Hi, it also happened a lot of strange stuff in 2011 and 2012 that perhaps could be linked with this. Someone called me and wanted me to go to a court in Dale Street, (when I lived in Leather Lane). But I said I wanted a letter, (because I couldn’t know who were calling), and didn’t go. And then the Police broke down my door, and I went with National Express to Sunderland, (where I’d studied earlier), and got to live at University of Sunderland-accomodation, (since I’d been in contact with them about studying there, that year). And then I was thrown out from that accomodation, for no good reason, I’d say. The Police drove me to Sunderland Council, who found a place I could live at Azalea Lodge, (where they first wanted to put me in a big room with a broken door and a lot of chairs, and then put me in a room where the letter from the former occupant was arround, so I understood this was a place for people who had just gotten out of prison, etc). After I’d lived at Azalea Lodge, for a couple of months or so, (I mostly sat at my room, at wrote my memoirs, from Norway), then I got a cheque, from BT, for £200 or £300, for some reason. Then I bought a couple of internet-dongles. And while I used one of them, then a Nel who worked there, told me a George also worked there, and that he wanted to see my Mac-address. (They knocked on my door without an apointment). I was then thrown out, of the hostel. I went back to Sunderland Council, and got to speak with two guys who worked there, but they had no other acomodation to offer me. So I went to Newcastle, where I had to walk around the whole night, to stay warm, (this was in January or February in 2012). And then I went with National Express back to Liverpool. I went to the Scandinavian Church, (who an earlier Arvato-collegue Jill Hjälte once had told me had accomodation), and was allowed to live there for a couple of days, before they suddently threw me out, because of some vague reasons. They gave me £200 as a compensation for being thrown out. I went to a meeting with the Council at Garston. (For some reason they wanted me to go to that part of town). And then I got a place with MAS. But not untill the next day or so. So I went to the central library. And used a hostel-site, and found a hostel named Hatters, (which I hadn’t heard of before). I went to Hatters, and it turned out to be YMCA with a new name. Four big police-men ambushed me there, (I have to say), and dragged me to a mental-department, at Liverpool Royal Hospital, (I think it’s called), for some reason unclear to me. I was let out some hours later. And wasn’t allowed to stay at Hatters, (for some reason). I went to another hostel instead, (International Inn, who had the same owners as the flat I had lived in, some months earlier, in Leather Lane, where it was a conflict about rent-payments I’d paid to a George they had sent on my door, but they hadn’t put those payments on the rent-statement, etc). And then I moved in at MAS in Fairfield. I was thrown out there, in May 2012, (since the Council didn’t want to pay for other than accomodation for me). And was really homeless, but got this flat in Keith Court at the same day that I was thrown out. (So that was perhaps a bit strange). I continued to use one of the internet-dongles that I bought in Sunderland, the year before. (A wireless broadband mobile-dongle, from T-mobile). But line wasn’t that good, so I tried to get broadband in the flat, last year, (around April). And then Virgin was here four times or so, with many staff, (and they changed some stuff in a box in the wall, it could seem like, at least). And before I had the landlord-case, I also had an employment-case, against Arvato’s Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation. So if this case is some kind of vendetta, or something. I’ve also been on ‘funny’ jobcentre-programmes with Sencia and Ingeus, (like earlier explained). And I’ve read somewhere that Ingeus are satanic. So who knows if this is something to do with ‘funny’ jobcentre-programmes. Hm. Just as an update. (My scanner is working again now, since I got the electricity back). It isn’t signed, (I noticed), so I though I’d write an e-mail about it, (while I was at it, so to speak). Also the address should be ’10 Keith Court’. And the post-number should be ‘L4 5XJ’. (Even if the letters get here anyway, it seems). Just something I thought about. I think it’s a scandal by the way, that I have to go to court. Since I haven’t sent any harassing e-mails to this Aintree Jobcentre-staff at all. It’s like a circus or a comedy-show, for me. This is surreal and hard to take serious, I think. It’s like it’s a phoney case, or something. (The Merseyside Police have earlier called me ‘Miss Erik Ribsskog’. And they don’t deal with my crime-reports. And the IPCC don’t investigate my complaints against the Merseyside Police. And lots more). Best regards, Erik Ribsskog PS. When you write that I write ‘lenghty’ e-mails. Is that negatively loaded, I wondering. Do you mean that the e-mails are to long? I have gone to commerce and office-line in Norway, and got the best grade in type-writing, in the 80’s. I’ve also been a lot on a Norwegian internet-quiz-channel, (#quiz-show), on irc. So I type quite fast after that, I think. (Even if I know there are people, (e.g. Torstein Bjørnstad), who types faster). ———- Forwarded message ———- From: Erik Ribsskog <eribsskog@gmail.com> Date: Sat, May 10, 2014 at 11:29 AM Subject: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Police Saturday morning/Fwd: Police again/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: More cops on the door/Fwd: Charge/Fwd: More harassment from Police/Fwd: New update/Fwd: Update/Fwd: Comments regarding the arrest of me yesterday To: Colin Simber <colin.simber@linskills.co.uk> Cc: l.kennedy@easylaw.co.uk, “emb.london” <emb.london@mfa.no>, HRW UK <hrwuk@hrw.org>, amnestyis <amnestyis@amnesty.org>, Politikk Høyre <politikk@hoyre.no>, Phso Enquiries <phso.enquiries@ombudsman.org. uk>, Jahre <hellej@vfk.no>, post <post@mfa.no>, Akademikerforbundet <post@akademikerforbundet.no>, LHT Customer Service <csc@lht.co.uk>, Pia Ribsskog <pia@nfunorge.org>, Bjørn Ribsskog <bribsskog@gmail.com>, she <she@topdanmark.dk>, “hv-02.kontakt” <hv-02.kontakt@mil.no>, “anne-kathrine.skodvin” <anne-kathrine.skodvin@ica.no> , post <post@spesialenheten.no>, “EUteam@amnesty.org” <EUteam@amnesty.org>, “SCT@amnesty.org.uk” <sct@amnesty.org.uk>, hofmarskallatet@kongehuset.dk, Liverpool Direct <liverpool.direct@liverpool. gov.uk>, Vernepliktsverkets kontaktsenter ved Wenche Molstad <vpv.kontakt@mil.no>, post@slottet.no, Runcorn Office <runcornoffice@taroe.org>, Lars Aasen <lbf@lbf.no>, Info <info@tpas.org.uk>, Benefits Service <benefits.service@ liverpooldirectlimited.co.uk> Hi again, the Merseyside Police are hundreds/thousands of people. And I’m just one person. So this is power-abuse, from the Police, I think. (That they send different police-constables on my door, many times, each day). Also, a court in Norway, (Drammen Tingrett), has refused to let me sell a part in a co-owned property there, (since 2011). And I don’t get my inheritance after my grandmother, (who was my mothers longest living parent), who died in 2009, (even if my mother died in 1999). If I had gotten my money from Norway. Then I could have gone away to another town, while this ‘circus’, from the Merseyside Police, goes on. But my home-land Norway threats me bad, so I don’t get my rights there, and the result is that I’m a bit ‘trapped’ in this flat, at the moment. So this isn’t any fun. None of my friends or relatives in Norway are there for me, (in this difficult situation), so to speak. So I don’t really have much freedom, since I don’t have much money, so to speak. So this power-abuse from the Merseyside Police isn’t very fun for me. PS.
Hvem vet.
Mvh.

Regards, Erik RibsskogSo I want to escalate this case please, to your line-manager at Stepchange, if that’s ok. Thanks in advance for sending this case on to your line-manager.So eighter there is an agreement, or eighter there isn’t.(‘En avtale er en avtale’).I also don’t agree that this is to do with goodwill. In Norway we have a saying, that an agreement is an agreement. What’s the year-limits for using token-payments? That doesn’t add up, I think, that there is such a year-limit. I apply for jobs all the time, but there has been a finance crisis, that has led to the jobmarket being difficult. You didn’t mention anything about this only being a short-term solution.Hi,I contacted you about this around 2009, I think it was. And then you mentioned token-payments untill I got a new job.
It’s a bit vague then.
And agreement should be respected, I think.

Hi Erik Thanks for contacting us, we’ll do everything we can to help you. It’s important to remember that token payments are meant as a short-term solution and any agreements between you and your creditors would be on a goodwill basis only. Your creditors do have the right to
take further action with the debts if they decide that the payments you are making aren’t enough. I understand that because of your situation you may not be able to increase payments therefore I feel you would benefit from putting together a new budget with us to see what the best solution is to help
you deal with the debts. You can do this by calling our free Helpline on 0800 138 1111. We are available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm and the call is free from landline and all UK mobiles. I hope this helps, we look forward to speaking to you soon. Rory Web Helpline Advisor

We have an agreement about that I would pay them token-payments, untill I get a job. And now they want to break this agreement, it seems. So that’s why I’ve sent about this to you now. So that you can tell United Utilities that they can’t break an agreement. I learned about token-payments when I contacted you, (CCCS), around 2009. Best regards,

Hi, this is someone who have placed a fake order in the name ‘frøken Adeler’, meaning ‘Miss Adeler’, (Adeler being a Norwegian/Danish noble-line that my mother and her mother inherited in the 80’s).
I don’t know who has ordered this to my address, or why. But it’s probably linked with the earlier around 50 orders, that someone have placed in my name, (and which I’ve reported about, to the Police, in Walton).
I think this company, (like many other fast food-companies), probably could have better routines, for checking that the orders are genuine. Best regards, Erik Ribsskog

Erik RibsskogI also got an e-mail from your collegue Joanne, (at your contact-centre), about a similar case, today. Regards,These companies don’t check that the orders are genuine, before they drive to the ‘customer’ with the order. So these companies are often ‘dodgy’ and ‘unprofessional’, I think one could say.Hi, yes, if you could ask the Police to investigate who are ordering fast food in my name.(The Police just ignore me, when I try to report about this problem.
But it is also a problem for my neighbours perhaps, because someone are ordering fast food in my name, all the time. And I’ve had around 50 or 100 pizza delivery-guys on my door, with food I haven’t ordered.
And sometimes these guys starts making a lot of noise, since they perhaps don’t speak that good English, and refuse to accept, that these orders haven’t been made by myself. And these companies also doesn’t really have good routines.
I don’t know if you at the Council know about this type of problem, from before.
PS.Also, can you call me ‘Mr. Ribsskog’, please. And not ‘Erik’, at the Council.Because I think first names only gets a bit sweaty, perhaps. If that’s ok.We aren’t commies, are we 🙂On Mon, May 12, 2014 at 12:30 PM, Liverpool Direct <Liverpool.Direct@liverpool.gov.uk> wrote:

I think this company, (like many other fast food-companies), probably could have better routines, for checking that the orders are genuine. Best regards, Erik Ribsskog
Hi, this is someone who have placed a fake order in the name ‘frøken Adeler’, meaning ‘Miss Adeler’, (Adeler being a Norwegian/Danish noble-line that my mother and her mother inherited in the 80’s).I don’t know who has ordered this to my address, or why. But it’s probably linked with the earlier around 50 orders, that someone have placed in my name, (and which I’ve reported about, to the Police, in Walton).
