Hei,
jeg synes også at du sitter å behandler søknaden min nå.
Og samtidig så sier du at søknadene behandles i september.
Så da blir det litt uklart for meg, hva som foregår nå.Hvorfor skal søknaden behandles en ekstra gang liksom.
Blir ikke det trakassering av meg, siden andre bare får sin søknad behandlet en gang.
Har du en sjef der som kunne sett på det?

ok, jeg kan også utheve, og det står normalt være knyttet.
Jeg har hatt rettslære på skolen, og vet at her må man gå bak reglene.
Hva var grunnen til at denne regelen oppstod?
Hva ville man unngå?
Her må man se på den dypere meningen, mener jeg.
Det som i rettslæren ble kalt lov-forarbeidet, mener jeg det var.
Altså kan du gi eksempler på slike institusjoner?
Er ikke Scribd en slik institusjon, forresten?
Og i punkt 4:
Den redaksjonelle kontroll, som jeg har foretatt på verket, (som redaktør), den har vært uavhengig av selve forfatter-jobben.
Så dette var en uavhengig kontroll.
Her kan uavhengig sikkert tolkes på flere måter.
Men da vil jeg igjen be om eksempler.
Hva lå til grunne for denne regelen?
Hva var det man ville unngå/oppnå med denne regelen.
Håper dere kan greie ut om dette.

Jeg siterer fra Retningslinjene, punkt 3:
«Elektroniske utgivelser må ha permanent tilgjengelighet og normalt være knyttet til en institusjon som har publisering overfor allmennheten som et vesentlig formål ved sin virksomhet» (min utheving).
Videre står det i Retningslinjene, punkt 4:
«Verk utgitt på eget forlag eller via Internett o.l. kvalifiserer ikke til medlemskap eller stipend med mindre søkeren dokumenterer at verket har vært gjennom en uavhengig redaksjonell kvalitetskontroll før det ble utgitt.» (min utheving)
Ut fra det du skriver i din siste e-post, ser det dessverre ut til at du ikke kvalifiserer til å komme i betraktning til våre stipender, i og med at du selv (og ikke en institusjon) har publisert verket og at du selv har vært (og ikke en uavhengig) redaktør på ditt eget manus.

jeg har jo skrevet denne boken, som forfatter.
Men jeg har som sagt også en kjent blogg, (johncons-blogg), som har cirka to millioner sidevisninger.
Så jeg mener at jeg godtgjør det, at verket er stilt til disposisjon for publikum, over tid, siden verket har vært på johncons-blogg, og også på Scribd, siden ifjor.
Og jeg har ikke noen planer om å ta bort den boken fra hverken johncons-blogg eller Scribd, for å si det sånn.
Når det gjelder punkt 4, så er jeg jo også redaktør, for bloggen min.
Så etter å ha publisert hvert kapittel, på bloggen, så går jeg gjennom teksten, og retter skrivefeil, (jeg bruker stavekontroll-program), og gjør enkelte endringer på setninger som er kronglete/kunstige, osv.
Selv om størrelsen på verket gjør det litt kronglete å behandle, så har jeg redigert et og et kapittel, når jeg har publisert dette, på johncons-blogg, iløpet av det siste halvåret ifjor.
Jeg har skrevet noen få kapitler hver uke, og har så redigert disse, før de har blitt publisert, på bloggen min.
Så det skulle være iorden sånn sett.
September er kanskje litt lenge til.
Jeg vet ikke om hva du vil frem til, med å vise til disse punktene, i regelverket.
Og jeg vet jo ikke nå hvor jeg bor i september.
Så jeg vet ikke helt hvor du vil hen, du må nesten si at jeg må kontakte dere igjen i september, og få søknadsskjemaet da, eller noe.

Vi ber deg også lese Retningslinjer for vurdering av faglitterære forfatteres/oversetteres utgivelser punkt 3 og punkt 4.
Videre må vi meddele at vi ikke har noen søknadsfrister på denne tiden av året. Neste søknadsfrist for Det faglitterære fonds stipender er 15.10.12, og søknadsskjemaer mm. er ikke klare før stipendene bli utlyst i begynnelsen av september.

takk for Deres e-post!
Navnet på verket er 'Min Bok'.Og den er på flere tusen sider, så den burde ha nok tegn, for å si det sånn.
Og den ble først utgitt, på min blogg, (johncons-blogg), (som jeg har sendt dere linker til).
Jeg har også utgitt den på Scribd:
Og jeg sender også med en Doc-fil-kopi, av manuskriptet.
Verket ble publisert ifjor, og det varierer litt hvor mange tusen sider man kan si at verket har, for jeg fikk litt problemer med Open Office, men med den siste nummereringen, så er verket på 2423 sider.Det er litt krøll med kapitell-indekseringen, men det har jeg tenkt å fikse, når jeg er ferdig med den boken jeg skriver på nå, nemlig Min Bok 2.
Hvis ikke dette er bra nok som søknad så håper jeg at dere kan sende et søknadskjema i posten til meg.
Jeg har nemlig ikke printer her.

Hi,I had to move from the Scandinavian Church now.Since it was a misunderstanding and some double bookings there.I now live at a hotel in the City Centre, untill I find other accomodation.My sign-on day is tomorrow.Is it ok that I go to the Jobcentre in Williamsson Sq. tomorrow, to sign on?I've done my job-search and all, earlier today, on jobs in Merseyside, before I had to move from the Scandinavian Church.

I now live at the Scandinavian Church in Liverpool, at least to Monday.
Because I was thrown out, after complaining about that electricians had
been in my room, in Azalea Lodge, in Sunderland, when I came home from
the food-shop, earlier this week.
So I was thrown out, yesterday, but the Sunderland Council couldn't find
me accomodation, since it was a Friday afternoon, they said, so I
decided to go to Liverpool, since I knew that there was a Scandinavian
Church here, where an earlier college of mine, at Arvato, in Liverpool,
had told me that it was possible to live.
So I was wondering if I can sign in at the Jobcentre in Williamsson Sq.,
in Liverpool, on Thursday, instead of in Sunderland, (since it's a bit
tricky for me to get all the way to Sunderland now, since I'm unemployed
and have limited founding, etc).

En assistent ved navn Nel, sa at Graham jobba på hostellet.
Han beordret meg til å finne MAC-adressen på PC-en min.
Og han hadde en lapp hvor det stod navnet på nettbutikken min.
Så det er mulig at dette er noen som prøver å stjele min nettbutikk.

Albansk mafia muligens?
Jeg har nemlig overhørt, i Norge, i 2003 at jeg er forfulgt av 'mafian'.
Men politiet nekter å engang svare på mine anmeldelser.
Så jeg lurer litt på om politiet samarbeider med den her 'mafian'.
Bare mens jeg hadde om det her i huet.

jeg har en klagesak, på advokat Øvergaard, fra Hurum, hos en klagenemd hos dere.
Jeg ble imidlertid kasta ut på fredag, fra hostellet i Sunderland, siden de ikke likte at jeg hadde klaget på at noen elektrikere var på rommet mitt, mens jeg var i matbutikken, og ekstranøkkelen stod i døra mi, og ledningene til PC-en var dratt ut, når jeg kom hjem fra matbutikken.
For jeg mente det, at de burde ha sagt fra om sånt arbeid, på rommet mitt, på forhånd, sånn at jeg kunne ha rydda og ordna på rommet mitt.
Men så ikke.
Og på fredag så ble jeg kasta ut.
Nå bor jeg ihvertfall ifram til i morgen, på den skandinaviske kirken i Liverpool, fordi Sunderland Council ikke klarte å finne noe annet sted å bo til meg, siden dette skjedde på en fredag ettermiddag, som de sa.
Så det enkleste er nok å sende til meg på e-post nå, og ikke til Azalea Lodge i Sunderland.

I was thrown out of Azalea Lodge, in Sunderland, yesterday, after I'd complained earlier this week, about that some electricians there, had been in my room, when I was at the food-shop, earlier this week, without any warning.
I was at Sunderland Council yesterday, but they couldn't help me with new accomodation, since it was a Friday afternoon, (like they said).
I remebered that an earlier collegue of mine, had mention, at Arvato, here in Liverpool, that it was possible to live at the Scandinavian Church, in Liverpool, and I therefore decided to go here, since I had no other places to go.
I have an agreement to stay here, untill Monday.
But I have very litle founds, since I'm on Jobseekers Allowance, and had to pay for bus here to Liverpool.
Here at the Scandinavian Church, it costs £20 a day, for a room, I think it is.
How is it with Housing Allowance?
Is it possible to get that here or other places in Liverpool?
I think it's ok here, since there are other Scandinavians here, but I'm not sure how long I'm allowed to stay.
Can I have a meeting about accomodation on Monday please?
