegian stuff.

    Hi,

it doesn't seem like you've even investigated this.
Then you would have told me what I've found out in the meantime, that his account is really @johnconstantin-(something), like I spotted after sending the impersonation-report to you.

But it was shortened, in the tweet, to @johncons….
And I just assumed it was a new impersonaton-attack in a row of many.
But I have to say that after I spotted what I mentioned above, (that it was really the account @johnconstantin-(something), the person meant).

Then I _don't_ think it was an impersonation-attack.
This could have been unintentional, that it looked like the user claimed to 'own' my account.
But even so, my earlier impersonation-reports, have also been 'sloppily' investigated, I think.

Could you please send my e-mail to your line-manager, since I still would have liked to please get the first impersonation-reports investigated properly.
It seems like all I get sent back is standard e-mails, and no customised feed-back.

Thanks in advance for any help with this!

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi again,

I'm the only person in the World, named Erik Ribsskog.
And the person copies my writing style, (from my blog).
The person says he has the 'Johanitterorden', in his family-line.

And I also have that order, (the Order of St. John), in my family-line, (my fathers new womans step-son, Bjørn Humblen).
And the person writes in Norwegian, and I'm from Norway.
It's obvious to me that this is no coincident, that this person uses my name.

I'm victim of a year-long spoofing and harassment-attack on the internet.
I've earlier sent you complaints about people trying to impersonate my web-shops, etc.
Could I please have a second opinion about this?

    Best regards,

    londonrose77, Jul 31 08:58 am (PDT):

    Hello,

We have investigated the reported account and have found that it’s not in violation of the Twitter Rules (https://twitter.com/rules) at this time. We have a policy against violent threats, but the content of this account lacks the specificity to meet the criteria of an actionable threat.

Receiving these types of messages can be frustrating; however, removing content does not resolve the issue, but instead can make the situation worse. Threats do not simply disappear – if someone means you harm, working with local authorities to defuse the threat and address the root of the issue is the best solution. Removing the evidence of the threat makes it difficult for it to be investigated by law enforcement.

If something has gone beyond the point of a personal conflict and has turned into actual violent threats that you feel are credible, whether it be online or offline, you should contact your local authorities so they can accurately assess the validity of the threat. Websites do not have the ability to investigate and assess a threat, bring charges or prosecute individuals.

If contacted by law enforcement directly, we can work with them and provide the necessary information for their investigation of your issue. You can point local law enforcement to our Law Enforcement Guidelines here: https://support.twitter.com/articles/41949

It’s also a good idea to contact a trusted individual such as a friend or family member. If you are dealing with a potential legal issue, please contact a lawyer. Twitter cannot provide legal advice.
