    thank you for you letter, which I recieved yesterday.
    You write that: 'I am aware that you were seen by one of our advisors, Jenny, on 03 June'.

    This was a scheduled meeting, which I received a letter about, a couple of weeks, before the meeting.
    My complaint is, that I wasn't made aware of the agenda for the meeting.
    (I got to know the agenda for the meeting, in the meeting.

    But then I didn't get to prepare for the meeting, and had no idea what it was about).
    This is my complaint, I wasn't made aware of the agenda for the meeting, on 3/6, before the meeting.

    This I think is the norm, that if one have a meeting, which is scheduled, two or three weeks before, then one should inform the participants on the meeting, about the agenda.
    I wanted to please complain about this, since there has been a lot of other problems, with the Jobcentre, Williamson Sq.

    I haven't received an answer to this e-mail.
    But I was at the Employment Zones-meeting today, at the Jobcetre, so I'm sending an update, to my complaint.

    Today, (at the Employment Zone-meeting), with Jenny Smart, I was given the Employment Zone-folder.
    I think I should have been given that folder, before the meeting, to prepare for the meeting.
    Now a new meeting was set up, in two weeks time.
    (So nothing much happened on the meeting today, with Jenny Smart, other than that I recieved some information-folders).
    But, I wanted to complain about, that I wasn't given information about the Employment Zone-meeting, before the meeting.

    Even if I complained about that I only got a folder for Pertemps, in Church St., when I was at the Jobcentre, two weeks ago.
    (I looked at the folder, for Pretemps, when I went out of the Jobcentre, and it mentioned an address in Church St.

    This made no sense to me, I should have been given a Jobcentre information-pack, before the meeting I think.
    I only received a Pretemps information-folder, but this contained no information about Jobcentre Employment Zones.

    So I didn't get enough information to understand what was going on.
    It seemed like a phoney meeting to me, because of this).
    In Norway, we call this 'fremmedgjøring', that people aren't being informed about what's going on, regarding them.

    I'll see if I can find the English word.
    My complaint it that the Jobcentre, intenionally, (it seemed to me), used the method of 'Social alienation', when they didn't inform me about why I was suddently going to an 'Employment Zone'-meeting, which I've never heard about before, and couldn't find about on your website, (since it's only in some areas of the UK, it seems).

    So that's why I complained to the Jobcentre representative, two weeks ago, since they left me feeling socialy alienatied, due to that I wasn't given the adequate information.

    So sorry if I complained to load, at the Jobcentre, the last time, but this patronisation, I'd call it, anoys me a bit, unfortunatly.

    I've been working as an executive, and am used to managing myself, so I react if I'm being treated like an adult person.
    So that's the reason I reacted at the Jobcentre two weeks ago, and I still wanted to complain about the way I was treated, surrounding this lack of information.

    (I was working out, at the gym, yesterday evening, so I'm a bit late answering my correspondence today, unfortunatly).

    The folder I was given, at my last sign-on meeting, at the Jobcentre, Williamson Sq., last Thursday, was for an organisation, in Church St., called 'Pertemps Employment Zone', I think it was.

    Shouldn't I have been given a Jobcentre-folder?
    Is this a New Deal-meeting?
    Because on the internet, I can't find anything about 78-week review meetings, (but only about New Deal-meetings).

    Could I please have the link, to the Jobcentre website, that explains about this meeting.
    (Since there has been a lot of problems with this Jobcentre, from before, I think, with the thre ICE-cases, etc).

    I also thought that the manager had another name, has Mrs. Hart stopped working at Williamson Sq. Jobcentre?
    I would also like to complain about that I was given the wrong folder, for the organisation in Church St., and not one about the review/New Deal-meeting, (like I recieved before the 26 week review meeting, I think it was, with the immigrant woman on it, I think it was, if I remember correctly).

    I was there today, and spoke with the young woman in her early twenties with glasses and scars from pimples, or something, on her chin, (I couldn't see her ID-card, since it was the wrong way).

    She gave me a folder to an organisation in Church St.
    And I went back and asked her if the meeting was in Church St., (since she said the folder was to do with the meeting).
    But, it turned out the folder wasn't anything to do with the meeting at all, it was just some phoney stuff.

    So I wanted to complain about this jobcenter-representative.
    She also said it was a meeting, (next time), to do with that I had been unemployed, for 18 months.
    But, I can't find anything about an 18 month review-meeting on the net.

    And I have three ICE-complaints about this jobcenter from before.
    So I want ICE to deal with this complaint, and explain to me how the Jobcenter can call me in to a phoney meeting like this.

    So I also sendt this to ICE.

    Mr. Lee called me now, at 4.50 pm, and pretended he was confused.
    I wondered why you called me outside of the business hours, on Friday.
    And now, it seemed to me, that he called me right before the end of the business-hours, as a provocation.

    He also ridiculed me, in the phone-call, and said that I couldn't speak with Mr. Temple, at 5.30.
    (Since that was after the business-hours).
    So I think I was provoced and ridiculed by Mr. Lee.

    So I wanted to complain about this.

    Hi,

    I had a complaint against Liverpool City Council, (Lifestyles Gym), that I wanted them to reply to in writing, (back in 2006!).
    You at the Ombudsman said they didn't have to, since they offered to meet me at the gym.

    On 28/5, Lifestyles called me, wanting me to reply to a customer survey.
    I tried to explain, that I had a complaint against them, and because of this, didn't want to be part of the survey.

    But the person calling didn't speak that good English, I think I have to say.
    So it ended with me having to hang up.
    Can't you please tell the Council to reply to my complaint in writing, so that we get this case over with?

    Jeg ble også mobba litt, da jeg skulle inn på den komedie-klubben, forresten.

    (Antagelig fordi jeg var først ute, og fordi billetten min fra MyCityDeals, var fra april.

    Eller kanskje hun som slapp inn folk, trodde jeg var pervo, siden jeg gikk for å se på en dverg?)

    Så etter å ha kranglet litt om billetten, og hun til slutt bestemte seg for å slippe meg inn, (enda jeg bare hadde betalt 6 pund for billetten).

    Så sa hun, (en pen dame i 20-30 åra, med sexy ben, som satt på en slags stol, med kort skjørt og nettingstrømper).

    Hun sa, ‘is it just you two’.

    Enda hun visste at det bare var meg.

    Så hun prøvde å drite meg ut, siden jeg gikk dit alene, som en usosial nerd.

    Så sa jeg at det var bare meg og magen min, (for jeg har fått sånn ballongmage).

    Så jeg pekte på magen min og sa at det var bare oss to.

    Jeg pekte på magen og sa ‘one’, og på meg og sa ‘two’.

    Og da lo hu litt slemme og fæle dama som satt på billett-‘stolen’ og, (for noe billett-luke var det ikke).

    Hun satt i døra da, sammen med en kar, på ca. samme alder, eller litt eldre, som mest holdt kjeft.

    Så det var litt flaut, å bli driti ut, for å komme inn der.

    Men men.

    Det er vel bare sånn noen folk er, regner jeg med.

    Så vi får se hva som skjer.

    Hei,

    Marit Stykket sender meg bare linker til artikler om likestilling, og vil ikke behandle mine klager, (siden jeg ikke er kvinne eller minoritet, muligens).
    Jeg mener at NITO må hjelpe alle medlemmer, og ikke bare f.eks. de kvinnelige medlemmene, selv om presidenten har dette som kampsak.

    Da blir dere mer som en vits enn som en interesseorganisasjon, vil jeg si.
    Så da blir det ikke noe trygghet og sikkerhet for medlemmene deres, som dere skryter av at dere gir.
    Da blir det kriminell trakassering, og hat(?), istedet.

    Og da blir det sånn at man blir kvalm, vil jeg si.
    Når dere kjemper mot medlemmene deres og ikke for de.

    Det står at medlemskap i NITO gir sikkerhet og trygghet.
    Men for meg så virker det som at dere bare tuller med medlemmene deres.

    Du klarer jo ikke å gjøre den enkleste arbeidsoppgave, virker det som, dvs. å fornye mitt gratismedlemskap som arbeidsledig.
    Så klagene mine på tullet deres, (og mangelen deres på hjelp, til meg som er i en vanskelig situasjon), de kaster dere vel bare i søpla?

    NITO er en vits, vil jeg si.

    jeg fant ikke noe adm. dir., så jeg får sende det til deg, som er president.

    Jeg har noen klager på NITO.
    Jeg har vært medlem siden ifjor, og blir bare tulla med, synes jeg.

    Jeg fikk beskjed, da jeg ble medlem, at NITO ikke kunne hjelpe meg med arbeidssaker jeg har mot Rimi, Coop, Forsvaret og Bertelsmann/Microsoft.
    Men nå tenkte jeg på det her, når jeg trente idag, og da tenker jeg sånn, at jeg kunne jo ha blitt medlem av NITO, i 1989, da jeg begynte på NHI.

    Det var bare det at jeg ikke fikk noe informasjon om NITO, av noen på NHI.

    Jeg hadde ikke hørt om NITO før ifjor, ved en tilfeldighet.
    Så derfor synes jeg at NITO kunne hjelpe meg med disse sakene.

    Det får bli klage nr. 1.
    Så er det klage 2:
    Ei dame som het noe med Canarius, fra Oslo, sa at jeg måtte sende vitnemålet mitt, for å bli medlem, for de som lagde web-applikasjonen, for å bli medlem, de hadde glemt(!) at medlemmer måtte sende inn vitnemål.

    Kan dette være riktig?
    Eller tøyset hun Canarius?
    Klage 3:
    Jeg fikk ikke NITO-kortet, enda jeg er NITO-meldem og det er listet som en medlemsfordel.

    NITO sier at bare de som består en kredittsjekk får kortet, men dette nevnes ikke i brosjyren deres.
    Og, de som er NITO-medlemmer burde jo ha bra fremtidsutsikter pr. definisjon omtrent, så det burde vel ikke være så mange grunner for å nekte NITO-medlemmer NITO-kortet.

    Nå er jeg arbeidsledig i England, og har problemer med å betale strømregninga, og det er ganske kaldt her om vinteren og, så jeg synes dette var ergelig.
    Dere burde være solidariske når sånt skjer, mener jeg.

    Klage 4:

    Jeg sende min CV til NITO sin CV-evaluering, og fikk til svar at den var ustrukturert, noe jeg ikke klarer å se, men jeg sendte e-post tilbake og spurte om de kunne presisere hva som var ustrukturert, og da fikk jeg ikke noe svar.

    Klage 5:
    Jeg får ikke lov å være studentmedlem, enda jeg fikk graden min i fjor høst, like før jeg meldte meg inn.
    Da kunne jeg fått kurs, etter seks måneder, men det var de vrange mot meg, og ville ikke la meg få være studentmedlem.

    Jeg har aldri vært kriminell, men overhørte i Oslo, i 2003 at jeg var forfulgt av noe de kalte 'mafian', og ble forsøkt drept på min onkel Martin Ribsskog sin gård i Larvik, i 2005, så jeg har flyktet til England.

    Men jeg får ingen hjelp av politiet.
    Politiet tuller derimot med meg, enda jeg aldri har vært noe annet enn en målbevisst forretningsmann, (dvs. butikksjef i Rimi, blant annet, og datastudent ved NHI og HiO IU), og aldri vært noe kriminell.

    Og jeg er også i heimevernet, så jeg ser på det som bekymringsverdig, at politiet ikke gjør jobben sin.
    Og når jeg har fem klager på dere alt nå, det blir en klage av omtrent hver henvendelse til dere, så lurer jeg på om dere tuller med meg, enten for noe kommunist-mafia og/eller politiet.

    Så derfor vil jeg at dere skal slutte å tulle med meg, for dere er min fagforening, som skal hjelpe meg, og ikke gjøre det motsatte, det blir som at dere har en krig mot meg omtrent, vil jeg si.

    Og jeg i heimevernet, så hvis dere tuller med meg, så er det landsvikdom neste, omtrent.
    Så jeg ser gjerne at dere isteder hjelper meg, som heimvernsmann og NITO-medlem, siden det virker for meg, som at politiet ikke gjør jobben sin i Norge idag, og det synes jeg ikke er noe særlig, og synes heller ikke at det blir noe artigere hvis også NITO er med på den her tullinga og ikke gjør jobben sin.

    Så jeg håper du kan ta det her alvorlig og hjelpe meg å få kontroll her.
    For jeg er altså en heimevernsmann som er flyktning i England, men også her blir tullet med, og får ikke flyktningstatus, så jeg må late som at jeg er en vanlig arbeidsledig, for å få penger til husleie og mat.

    Så jeg håper dere kan hjelpe meg, og slutte å tulle med meg, siden jeg forklarer at jeg er i heimevernet osv., som ikke er sivilt, som politiet og andre myndigheter, men militært, og derfor går over det politiet og andre myndigheter sier.

    Så jeg håper dere kan ta mine henvendelser mer alvorlig nå, for jeg synes det virker som at det bare er tull hos dere.

    I haven't received an answer to this e-mail.
    But I was at the Employment Zones-meeting today, at the Jobcetre, so I'm sending an update, to my complaint.

    Today, (at the Employment Zone-meeting), with Jenny Smart, I was given the Employment Zone-folder.
    I think I should have been given that folder, before the meeting, to prepare for the meeting.
    Now a new meeting was set up, in two weeks time.
    (So nothing much happened on the meeting today, with Jenny Smart, other than that I recieved some information-folders).
    But, I wanted to complain about, that I wasn't given information about the Employment Zone-meeting, before the meeting.

    Even if I complained about that I only got a folder for Pertemps, in Church St., when I was at the Jobcentre, two weeks ago.
    (I looked at the folder, for Pretemps, when I went out of the Jobcentre, and it mentioned an address in Church St.

    This made no sense to me, I should have been given a Jobcentre information-pack, before the meeting I think.
    I only received a Pretemps information-folder, but this contained no information about Jobcentre Employment Zones.

    So I didn't get enough information to understand what was going on.
    It seemed like a phoney meeting to me, because of this).
    In Norway, we call this 'fremmedgjøring', that people aren't being informed about what's going on, regarding them.

    I'll see if I can find the English word.
    My complaint it that the Jobcentre, intenionally, (it seemed to me), used the method of 'Social alienation', when they didn't inform me about why I was suddently going to an 'Employment Zone'-meeting, which I've never heard about before, and couldn't find about on your website, (since it's only in some areas of the UK, it seems).

    So that's why I complained to the Jobcentre representative, two weeks ago, since they left me feeling socialy alienatied, due to that I wasn't given the adequate information.

    So sorry if I complained to load, at the Jobcentre, the last time, but this patronisation, I'd call it, anoys me a bit, unfortunatly.

    I've been working as an executive, and am used to managing myself, so I react if I'm being treated like an adult person.
    So that's the reason I reacted at the Jobcentre two weeks ago, and I still wanted to complain about the way I was treated, surrounding this lack of information.

    (I was working out, at the gym, yesterday evening, so I'm a bit late answering my correspondence today, unfortunatly).

    The folder I was given, at my last sign-on meeting, at the Jobcentre, Williamson Sq., last Thursday, was for an organisation, in Church St., called 'Pertemps Employment Zone', I think it was.

    Shouldn't I have been given a Jobcentre-folder?
    Is this a New Deal-meeting?
    Because on the internet, I can't find anything about 78-week review meetings, (but only about New Deal-meetings).

    Could I please have the link, to the Jobcentre website, that explains about this meeting.
    (Since there has been a lot of problems with this Jobcentre, from before, I think, with the thre ICE-cases, etc).

    I also thought that the manager had another name, has Mrs. Hart stopped working at Williamson Sq. Jobcentre?
    I would also like to complain about that I was given the wrong folder, for the organisation in Church St., and not one about the review/New Deal-meeting, (like I recieved before the 26 week review meeting, I think it was, with the immigrant woman on it, I think it was, if I remember correctly).

    And I went back and asked her if the meeting was in Church St., (since she said the folder was to do with the meeting).
    But, it turned out the folder wasn't anything to do with the meeting at all, it was just some phoney stuff.

    So I wanted to complain about this jobcenter-representative.
    She also said it was a meeting, (next time), to do with that I had been unemployed, for 18 months.
    But, I can't find anything about an 18 month review-meeting on the net.

    And I have three ICE-complaints about this jobcenter from before.
    So I want ICE to deal with this complaint, and explain to me how the Jobcenter can call me in to a phoney meeting like this.

    So I also sendt this to ICE.

    jeg viser til brev fra Politimester Bjørnland, som jeg mottok tidligere denne uken.
    Jeg vil gjerne klage til Politidirektoratet, som det står at jeg har mulighet til.
    Altså, for det første så forstår jeg ikke hvorfor jeg ikke får arven min.
    Spesialenheten, har tidligere opplyst meg om, at Politiet har en plikt til å veilede og hjelpe borgerne.

    Jeg kan ikke si at jeg skjønner noen ting her.

    Det skrives om undertegning av begjæring om privat skifte.
    Jeg har ikke underskrevet noe begjæring om privat skifte.
    Min mor er død, og jeg er en av min mors tre barn, så jeg har krav på en tredjedel av arven etter min mormor.

    Hva foregår her.
    Hvordan skal jeg gå fram for å få min arv?
    Kan Politiet være så snill å veilede og hjelpe meg til å få mine rettigheter, (dvs. min arv, som ikke bare er etter min mormor, men også etter min morfar), slik som Spesialenheten sier at Politiet skal gjøre?

    Hva skal jeg gjøre for å få min arv?
    Vennligst ikke gjem dere bak byråkrati-språket nå.
    Man må jo ha gått på kurs hos kommunistene for å klare å skrive så uklart, som Politiet gjør i Norge.

    Her burde dere skjerpe dere, og begynne å skrive et språk som folk forstår, og gjøre det til et mål, at det dere skriver til folk, skal være lett å skjønne, uten at man må ha vært byråkrat.

    Det er ikke for mye forlangt, synes jeg, at folk som har generell studiekompetanse, som meg, skal klare å forstå hva selve poenget er, i de forskjellige sakene.
    Dere bruker et sånt språk som tilslører mer enn det opplyser, vil jeg si.

    Og det er meningen at det skal være åpenhet og gjennomsiktighet i samfunnet.
    Men dere er det motsatte av hjelpsomme, når dere ikke forklarer ting, sånn at vanlige folk forstår det.
    Da blir Norge et byråkrati-velde, og det vil jeg klage på.
    Dere får f*en meg skjerpe dere.

    jeg vokste opp aleine, (for faren min bodde hos dama si Haldis), i en egen leilighet.
    Og da jeg ble 18, så ville søstra mi, (som da var 16-17), og delvis hennes venninne, Cecilie Hyde, (som da var 18 vel), flytte opp til meg, i leiligheten jeg bodde aleine i.

    Jeg syntes det var gjevt å få selskap, for det å bo aleine, det tæret meg litt ned, skal være ærlig, (jeg bodde jo alene fra jeg var ni år).
    Nå, så så jeg at dere søker på at jeg har pult søstra mi og Cecilie.

    Det er ikke riktig.
    Jeg hadde to soverom.
    Men på det ene soverommet, så hadde faren min sin dame, Haldis, satt en stor fryser.
    Og jeg brukte bare det største soverommet, hvor vannsenga stod.

    Og noen ganger ville søstra mi og Cecilie Hyde, ligge i vannsenga, sammen med meg, (med hu Cecilie Hyde i midten).
    (Kanskje fordi det andre soverommet var litt kaldt, og med kun en liten enkeltseng, som de noen ganger sov sammen i vel.

    Og det var kanskje bråk fra den fryseren osv.
    Jeg sov på det rommet bare en gang, (etter at den fryseren dukka opp der), og da sov jeg dårlig, husker jeg).
    Men vi sov med klærna på, og vi gjorde ikke noe annet enn å sove.

    Dette var i 1988/89.
    Og nå, over 20 år seinere, så søker dere om at jeg skal ha pult søstra mi og Cecilie Hyde, på nettet.
    Hvem er det som har sagt dette til dere?
    Og hvem er det som søker om dette?
