    Dear Erik Ribsskog

    Re: Visit on behalf of your landlord

    Further to the terms of your tenancy agreement we write to respectfully request that we may be allowed to visit your home on the FRIDAY 16TH FEBRUARY 2018 BETWEEN 10-4  for the purpose of carrying out a visit on behalf of your landlord.

    You do not need to attend but it would be advisable if you have any issues or repairs to report to us. If you are not home, then we will carry out the inspection using the keys that we hold in the office.

    It is in your best interest to contact the office immediately if you need to arrange a new date and/or time for us to visit the property, otherwise the inspection will be carried out on the day stated above with the keys we hold.

    For any inspections that we are unable to gain access on the date stated in this letter, a fee of £29.17 plus VAT will be charged. This totals £35 and will be deducted from your deposit when you vacate the property.

    The Inspection is carried out using an app on a phone. A photo report, similar to the inventory you received prior to moving into the property is produced and sent directly to your landlord. This report is only seen by the office and your landlord and will not be used for anything else.

  • Som jeg muligens har skrevet om, i Min Bok.

    Så var det sånn.

    At en gang jeg skulle sitte på, med min far og hans samboer Haldis Humblen, hjem fra vannsengbutikken deres, i Drammen.

    (Dette var enten det året jeg gikk på skole i Drammen, (skoleåret 1988/89).

    Hvis det ikke var noen år tidligere, og jeg hadde tatt meg en Drammens-tur, etter Sande videregående, (for å kikke i butikker/data-butikker), for eksempel.

    Noe sånt).

    Så hadde min far parkert bilen, borte ved Elkjøp/innvandrer-hamburgersjappa, (blir det vel).

    (Vannsengbutikken sine naboer, i Tordenskioldsgate.

    For å si det sånn).

    Og da vi kom bort til bilen.

    Så var det sånn, at Sasha Gabor, (eller om det var en annen av min fars bekjente), stod og grein der, liksom.

    Han klagde, (på sarkastisk vis vel), over at min far var så flink med damer.

    (Noe sånt).

    Og han Sasha Gabor, (eller hvem det var), hadde stått der, og venta på oss, (virka det som).

    (Nesten som en attentatmann.

    Må man vel si).

    Min far sa ikke noe.

    Og da var det ikke naturlig for meg å si noe.

    Spesielt ikke siden at min fars samboer Haldis, (som sammen med min far tvang meg til å bo alene fra jeg var ni år), var med.

    Da var situasjonen anspent nok, fra før.

    (For å si det sånn).

    Og min far sa heller ikke noe, om denne situasjonen, i bilen.

    (Sånn som jeg husker det).

    Så min far har altså blitt ‘Sasha Gabor-et’, (kan det virke som).

    Uten at jeg vet hva som var grunnen til, denne dramatiske ‘Sasha Gabor-grininga/klaginga’.

    (For å si det sånn).

    Men dette var, for å ydmyke min far, (som lot som ingenting, gjennom hele denne episoden, (og også seinere i bilen)), kunne det virke som.

    (Noe sånt).

    Så sånn var muligens det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    Plakaten ovenfor er forresten ment for Bunnpris-ansatte.

    Så her må vi få ansatte som lukker lagerdøra etter seg.

    Sånn at kundene slipper å bli oversvømt, av informasjon, (som ikke egentlig er ment for dem).

    I tillegg til Bunnpris sin informasjon om tilbud, osv.

    (Som ofte er dum/rar nok fra før.

    Siden at de ofte er utsolgt, for det de har tilbud på, (som fire-pakninger Coca Cola-bokser til 29.90, som denne butikken var utsolgt for, i mange uker, (for noen uker siden), samtidig med at de hadde store plakater, om dette tilbudet, på fasaden, til butikken).

    For å si det sånn).

    Så sånn er det.

    Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

    det gir ikke noen mening, at dere sender den siste til Trøndelag fylkesmann og de to første e-postene mine til Oslo og Akershus.

    Da dette er snakk om en e-post og to oppdateringer.

    Dette er en klage på at jeg ikke har fått erstatning for urettmessig tvangsinnleggelse.

    Og det vitner om ansvarsfraskrivelse at Helsetilsynet sender dette fra seg, i hytt og pine.

    Dette vil jeg gjerne eskalere til en overordnet hos dere.

    Sender også kopi til Sivilombudsmannen, blant annet.

    Det lukter også muffens, at etter at jeg sendte den tredje e-posten til dere, så fikk jeg svar fra dere.

    Men svaret, (som var trenert, må man vel si), var bare på de to første e-postene.

    At man da begynner å sende disse e-postene videre, (etter at jeg også har klaget på at de skal til en sentral helseetat som har med utbetalinger av erstatninger å gjøre, det vil vel si Helsetilsynet), det blir som noe slags dumskap eller åndsvakhet, må jeg nesten si.

    Så dette må jeg klage på.

    Må også klage på e-postene deres.


    Da jeg gikk på handel og kontor, så hadde ingen hørt om e-post.

    Men ‘Mvh’, er vel ikke å regne, som en bra e-post, selv i våre dager, (hvis jeg skulle tippe).

    Hvis jeg hadde skrevet et så kort brev, (med kun en hilsen), da jeg gikk på handel og kontor, og hadde faget korrespondanse og dokumentlære, blant annet.

    Så tror jeg ikke at jeg hadde fått en sekser i det faget, (noe jeg til slutt fikk), hvis jeg skulle tippe.

    Så dette må jeg også klage på.

    At de ansetter folk med stryk-karakter i det offentlige.
