    The people working on Arvato MSPA were mostly agency staff by the way, even if I and three more employees, were made Arvato staff, about half a year before I was constructivly dismissed.

    Just something I remebered.

    It could be that I react more on things like negative reinforcement being used to control staff since I'm from Norway, where we don't have that strict dicipline in schools etc., so we aren't that used with being treated decending.

    Other staff from Norway also complained I remember, about that it was to strict control.

There are a few team leaders in the company that I work for that fall within this category.

    A lot of your points are valid ones, but you can hold as many forums and perspective sessions as you want, all they will boil down to is the same old shit, just a different session. I think you will lose whatever case you are building, because they will just print off the reports that detail all of the stats and they will use them against you.

    you write that call-centers try to get a person to answer as many calls as possible.

    But Arvato don't care about the employee.

    You get screamed at, even if you don't do anything wrong.

    If you use more than 15 seconds to log a tricky call, (maybe you want to write a note, of something you learned, from calling technical support etc.), then you get screamed at.

    And that's horrible sitting there, and knowing that you can get screamed at all the time, by team-leaders who's only job, more or less, is to sit there monitoring the employees, they didn't want to answer tricky calls etc., so they weren't like second line, I'd say.

    And I've been working as a food shop manager in Norway, and studied computing and business at Unversity-level, so I know that there are other ways of running a campaign, like the MSPA-campaign.

    This was of management is illigal in the UK, I've been told, on the BBC message board.

    I think in an employemt-contract, there are two parites, the company and the employee, where as on Arvato, it only seemed like it was the company.

    The employees were forgotten and threated like dogs, at least at MSPA, but you can see that Miele-staff etc., also complained.

    On the BBC-message board, call center managers from other call centers in the UK wrote, and said that this was an unacceptable way to run a call center:

  • Her er mer om problemene på Arvatos Microsoft-aktivering. De brukte meg som ‘danske’ der, i et halvt år. Jeg måtte svare 100 danske samtaler om dagen

    Det som gjorde det vanskelig, var at jeg måtte da danske samtaler like fint som norske samtaler, og like raskt og med like bra kvalitet, som f.eks. finner tok finske samtaler.

    Så hundre sånne kronglete danske samtaler, med maks press, i et halvt år, jeg var jo nesten ødelagt som menneske, både som arbeidsperson og privatperson, etter dette.

    Jeg kunne ikke prate ordentlig på de værste, på grunn av alle telefonene!

    For et mas, og for et slaveliv!

    Hvis jeg skulle gjette da, så er vel kanskje broren min Axel, og hu Margrethe Augestad, fra Gulskogen i Drammen og de her tre Liljeblad-søsterne, fra Sverige, Charlotte, Ellinor og Elisabeth vel.

    Hvis jeg skulle gjette, så er vel kanskje de i noe albansk mafia, eller noe.

    Også når Axel da sier at jeg må brenne noen cd-er med Cornelius Wreswik, så mener han at jeg er pedofil, siden han synger om en Fredrik Åkare som kyssa med en 16 år gammel jente.

    Også med Bowie, så mener han at jeg er homo eller femi da, siden Bowie brukte sminke og så ut nesten som ei dame, på 70-tallet.

    Dette er nok sånne ‘mafia-koder’ da, hvis jeg skal gjette.

    Så her er det den albanske mafiaen, eller en annen mafia, som de her er i, vil jeg nok gjette på.

    For det som var plottet på den her festen da.

    Det var å få meg til å bli skikkelig full.

    De startet allerede i bofelleskapet i Walton, Melissa og Steven og sjekket at jeg drakk.

    (Hvis de var med på det da).

    Så passa hun Augestad, på at jeg kjøpte øl.

    Også bestilte de mer øl, som de fikk levert til leiligheten.

    Og jeg satt der hele kvelden da, og utover natta, og prata mest med hu Ellinor, men jeg kjente også ei som het Malin der, og vel hu Charlotte da.

    Hu lillesøstra, Elisabeth, skulle ta bordet så nærme osv., mens jeg prata med hu Ellinor.

    Så det var veldig merkelig egentlig.

    Hu Elisabeth, skulle liksom sitte oppå vårs nesten, mens vi prata.

    Så etterhvert så dukka det opp en bøling med engelske folk der da.

    Og plottet var nok den porten, da jeg skulle gå hjem.

    For da slapp de meg ikke ordentlig ut, så jeg måtte hoppe over et sånt gjerde, med en rulle på, for å klatrere, til å miste balansen.

    For de kan være litt inhumane her i Storbritannia, når det gjelder å bygge gjerder.

    Så den rulla var nesten laget sånn, at man skulle miste balansen, og spidde sine mest private eiendeler, på noen sånne ståltagger, som stakk opp fra gjerdet.

    Så det her var en felle for å gjøre meg til tante, vil jeg si.

    En kar stod også og så på, at jeg klatra, på utsida av gjerdet.

    Så her mener jeg at nok hu Margrethe Augestad og de Liljeblad-søsterne, blant annet, hadde noe plott for å gjøre meg til tante, vil jeg si.

    Det var også en jente som het Hege, tror jeg, fra Gulskogen, som var venninna til hun Augestad der.

    Ei høy ei med brunt hår vel.

    Men hun ble taus, når jeg nevnte at stesønnen til faren min, det vil si Jan Snoghøj, bodde i Rødgata på Gulskogen.

    Så sånn var det med disse ‘plottistene’, sånn det virker for meg.

    Så sånn var det.

    Men det var litt rart, for jeg satt på Ziggy Stardust, (mens Axel var ute på kjøkkenet), men da digga ikke Axel i det hele tatt, han bare sukka, når kom tilbake til stua, og jeg sa at Ziggy Stardust var en kul sang.

    Så det her var nok noe sånn mafia-‘mobbings’, fra Axel, for han mente at jeg så like femi ut som han Bowie gjorde da, på album-coveret.

    Noe sånt.

    Så sånn var det.

    Sånn er det med familie, man kan ikke velge de.

    Men men.

    For jeg så hu ble angrepet av en svær og kraftig kar, pluss at hu fra Bergen, hva het hu da, Vivian Steinsland, fulgte med på henne.

    Kanskje de folka også var i den albanske mafiaen?

    Så hun var nok noe sånn albansk mafiahore, hun Emelie Wallin, selv om faren var purk, sa hun ihvertfall, og også mora.

    (Selv om det kanskje skjedde noe med mora, mens hu jobba på Arvato, for seinere så sa hu bare at faren var purk).

    Men det viser vel hvor god kontroll de har i Sverige, når de bruker de peneste svenske damene som horer, enda foreldrene er i politiet osv.

    Så sånn er nok det, hvis jeg skulle gjette.

    For hun hadde også veldig bra albansk uttale, hun Emelie Wallin.

    Hvis jeg spurte henne om hvem hennes favorittspiller, på det svenske landslaget var, siden det var fotball-VM, i 2006, så svarte hun ‘Zlatan’, på omtrent perfekt albansk, vil jeg gjette.

    Hun sa ikke ‘Ibrahimovich’, hun sa ‘Zlatan’ da, men det er kanskje vanlig i Sverige.

    Hva vet jeg.

    Så har hun Emelie Wallin kommet seg unna da, og havnet opp hos noe lokal mob, eller noe.

    Også har politiet snappet opp, at ‘Cecilia Lind’, som den albanske mafiaen, bruker som kodenavn, på Emelie Wallin, har kommet seg unna.

    Også er det derfor politiet har kalt meg ‘Miss Erik Ribsskog’.

    For de tror at Cecilia Lind er kodenavnet på meg.

    Og at det er jeg som har kommet meg unna, som aldri har hatt noe med noe ‘mafian’ å gjøre.

    Men jeg blir fortsatt jaktet på av den albanske mafiaen, mistenker jeg, for jeg ser at det er noen albanere som følger med meg på treningsstudioet jeg går osv.

    Det glimter i øya dems, når jeg løfter i benken, og han som det glimta i øya til, stakk hånda si nedi shortsen i dampbadet.

    Og han karen så albansk ut, så de kara tror jeg må ha vært noe albansk mafia, muligens.

    Og det er derfor politiet nekter å gi meg rettighetene mine.

    Og det er også derfor at politiet skvatt til, når de så meg gå med en svart genser, over en tennisskjorte, for et eller to år siden.

    For da syntes de vel at jeg så for maskulin ut, til å bli kalt ‘Cecilia Lind’.

    Jeg skal se om jeg finner den bloggposten, fra da tre politifolk skvatt til da de så meg.

    Det skal jeg se om jeg klarer.

    Her kan man se det, at i januar 2008, så så politiet her i Liverpool på meg, med ‘tormented faces’, altså med ansikter som så ut som de skvatt til og som så ut som om de ble torturert nesten.

    Det var tre politifolk, to menn og en dame, i hovedgata, husker jeg.

    Jeg lurte på om det var fordi jeg gikk med en sånn svart genser over en tennisskjorte, og så jakke over der igjen.

    For da hadde jeg to krager på meg da, selv om vel ikke den kraga på jakka er helt sånn klassisk.

    Så da syntes de ikke at jeg passet til å ha kodenavn ‘Cecilia Lind’ da, så da skvatt de til gitt.

    Sånn er det å være ‘polititutt’ og gjøre for mye hokus-pokus, istedet for å bry seg om folks rettigheter og torturere og pine uskyldige folk i årevis.

    Det her har nok politiet gjort med vilje.

    For han Sgt. Camel, som jeg hadde møte med, på St. Ann’s politistasjon, i januar 2007, var det vel.

    Han likte nok ikke at jeg hadde blondt hår, når han så det, for da hadde jeg ikke nyvaska hår, og da er det lett å se at det er blondt.

    (For han var sikkert illuminist, eller noe).

    Så gikk han for å ringe, midt i møtet.

    Så har han sikkert sagt til kollegaene eller sjefen sine, at ‘let’s just say he’s Cecilia Lind’, for å slippe å gi noe ære eller rettigheter til en med lyst hår da, etter at de kanskje hadde avslørt den her ‘mafian’ da.

    Så sånn var nok det.

    Så det er en urettferdig verden vi lever i, og de fittene i myndighetene i Norge, som ikke gir meg rettighetene mine, de gjør det ikke noe enklere de heller.

    Vent til jeg får tak i dere, sier jeg.

    Jeg hadde sånn halvveis venta sånn her dritt fra britene, men ikke fra myndighetene i Norge, mot sine egne statsborgere.

    Men vi får se hva som skjer.

    Politiet prøver nok å dekke over det, at en svensk politimanns datter, har jobbet for den albanske mafiaen.

    Også skylder de på meg, og sier all mulig dritt om meg da.

    Og torturerer meg, og får resten av verden til å torturere meg, i år etter år da.

    Det er nok derfor at hun Emelie Wallin, begynte å grine, da jeg ringte henne.

    Fordi hun har dårlig samvittighet, fordi hun jobba for noe ‘mafian’ og de prøver å dekke over dette, ved å legge skylden på meg da, fra politiet.

    Så sånn er nok dette.

    Også har politiet sikkert trodd at jeg var albansk mafia, siden de sendte hun Cecilia Lind/Emelie Wallin.

    Og hun skjønte sikkert ikke hvorfor hun ble sendt.

    Så har politiet, (illuminati-politiet, det vil sikkert si Vivian Steinsland & Co.), snappet henne, på Arvato, og brukt henne som noe hore, eller noe.

    Og da, så har de trodd at jeg var albansk mafia, fordi broren min har hørt på løgner fra søstra mi, som er en kabalist/tysk orden/moderne heks, og er flink til å programmere Axel, (som nok er albansk mafia, eller lignende).

    Og så har Axel syntes det har vært artig, å kødde med meg, også dreit han seg ut, så måtte de sende hun Emelie Wallin, pga. noe mafia-kodeks.

    Og da trodde politiet at jeg var med i noe ‘mafian’, og har kødda med meg siden.

    En uskyldig person har blitt terrorristert av de jævla fascistiske illuminati-politiet.

    Og pressen spiller på lag.

    Så sånn er nok det her.

    For da sier politiet at jeg har samarbeida med kriminelle, til ambassaden i London og pressen, og derfor vil ikke ambassaden hjelpe meg, og derfor skriver ikke pressen.

    Men det er bare tull, jeg har aldri hatt noe med noe ‘mafian’ e.l. å gjøre, jeg er en helt vanlig og lovlydig person, som bare passer min egen business, og derfor regner jeg også med, at jeg skal få mine grunnlovsfestede rettigheter, når jeg trenger de.

    Men det har ikke skjedd her, og hvis politiet nekter meg mine grunnlovsfestede rettigheter, så er det landssvik, mener jeg.

    Det er sikkert derfor de kaller meg ‘Miss’, og sånn, fordi de tror jeg samarbeider med noe ‘mafian’, og tror at jeg skal ta meg nær av sånne mafia-aktig æreskodekser da.

    Mens jeg er en vanlig nordmann, som har vanlige norske verdier og ikke ønsker å ha noe personlig forhold til politiet, f.eks.

    I searched on the LSC website, for legal advisors, who accepted founding through the Legal Aid-programme, and found you.

    When I worked at Arvato, I was bullied by managers, and was almost made to work myself to death, before I was constructivly dismissed.

    I've tried to bring this up with the Merseyside Police, the Liverpool Central CAB, the Law Society ect., since this happened, in December
    2006, but I haven't got anyone to help, even if I've brought this up, with a lot of Law-companies, but the also seem to bully and harass me.

    I've even published the documents to do with the case, online, in this link:

    I find it difficult now, to find a new job, even if I have education at university-level and have been working as a food-shop manager, in Norway,
    so I wonder if Arvato and/or some other of my old employers, are 'messing with me' still, when employers call for references.

    Something like this.
    So I was wondering if you have the chance to look at this, or I guess you only help people who live in Kensington, since you have this name?
    Perhaps you know some other organisations, that can give help?

    yes, it's David Vaughan.
    I attach a copy of his business-card, which I have in a file, since it's part of an employment-case,
    since there were quite serious problems at Arvato, with bullying from managers and illigal

    management-methods etc., unfortunatly.
    (I've been working in management myself, in Norway, so I've there learned how to deal with
    problems like this, on courses, as a manager, so I tried to deal with the problems at

    Arvato, the way I'd learned at the courses I was at as a shop-manager, since I almost
    had to workmyselves to death there, at Arvato, and I had to do something, or else
    I couldn't have gone on).

    Because when I got the Arvato-job, then I was in contact, with Mr. Vaughan,

    at Reed, in

    Liverpool City Center.

    He sent me to Randstad, (Joane Trust), who found me the Arvato-job.

    Is this normal, that Reed send people to Randstad, etc?

    Just something I wondered about, aren't you competitors?

    that used with applying for jobs, since I got promoted without
