Hi, there are also other LGO-cases that you perhaps could look
at. This started in 2007, when I complained about the Liverpool City
Council-gym. And also the IPCC have blocked my e-mail address, because I
send them to many copies of crime-reports, it seems.
    The IPCC also
don’t investigate my police-complaints, it seems, (from before they blocked my
    e-mail-address).
Hope you can have a look at these
cases! Yours sincerely, Erik Ribsskog PS. Also,
someone are taking me to court, next week, in Liverpool Magistrates
Court. The have framed me, and say I write sex-emails to
Jobcentre-staff. These charges are completly made up, and probably some
    ‘commie-mafia-stuff’, I guess.

    PS 2.

I’m from Norway, so I haven’t known how to escalate from the LGO and IPCC,
(who I’ve had problems with for years). But read something about the High
Court on the LGO website now today.

Hi, now the NHS says I have received services from
them. Also, it seems like they want to have a discussion with me, (while
I want to keep this in writing). Also, the subject-line in the e-mail is:
    ‘x261174’.
    That’s not a proper subject-line I think, so it’s clear
to me that this is some ‘commie-stuff’. Also, have you sent about this
    case to the LGO?
    I copy this e-mail to foi.officer@lgo.org.uk ,
since I want to complain that the LGO email addresses that I’ve used earlier
don’t seem to work any longer, (I got some error e-mails back when I tried to

And to the High Court in case the LGO
    department is wrong.

    Hi, I wanted to complain
about your letter where you wrote I have to go to a mental-check. It
isn’t clear who initiated this, (which organisation and staff), that Liverpool
    City Council Careline contacted me.

That wasn’t something I had asked
for. And I had already complained about Liverpool City Council Careline,
(for being unconform etc.), when they gave me this apointment for a
mental-check. So this could be some kind of revenge from Liverpool City
Council Careline, since I complained about them.

I’ve also tried to complain about
the Council to the LGO, but they don’t have a working e-mail-address now, it
    seems.

Perhaps the PHSO, (who I copy
this e-mail), could send about this to the LGO.

    We are committed to keeping
your information secure.  As part of that commitment we have decided that
when we send you information by email we may have to remove some details.
This includes information that may identify you, or any other person and
    sometimes the organisation complained about.

    Dear Sir

    Our reference: 190624

    Your complaint to the
    Ombudsman

Thank you for your complaint of
1 May 2014 about Mersey Care NHS Trust (the Trust). I was sorry to learn of your
concerns. You complain that the Trust have followed incorrect process in
arranging an appointment for you regarding your mental health, following a
    referral from Careline Adult Services.

At this time we have decided
that we should wait until you have completed the Trust’s complaints process
before we look at your concerns further. This is because we often find that
organisations themselves are in the best position to resolve complaints about
their service quickly and effectively. It is also important for organisations to
have full opportunity to resolve complaints themselves before we become
    involved.

I have contacted the Trust to
determine the status of your complaint. They tell me that they have not yet
received a formal complaint from you regarding this issue.

In order to continue with your
complaint, you should therefore put you complaint to the Trust and wait for the
    forthcoming response.

You can contact the Trust with
    your complaint at:

    Mersey Care NHS
    Trust
    V7 Building
    Kings Business
    Park
    Prescot
    L34 1PJ

You can also complain by email
at complaints@merseycare.nhs.uk or by phone on 0151 472
    4002.

If you are not satisfied with
the response provided, you will need to write to the Trust to explain why you
remain unhappy. The Trust should then provide you with a second response in
which they address any outstanding concerns you have.

If the Trust is unable to
resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can then return to the
Ombudsman. If you do need to return to us, it is important that the Trust have
provided you with their final response to your complaint, and confirmed that
there is nothing further that they can do to try to resolve your concerns.

If you need to return to us,
you should explain to us what has changed between now and your return. In
    particular, you will need to:

    • explain what was wrong with
the responses you have already received to your
      complaint;
    • say what you want us to
      achieve for you;
    • send us copies of any
      relevant correspondence and papers that you have;
    • give written permission for
      us to obtain any papers and records connected to the complaint;
      and
    • confirm whether you are
taking legal action about it (because, by law, that may prevent us from
      looking at the complaint).

A copy of our complaint form
can also be downloaded from our website at: www.ombudsman.org.uk.

    I hope this information now
helps to take your complaint forward.

    Yours
    faithfully

Hi, now the NHS says I have received services from them. Also, it seems like they want to have a discussion with me, (while I want to keep this in writing). Also, the subject-line in the e-mail is: ‘x261174’.
That’s not a proper subject-line I think, so it’s clear to me that this is some ‘commie-stuff’. Also, have you sent about this case to the LGO?
I copy this e-mail to foi.officer@lgo.org.uk , since I want to complain that the LGO email addresses that I’ve used earlier don’t seem to work any longer, (I got some error e-mails back when I tried to use them the other day).
And to the High Court in case the LGO department is wrong.
    Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Hi, I wanted to complain about your letter where you wrote I have to go to a mental-check. It isn’t clear who initiated this, (which organisation and staff), that Liverpool City Council Careline contacted me.
That wasn’t something I had asked for. And I had already complained about Liverpool City Council Careline, (for being unconform etc.), when they gave me this apointment for a mental-check.
So this could be some kind of revenge from Liverpool City Council Careline, since I complained about them.
I’ve also tried to complain about the Council to the LGO, but they don’t have a working e-mail-address now, it seems.
Perhaps the PHSO, (who I copy this e-mail), could send about this to the LGO.

We are committed to keeping your information secure.  As part of that commitment we have decided that when we send you information by email we may have to remove some details.  This includes information that may identify you, or any other person and sometimes the organisation complained about.

    Dear Sir

    Our reference: 190624

    Your complaint to the Ombudsman

Thank you for your complaint of 1 May 2014 about Mersey Care NHS Trust (the Trust). I was sorry to learn of your concerns. You complain that the Trust have followed incorrect process in arranging an appointment for you regarding your mental health, following a referral from Careline Adult Services.

At this time we have decided that we should wait until you have completed the Trust’s complaints process before we look at your concerns further. This is because we often find that organisations themselves are in the best position to resolve complaints about their service quickly and effectively. It is also important for organisations to have full opportunity to resolve complaints themselves before we become involved.

I have contacted the Trust to determine the status of your complaint. They tell me that they have not yet received a formal complaint from you regarding this issue.

In order to continue with your complaint, you should therefore put you complaint to the Trust and wait for the forthcoming response.

You can contact the Trust with your complaint at:

Mersey Care NHS Trust V7 Building
    Kings Business Park
    Prescot
    L34 1PJ

You can also complain by email at complaints@merseycare.nhs.uk or by phone on 0151 472 4002.

If you are not satisfied with the response provided, you will need to write to the Trust to explain why you remain unhappy. The Trust should then provide you with a second response in which they address any outstanding concerns you have.

If the Trust is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can then return to the Ombudsman. If you do need to return to us, it is important that the Trust have provided you with their final response to your complaint, and confirmed that there is nothing further that they can do to try to resolve your concerns.

If you need to return to us, you should explain to us what has changed between now and your return. In particular, you will need to:

    • explain what was wrong with the responses you have already received to your complaint;

    • say what you want us to achieve for you;
    • send us copies of any relevant correspondence and papers that you have;
    • give written permission for us to obtain any papers and records connected to the complaint; and

    • confirm whether you are taking legal action about it (because, by law, that may prevent us from looking at the complaint).
A copy of our complaint form can also be downloaded from our website at: www.ombudsman.org.uk.

I hope this information now helps to take your complaint forward.

    Yours faithfully

PS 2.

Hi, I forgot to attach the mentioned screen-shot, of Risnes’s Facebook-page. I try again. Regards, Erik Ribsskog PS. After I was at a course with ICA. Then ICA sent my course-certificate to Risvåg’s shop. I got a bit disapointed and said he could just let the certificate stay there. Because I didn’t think the course was that good, and I wondered why ICA sent my certificate to the wrong store. PS 2. After I wanted to start studying again. Then I worked as a key holder at Rimi Bjørndal, in the summer-holiday of 2002. And then my collegue, who I was supposed to run the store with, (Njål Kristiansen), just ran away to another part of Norway. And then I had to run the big store alone, for some weeks. Since Thor Arild Ødegaard, is a commie, or something. At least he couldn’t work that many shifts. He also worked as a DJ, so that was perhaps why. And suddently Risvåg and the store manager Irene Otesen showed up at work, as a couple I’d say, doing shopping together. That was a bit odd, I thought, since I thought they were both single, so it could have been some funny stuff going on. Who knows. Also, in those weeks, another Store Manager, Sobia Hussein, (I think her name is), turned up in that store, and complained about it being few potatoes left, even if she wasn’t buying them herselves, I think. I wasn’t used with running that shop, and on the last opening hour on a Saturday, that shop didn’t sell much potatoes, (it was in the ‘ghetto’ like Leif Jørgensen said, a lot of imigrants lived there, and they often eat e.g. rice, and people who buy potatoes then to go shopping before the last half hour of the opening-time on a Saturday, then people who eat frozen pizza used to go to the shop). And also I ran that store more or less alone, since Njål Kristiansen was sick and Thor Arild Ødegård couldn’t work that many shifts. Just something I thought about. ———- Forwarded message ———- From: Erik Ribsskog <eribsskog@gmail.com> Date: Wed, May 14, 2014 at 8:02 PM Subject: Update Wednesday/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Your letter from 9/5/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Police Saturday morning/Fwd: Police again/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: More cops on the door/Fwd: Charge/Fwd: More harassment from Police/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Comments regarding the arrest of me yesterday To: Colin Simber <colin.simber@linskills.co.uk> Cc: l.kennedy@easylaw.co.uk, “emb.london” <emb.london@mfa.no>, HRW UK <hrwuk@hrw.org>, amnestyis <amnestyis@amnesty.org>, Politikk Høyre <politikk@hoyre.no>, Phso Enquiries <phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org.uk>, post <post@mfa.no>, Akademikerforbundet <post@akademikerforbundet.no>, LHT Customer Service <csc@lht.co.uk>, Pia Ribsskog <pia@nfunorge.org>, Bjørn Ribsskog <bribsskog@gmail.com>, she <she@topdanmark.dk>, “hv-02.kontakt” <hv-02.kontakt@mil.no>, “anne-kathrine.skodvin” <anne-kathrine.skodvin@ica.no>, post <post@spesialenheten.no>, “EUteam@amnesty.org” <EUteam@amnesty.org>, “SCT@amnesty.org.uk“ <sct@amnesty.org.uk>, hofmarskallatet@kongehuset.dk, Liverpool Direct <liverpool.direct@liverpool.gov.uk>, Vernepliktsverkets kontaktsenter ved Wenche Molstad <vpv.kontakt@mil.no>, post@slottet.no, Runcorn Office <runcornoffice@taroe.org>, Lars Aasen <lbf@lbf.no>, Info <info@tpas.org.uk>, Benefits Service <benefits.service@liverpooldirectlimited.co.uk>, “steve.rotheram.mp“ <steve.rotheram.mp@parliament.uk>, LO Postkasse LO <lo@lo.no> Hi, I’ve thought more about this now, and am wondering if it could be some Liverpool FC-mob who is framing me. I attach a photo of a store manager-collegue Arne Risvåg, (a screen-shot from his Facebook-page). We were collegues in ICA, and worked as store managers in different Rimi-shops. I was dragged to a seminar, after I got promoted to store mangager, in 1998. And was interused to Risvåg, by Irene Ottesen, I think it must have been. Risvåg imideatly started mentioning he supported Liverpool, and had been to the derby where Campbell scored the winner for Everton. He has a funny Facebook-page for a store manager, I think. He dragged me home to his home in Kolbotn, around year 2000, to ask about some IT-stuff, that he needed to contact his Internet Service Provider to fix, I think it was. And he was a boring man in a boring flat, I thought. And he gave me a glas of cola, for this. Also our area-manager Per Øivind Fjellhøy supported Liverpool FC. He once told me Coca Cola gave away free tickets for Euro 2000. I thought that would be to let oneself be bought, by Coca Cola. So I wasn’t interested. But I asked Risvåg, if he had gotten tickets that way, (since I knew he was into fotball). He said he had but Police had stopped their car on the border; (in Belgium or the Netherlands I guess), and said thought were holigans. Fjellhøy later framed me when I was promoted to be store manager in a bigger store, (Rimi Kalbakken), in 2000. I have an employment-case, but it’s getting nowhere. My cousin Ove Olsen also used to live at Kolbotn, by the way. And Liverpool FC have a large following in Norway, so they could mess a lot with me there, I think, the LFC-supporters. A guy who called himselves SirSirSir on irc., got me to join a message-board named VGD, (run by Norways biggest paper VG). And there a LFC-supporter with the nick McDermot, (I think it was), more or less programmed me to go to Liverpool, (he asked me if I’d been on Goodison, etc). (SirSirSir knows Thor Herman Christensen, a son of my mothers friend Karin Christensen. Another of my mothers female friends in Larvik were Gran, who got me into supporting an English football-team. It could be Christensen and Gran knows eachoter, for all that I know). Also, a fellow student when I studied IT at Oslo University Collegue. Dag Anders Rougseth. He supported Liverpool FC. And he didn’t want to learn programming at that academy, so I had to do like 95 percent of the work, (or something like that), on a programming-module, at that academy. So it could be some type of LFC-mob who are (still) messing me around. Someone called me and wanted me to go to a court in Dale Street, (when I lived in Leather Lane). But I said I wanted a letter, (because I couldn’t know who were calling), and didn’t go. And then the Police broke down my door, and I went with National Express to Sunderland, (where I’d studied earlier), and got to live at University of Sunderland-accomodation, (since I’d been in contact with them about studying there, that year). And then I was thrown out from that accomodation, for no good reason, I’d say. The Police drove me to Sunderland Council, who found a place I could live at Azalea Lodge, (where they first wanted to put me in a big room with a broken door and a lot of chairs, and then put me in a room where the letter from the former occupant was arround, so I understood this was a place for people who had just gotten out of prison, etc). After I’d lived at Azalea Lodge, for a couple of months or so, (I mostly sat at my room, at wrote my memoirs, from Norway), then I got a cheque, from BT, for £200 or £300, for some reason. Then I bought a couple of internet-dongles. And while I used one of them, then a Nel who worked there, told me a George also worked there, and that he wanted to see my Mac-address. (They knocked on my door without an apointment). I was then thrown out, of the hostel. I went back to Sunderland Council, and got to speak with two guys who worked there, but they had no other acomodation to offer me. So I went to Newcastle, where I had to walk around the whole night, to stay warm, (this was in January or February in 2012). And then I went with National Express back to Liverpool. I went to the Scandinavian Church, (who an earlier Arvato-collegue Jill Hjälte once had told me had accomodation), and was allowed to live there for a couple of days, before they suddently threw me out, because of some vague reasons. They gave me £200 as a compensation for being thrown out. I went to a meeting with the Council at Garston. (For some reason they wanted me to go to that part of town). And then I got a place with MAS. But not untill the next day or so. So I went to the central library. And used a hostel-site, and found a hostel named Hatters, (which I hadn’t heard of before). I went to Hatters, and it turned out to be YMCA with a new name. Four big police-men ambushed me there, (I have to say), and dragged me to a mental-department, at Liverpool Royal Hospital, (I think it’s called), for some reason unclear to me. I was let out some hours later. And wasn’t allowed to stay at Hatters, (for some reason). I went to another hostel instead, (International Inn, who had the same owners as the flat I had lived in, some months earlier, in Leather Lane, where it was a conflict about rent-payments I’d paid to a George they had sent on my door, but they hadn’t put those payments on the rent-statement, etc). And then I moved in at MAS in Fairfield. I was thrown out there, in May 2012, (since the Council didn’t want to pay for other than accomodation for me). And was really homeless, but got this flat in Keith Court at the same day that I was thrown out. (So that was perhaps a bit strange). I continued to use one of the internet-dongles that I bought in Sunderland, the year before. (A wireless broadband mobile-dongle, from T-mobile). But line wasn’t that good, so I tried to get broadband in the flat, last year, (around April). And then Virgin was here four times or so, with many staff, (and they changed some stuff in a box in the wall, it could seem like, at least). And before I had the landlord-case, I also had an employment-case, against Arvato’s Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation. So if this case is some kind of vendetta, or something. I’ve also been on ‘funny’ jobcentre-programmes with Sencia and Ingeus, (like earlier explained). And I’ve read somewhere that Ingeus are satanic. So who knows if this is something to do with ‘funny’ jobcentre-programmes. Hm. Just as an update. (My scanner is working again now, since I got the electricity back). It isn’t signed, (I noticed), so I though I’d write an e-mail about it, (while I was at it, so to speak). Also the address should be ’10 Keith Court’. And the post-number should be ‘L4 5XJ’. (Even if the letters get here anyway, it seems). Just something I thought about. I think it’s a scandal by the way, that I have to go to court. Since I haven’t sent any harassing e-mails to this Aintree Jobcentre-staff at all. It’s like a circus or a comedy-show, for me. This is surreal and hard to take serious, I think. It’s like it’s a phoney case, or something. (The Merseyside Police have earlier called me ‘Miss Erik Ribsskog’. And they don’t deal with my crime-reports. And the IPCC don’t investigate my complaints against the Merseyside Police. And lots more). Best regards, Erik Ribsskog PS. When you write that I write ‘lenghty’ e-mails. Is that negatively loaded, I wondering. Do you mean that the e-mails are to long? I have gone to commerce and office-line in Norway, and got the best grade in type-writing, in the 80’s. I’ve also been a lot on a Norwegian internet-quiz-channel, (#quiz-show), on irc. So I type quite fast after that, I think. (Even if I know there are people, (e.g. Torstein Bjørnstad), who types faster). ———- Forwarded message ———- From: Erik Ribsskog <eribsskog@gmail.com> Date: Sat, May 10, 2014 at 11:29 AM Subject: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Police Saturday morning/Fwd: Police again/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: More cops on the door/Fwd: Charge/Fwd: More harassment from Police/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Comments regarding the arrest of me yesterday To: Colin Simber <colin.simber@linskills.co.uk> Cc: l.kennedy@easylaw.co.uk, “emb.london” <emb.london@mfa.no>, HRW UK <hrwuk@hrw.org>, amnestyis <amnestyis@amnesty.org>, Politikk Høyre <politikk@hoyre.no>, Phso Enquiries <phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org.uk>, Jahre <hellej@vfk.no>, post <post@mfa.no>, Akademikerforbundet <post@akademikerforbundet.no>, LHT Customer Service <csc@lht.co.uk>, Pia Ribsskog <pia@nfunorge.org>, Bjørn Ribsskog <bribsskog@gmail.com>, she <she@topdanmark.dk>, “hv-02.kontakt” <hv-02.kontakt@mil.no>, “anne-kathrine.skodvin” <anne-kathrine.skodvin@ica.no>, post <post@spesialenheten.no>, “EUteam@amnesty.org” <EUteam@amnesty.org>, “SCT@amnesty.org.uk” <sct@amnesty.org.uk>, hofmarskallatet@kongehuset.dk, Liverpool Direct <liverpool.direct@liverpool.gov.uk>, Vernepliktsverkets kontaktsenter ved Wenche Molstad <vpv.kontakt@mil.no>, post@slottet.no, Runcorn Office <runcornoffice@taroe.org>, Lars Aasen <lbf@lbf.no>, Info <info@tpas.org.uk>, Benefits Service <benefits.service@liverpooldirectlimited.co.uk> Hi again, the Merseyside Police are hundreds/thousands of people. And I’m just one person. So this is power-abuse, from the Police, I think. (That they send different police-constables on my door, many times, each day). Also, a court in Norway, (Drammen Tingrett), has refused to let me sell a part in a co-owned property there, (since 2011). And I don’t get my inheritance after my grandmother, (who was my mothers longest living parent), who died in 2009, (even if my mother died in 1999). If I had gotten my money from Norway. Then I could have gone away to another town, while this ‘circus’, from the Merseyside Police, goes on. But my home-land Norway threats me bad, so I don’t get my rights there, and the result is that I’m a bit ‘trapped’ in this flat, at the moment. So this isn’t any fun. None of my friends or relatives in Norway are there for me, (in this difficult situation), so to speak. So I don’t really have much freedom, since I don’t have much money, so to speak. So this power-abuse from the Merseyside Police isn’t very fun for me.

    Mvh.
