Hei,mange takk for brev som jeg fikk i dag, angående min oldeonkel, (min oldemor, Karen Margrethe Nyholm, sin svoger), Holger baron Adeler, sitt testamente.Jeg synes det hørtes litt mye ut, at det skulle være på 300 sider, men da står det kanskje mye interessant der om slekta osv., tenkte jeg, så det blir veldig spennende å se hva det står der!Jeg sender med kopi av fortrolighetserklæring, som jeg fikk i posten i dag.Håper dette er i orden!Mvh.Erik Ribsskog

nå fikk jeg endelig tak i det riktige saksnummeret, for boet etter Holger baron Adeler.Det skal være SKS 4-537/79.Opplyser skifteretten i Lyngby.Håper dere har alle opplysningene dere trenger nå, for å eventuelt få kikke på kopi av testamente osv., siden min mor fikk arven etter Holger og Magna Adeler f. Nyholm, fra sin mor, Ingeborg Ribsskog f. Hei,
min mormor, Ingeborg Ribsskog f. Heegaard, som døde i sommer, arvet i
1979, ekteparet Holger baron Adeler og Magna Adeler, siden Magna
Adeler var hennes tante, og baronen var enebarn, og ekteparet døde
barnløse.
Hun og hennes ektemann, Johannes Ribsskog, (min morfar), satt pengene
inn i et hus, for min mor, Karen Ribsskog, i Larvik.
(Jeg skal sende med kopi av en side i min mormors testamente, som viser dette).
Jeg har senere forstått at Holger baron Adeler, var baron etter Cort
Adeler i Norge.
(Og jeg har overhørt i Oslo, i 2003 og 2004, at jeg er forfulgt av noe
de i Oslo kaller 'mafian', og lever derfor i landflyktighet, i
England, uten å få noe hjelp, av hverken norsk eller britisk politi).
Min mormor var også oldebarn av Maren Gjedde, som hun fortalte en god
del om, så jeg har drevet med noe slektsforsking osv.
Min mormor var også oldebarn av Anker Heegaard, industriherren.
Så jeg prøver å finne ut hvorfor min mormor flyttet til Norge, og
hvorfor hun ikke flyttet tilbake til Danmark, etter at min morfar
døde, midt på 80-tallet.
Og jeg lurte også på om det står noe i baronens testamente, om
baron-titler og hvilke andre arvinger han hadde.
For da kunne jeg ha kontaktet de andre arvingene, og prøvd å finne ut
mer om dette.
Og da sa Landsarkivet i København, at de gjerne kunne finne disse
papirene, men de trengte helst et skiftesaks-nummer.
Og da trodde jeg først at baron-paret bodde i København, siden jeg
leste min mors grandtante, Magna Adeler f. Nyholm, var begravet i
København, og de vel begge var født der.
Men det viser seg at Holger baron Adeler, bodde i Virum, som vel er
nabokommunen til København, og de sa i København skifterett, at dette
hører inn under Lyngby skifterett.
Så da lurte jeg på om jeg kunne være så snill å få
skiftesaks-nummeret, for dødsboet til Holger baron Adeler, også skal
jeg sende med en kopi fra min mormors testamente, hvor man kan se at
det stemmer at hun arvet disse, for å vise at det er riktig.
Så håper jeg at det er i orden!

Hei,
jeg sendte dere en e-post 2. januar, om testamentet, etter Holger
baron Adeler, siden han var ektemannen til min mors grandtante, og min
mor fikk derfor en arv, videre fra sin mor, Ingeborg Ribsskog f.
Heegaard, da Holger baron Adeler døde, i 1979.
Så lurte jeg på om jeg kunne være så snill å få se det testamentet, om
det stod noe om baron-tittelen der, osv.
Og dere ba meg kontakte Landsarkivet for Sjælland.
Noe jeg har gjort.
Men de sier at de trenger skifte saksnummer, for det dødsboet da, heter det vel.
Så jeg lurte på om jeg kunne være så snill å få opplyst det nummeret.

Landsarkivet i København har ganske rigtigt skifteretssagerne fra
1979, men vi har kun navneregistre til materialet til og med 1970.
Derfor skal du kontakte skifteretten og bede dem sende dig
skiftesagens nummer. Vi har i øvrigt set på internettet, at Holger
baron Adeler døde 30. juni 1979, dødsstedet er ikke nævnt.

Noen ‘plageånder’, har skrevet kommentarer tidligere, og sagt at jeg ikke er i slekt med Holger baron Adeler.
Men nå sjekka jeg definisjonen, på Wikipedia:

Antropologi, er læren om mennesker.
Så om mennesker, så sier man at man er i slekt, både hvis man stammer fra noen, og også gjennom giftemål, som det står på engelske Wikipedia.
Så min oldemors svoger blir altså min slektning.
(Noe som vel burde være åpenbart, men noen kverulanter får meg likevel til å sjekke dette. Ikke bra).
Så jeg er altså i slekt med Holger baron Adeler, pr. definisjon.
Så sånn er det.
Bare noe jeg sjekka opp.

Noen skriver i en kommentar, at man må være gift med noen, for at man skal være i slekt gjennom giftemål.
Men hvis man har en svigerinne.
‘Sister in law’.
Så er man vel i slekt med sin svigerinne?
Selv om man selvfølgelig ikke er gift med sin svigerinne.
Men det stod også nevnt på Wikipedia, at noen ganger var slektskap gjennom familie og giftemål det samme.
Det må være på Vestlandet, f.eks., eller i andre dårlig bebygde strøk, hvor det er mye innavl.
Det kan man bl.a. se, på internett, hvor nok noen av de som driver og skriver mange anonyme kommentarer, på blogger osv., muligens nok lider litt av bivirkninger av dette fenomenet.
For å fleipe litt.
Så sånn er det.
Uansett så mener jeg at min oldemors svoger, det er også min slektning da, selv om jeg ikke er gift med han.
Dette er bare svada og kverrulering, fra kommentar-skriverne her på bloggen, mener jeg.
Så sånn er nok det.
PS 4.
Altså, vi har jo to begreper for dette, i Norge.
Familie og slekt.
Jeg tror at kommentatørene på bloggen her, (de anonyme), bommer litt.
Jeg mener at familie, det er de du har felles avstamning med.
Mens i slekta, der er også de som de i din familie har giftet seg med, inkludert.
Dette burde være elementært for norske folk, som er så flinke til å følge med på hvem sine tremenninger og firemenninger er, osv.
Så her blir jeg tulla med av anonyme kommentatorer på bloggen, vil jeg si.
Så jeg sier igjen det samme, som jeg har sagt hele tida.
Jeg er ikke i familie med avdøde Holger baron Adeler, men jeg er i slekt med han, (gjennom at min oldemors søster giftet seg med han, og han er da min avdøde oldemor, Karen Margrethe Nyholm, sin svoger).
Så sånn er det.
Så håper jeg at vi kan sette en strek for spekulasjonene rundt dette nå.
Vi får se.

Han anonyme skriver også at min oldemors søster, er min ‘perifere slektning’.
Men vi er ikke bare slektninger, vi har også familiebånd, for vi har felles avstamning.
Det er hennes far, som var øverstkommanderende general, i Danmark, i mellomkrigstiden, Anders Gjedde Nyholm.
Og henne mor het Mary Eva Carla Fog, (datter av en dansk general vel).
Og disse var mine tipp-oldeforeldre.
(Min danskfødte mormors besteforeldre).
Så jeg trenger bare gå fire ledd tilbake, før jeg har felles avstamning, med min oldemors søster.
Så jeg må nok si at jeg er i familie med min oldemors søster, (som er død for en god del år siden, riktignok).
Så min oldemors søster kan nok ikke kalles ‘perifier slekt’, det vil jeg si er misvisende.
Jeg skal se om jeg finner en link til mitt familietre, så kan man selv se, Anders Gjedde Nyholm og Mary Eva Carla Fog, var mine tipp-oldeforeldre.
Så sånn er det.
