Om den puben der, the Post Office, så har jeg lest at det var favorittpuben til Adolf Hitler, de årene han visstnok bodde i Liverpool.

Det var visst jeg som blanda, det var en annen pub:

Det her minner meg om da jeg og David Hjort og Linn Korneliussen og Erik Dahl, og Kristian butikksjef, på Rimi Ryen, kjørte med bilen min, til Arvikafestivalen, sommeren 2000.
David og dem, skulle absolutt ha med meg.
Da hadde David farga håret blått vel, og Linn farga håret rødt, og Erik Dahl farga håret grønt vel.
Hvis jeg husker riktig.
David sa, at folk sa, at der kommer Karius og Baktus, og en til.
Så sånn var det.
Jeg ble kjent med David Hjort, i 97, må det vel ha vært, da jeg jobba på Rimi Bjørndal.
Rett før jul 97, tror jeg det var.
Fordi Anne Kathrine Skodvin ansatte han David Hjort da.
Jeg var litt skeptisk, til både David Hjort og Thor Arild Ødegaard, som ble ansatt på Rimi Bjørndal, på den her tida.
Men Irene Ottesen, ville ansette Thor-Arild da, for han smilte så pent, på jobbintervjuet.
Og det betydde at da var han flink med mennesker, sa hu.
Så da orka ikke jeg å begynne å krangle.
Butikksjef Kristian var på ferie da, det var vel egentlig han, som skulle hatt jobbintervju.
Det var første jobbintervjuet jeg hadde, som leder i Rimi, og det var mest Irene og Kristians prosjet, jeg hadde ikke vært så innvolvert i det, Irene bare dro meg med på jobbintervjuet.
Men men.
Kristian Kvehaugen, eller Anne Katrine Skodin, lot meg lese gjennom søknaden til David Hjort, på Rimi Bjørndal, før han ble ansatt.
Og Skodvin spurte hva jeg syntes, og jeg lagde et poeng av, at det stod i søknaden, at han hadde hatt problemer med lederne, i den forrige jobben.
Så det sa jeg til Anne-Katrine, at det kanskje kunne bli problemer på Rimi og da.
Men Skodvin annsatte David Hjort uansett.
Og da var det sånn, at da hadde vel Irene slutta.
Hvis ikke så var det like før.
Vi var ganske vant til å jobbe sammen, den gjengen som var der da.
Dette her var vel på slutten av 97.
Og de som jobba der, da jeg begynte der, våren 96.
Mange av de hadde slutta.
Irene sa at de var ikke noe flinke, de som jobba der.
Irene og Kristian jobba på Bjørndal, før jeg begynte, så de hadde opplegget klart, mer eller mindre, da jeg begynte der, etter en kneoperasjon, på Aker sykehus, våren 96.
Og da var det at vi skulle kjøre medarbeiderne skikkelig hardt osv., for dem var så slappe osv.
Og jeg hadde lært samme lederstilen, på Rimi Nylænde.
Elisabeth og Hilde der, sa jeg måtte ikke være grei med medarbeiderne, (ha en demokratisk lederstil osv), for da ble de upopulære.
Og de ble det samme på Rimi Bjørndal.
Men når vi fikk nye folk inn der, så gikk det mest på rutiner, men før det ble det noen konflikter.
Fordi Kvehaugen sa det, at vi skulle være tøffe med medarbeiderne.
Eller han klagde på en måte, at jeg skjønte at det var det dem ville, han og Irene.
Så da var jeg vel ganske tøff og autoritær der, den første tida.
Jeg fikk høre meldinger tilbake fra Thomas Sæther, om at Kvehaugen var alkis, som drakk tre ‘alkis-bomber’, Ringnes 0.7 liter, hver dag.
Så sånn var det.
Men da David Hjort begynte, så funka alt bra, og det var få konflikter.
Men Bjørndal, hadde så lav snitthandel, og mye panting av tomflasker, at folk kjøpte mat i byen, men panta på Bjørndal, for dem tok ikke med tomflaskene tilbake ned til byen.
Og tipping og retur, og det som var.
Og det var mange kunder, det var en ganske stor Rimi.
Så det ble mye løping som leder.
Men han David Hjort, han var litt sånn, at han kunne sette seg på bakbeina osv.
Og kanskje ødelegge det systemet vi hadde der, som funka bra.
Jeg jobba jo alle kveldsvaktene da.
Og David Hjort, var flink med damene som det jobba mange av der, og ble kjent med dem, med en gang.
Så det kunne bli noe slags problemer, med klikker og sånn, tenkte jeg.
Så jeg prøvde å bli kjent med han David Hjort, fordi at på Bjørndal, så var det så hektisk, så at det var lett å miste kontrollen på butikken, sånn at den så herja ut.
For det er ikke sånn, at man bare kan ansette ekstra folk, for man har et visst beløp å bruke på lønninger da.
Så da må neste alt klaffe, på en butikk, som Bjørndal.
Så fikk jeg to biletter til Hansa eller Mack juleølsmaking, på en pub i Stortingsgata, jula 97.
Og da ga jeg dem til David da, for å være litt kamerat og kul rimi-leder da.
Så dagen etter, så spurte David, om jeg skulle møte dem, på puben, etter jobben.
Så ble det sånn.
For jeg bodde jo på St. Hanshaugen, så jeg dro ned til sentrum uansett.
Så hadde dem dratt med en øl ut av puben da.
For da var juleølsmakinga over.
Jeg vet ikke hvorfor jeg fikk de bilettene, når jeg jobba seinvakt.
Det kan man lure på.
Men jeg stakk hue inn der, enda juleølsmakinga vel var over, skjønte jeg.
Og da så jeg butikksjef Monika der, som vel da var butikksjef på Rimi Nylænde.
Og jeg så han Mack-konsulenten, var det vel, som jeg ikke likte.
Han sa sånn, ‘vi sneiks’, istedet for ‘vi snakkes’, eller ‘hadet’.
Så han likte jeg ikke.
Så sånn var det.
Så etter det, så ble det sånn, at David Hjort, pleide å be meg med på fester her og der, og Danmarksturer og sånn.
Til og med techno-parter overalt, i Oslo, for han var i det miljøet da.
Og det var Thor-Arild Ødegård også, som DJ Toro.
Så vi andre som jobba på Rimi, vi havna noen ganger på gjesteliste, på Rockefeller, og utesteder ved siden av Blå der, på Grunerløkka.
Så jeg ble nesten en traver i techno-miljøet, fra å jobbe på Rimi Bjørndal.
Men jeg hadde jo vært mye i England, som tenåring, om sommerene.
Så jeg syntes det var kult å lese sånne magasiner som engelsk FHM osv., før det norske kom og sånn.
Og der stod det om klær og sånn da.
Så da hendte det, at jeg klarte å finne noen kule klær, hvis jeg prøvde, når jeg kjøpte klær osv., på Jack & Jones og den som er ved TV2 der, i Karl Johan.
Og sånne butikker.
Den siste tida jeg bodde i Oslo, så kjøpte jeg også klær, på en sånn butikk som hadde kule klær, som er vanskelig å finne, borte mot rådhuset der nesten.
Ikke Ferner Jacobsen, men lenger øst.
Hva het det der da.
Jeg skal se om jeg finner navnene på de butikkene.
Men jeg hadde ikke så mye penger til klær, på Rimi assisterende butikksjef-jobb.
Så jeg kjøpte heller klær som jeg så i FHM, enn i GQ, for å si det sånn.
Men da jeg ble butikksjef, så kjøpe jeg litt mer voksne klær i hvertfall.
Som noe tennisskjorter og sånn, som man kunne bruke i møter osv.
Men jeg hadde jo ikke akkurat noe garderobe og skryte av.
For jeg jobba jo i butikk.
Og da gikk jeg i Rimi klær på jobben.
Så det var ikke sånn, at jeg trengte så mye klær og ha på jobben osv.
Og jeg jobba ofte så hardt på Rimi, at jeg brukte mye penger på mat og digg, om kveldene.
170.000 i året, som var Rimi lederlønn, i 97, de flyr fort, hvis man bor i en høykostby, som Oslo.
Men som butikksjef, og da jeg fikk noen penger da muttern døde, merkerlig nok hadde hun skaffet noe livsforsikring.
Det var ikke noe jeg trodde hun ville gjøre, for hun pleide å kjøpe en del rart, og ikke ha helt kontrollen.
Men hun ble kanskje bedre, når hun ble litt eldre.
Det er mulig.
Men men.
Så sånn var det at jeg nesten ble traver i techno-miljøet, noen måneder, i 97 osv.
Men etter at jeg slutta på Bjørndal, så fortsatte David Hjort da, å spørre om jeg skulel være med på fester her og der.
Og jeg hadde bare bruttern, som jeg pleide å gå ut med.
Og han dro plutselig til Spania, et år, uten å si fra ordenltlig, om når han skulle flytte tilbake osv.
For faren og Mette, flytta ned dit.
Men men.
Jeg får se om jeg finner hva de butikkene het da.
Hm.
Så jeg var litt snobb egentlig, de siste åra jeg bodde i Oslo.
Men jeg var ikke så show-off, så jeg var ikke sånn at jeg brukte de kuleste klærna for mye.
Jeg er vel sånn, at jeg bruker litt tid på å venne meg til klær osv.
Og også i Sunderland, så kjøpte jeg mye klær, for jeg hadde tenkt å bli i England, og hadde jobba mye på Rimi Langhus, sommeren før.
Og trodde jeg skulle få studielånet, med en gang.
Det er vel sånn i Oslo, at folk er så kule osv.
Så man må vel ha kule klær omtrent, for å bli akseptert.
Og broren min, var vokst opp i Oslo.
På Røa osv.
Så han skjønte seg på klær da, og begynte å prate om merker som Gant osv.
Som jeg aldri hadde hørt om.
Så da begynte jeg å prøve å skjønne mer om klær jeg og.
Jeg pleide å kjøpe klær på Oslo City osv., de første årene jeg bodde i Oslo.
De har en butikk med ungdomsklær der, i første etasje på Oslo City.
Men men.
Det er vel ikke så interessant vel.
Men det gikk en del penger til klær da.
Men nesten alle klærna i butikkene i Oslo, var kule klær da.
Men jeg likte egentlig ikke for kule klær, men mer klassiske klær.
Men da sleit jeg litt i Oslo.
For da måtte man vel handle i de dyre butikker som Ferner Jacobsen osv.
Og jeg var ikke så flink med klær heller, for jeg var jo fra Berger og hadde bodd aleine fra jeg var ni osv.
Så det var ikke sånn at jeg var fra noe vestkanthjem, eller noe.
Og muttern sin familie, sånn som bestemor Ingeborg osv.
De er mye sånne eksentrikere, som handler klær på loppemarked osv.
Og fatter var snekker, så han gikk bare i vanlige gensere osv.
Som f.eks. samme genser som en i en Grandiosa video, som jeg posta om, her om dagen.
Men men.
Men dem hadde mye dresser og sånn, fra 60 og 70-tallet og sånn vel.
Han og brødrene.
Og han hadde mye klær.
Blant annet lakksko, omtrent, i brunt og svart skinn.
Som jeg måtte bruke på klassefest en gang, i 88 vel, i noe lokale i Svelvik.
For jeg hadde ikke finsko.
Så jeg bare fant de i skapet til fattern.
Så jeg tror ikke noen andre hadde sånne sko på klassefesten.
Så sånn var det.
Så jeg sleit litt noen ganger i Oslo da, kan man si.
Da jeg vokste opp i Larvik, så ga muttern vårs mye hjemmesydde klær osv.
I hvertfall før vi begynte på skolen.
Og på Berger, så var det de klærna jeg fant i skapa til fattern.
For han bodde hos Haldis, men hadde noen gamle klær, oppe hos meg.
Og jeg hadde noen klær selv, men de vokste jeg mye fra da.
Men jeg fikk en olabukse nå og da.
Og noen klær til konfirmasjonen osv.
Men jeg var ikke så interessert i klær egentlig.
Det var bare noe kjedelige greier.
Men men.
Så jeg bare brukte det jeg tilfeldigvis fant.
Men da jeg gikk markedsføringslinja, på handel og kontor, i 87/88.
Da var Ball-gensere så moderne.
Så da tenkte jeg, at jeg går jo på markedsføring.
Så da tenkte jeg, at jeg fikk kjøpe meg syrevaska jeans og ball-genser.
Omtrent som de i Lille Lørdag, i min drømmeserie.
For de andre guttene i klassen.
Svein og Jan-Ivar, eller noe, og vel også Snorre og en annen som het Erik vel.
Og Trond Gurrik fra Holmestrand.
Og spesiellt to skikkelig jålete gutter, som het Steinar og hva het han andre da.
Det var i hvertfall to karer fra Tønsberg, som var skikkelig sossete.
Og de spraya en hel Lagerfeldt-deo, i garderoben.
Sikkert for å kødde med meg, som ikke dusja etter gymen.
Men etter det, så kjøpte jeg faktisk noe Lagerfeldt-deo.
Sånn gul boks.
Og den likte damene, når jeg var på byen i Oslo f.eks., i russetida og sånn, var det vel, og seinere.
Hvis man bydde dem opp til dans, så hendte det noen ganger, at dem begynte å sniffe deo osv., for jeg brukte sånn triks å spraye deo foran på brystet også, sånn at damene fikk noe å lukte på.
Jeg vet ikke hvor jeg fikk det fra.
Men det var kanskje litt flaut å skrive om.
Men sånn er det når man skriver om alt mulig.
Men men.
Men damene likte sånn Lagerfeldt-deo.
Men men.
Og da hadde jeg dress og, som jeg brukte på byen.
Men det var under jappetida.
Så da synes jeg det gikk ann.
Men etter jappetida, da syntes jeg ikke det passa med dress på byen egentlig.
Så da begynte jeg å gå med enkelere klær på byen.
Så det ble litt omvendt, at jeg først gikk med dress og så med vanlige klær, på byen.
Men etter militæret, så var det ganske nedgangstider, i Norge, i 93, så da var det vel ikke vanlig å gå så mye med dress, det var grunge og sånn, som var den musikken folk hørte på osv.
Så da ble det bare sånn.
Men men, det skal ikke være enkelt alltid.
Skal jeg se om jeg finner sånn klær vi gikk med i 87.

The person
dealing with my case is or was:First it was
Eleanor Pool who dealt with the case as a duty solicitor from
Morecroftson the
meeting in the CAB on 27/2.Then, after I
agreed with Pool on that I would pay for the case with a payment-plantype of
founding, then the case was dealt with by Mr. Milletts secretary
Samantha,on behalf of
Mr. Millett.My complaint is:
1. Pool told me on 11/4
that it would be ok for me to pay for the case with a payment-plan type of founding.
Yet, when Samantha called
me on 24/4, (after I had called Pool earlier that day toask why noone had called
me about a meeting, like we had agreed on when I wentto Morecrofts on 11/4),
she said that I first had to pay Morecrofts £250, before I
couldget to speak with Mr.
Millett about the case.I told Samantha, on the
phone on 24/4, that this was not what I had agreed with Pool.I told Samantha that Pool
had said it would be ok with a payment-plan type of founding,but Samantha said that it
wouldn’t be possible with a payment-plan.I said that I needed some
more time to think about this, and after this phone-call, Ihave been in contact with
the Law Society and others, to get advice on how to deal withthis situation.
I’ve also been in regular
contact with Samantha after this, to update her about what I’vebeen doing to try to sort
with the founding, and more, regarding the case.I took some weeks for it
to get clear to me exactly how I should go forward to complainabout this approperatly,
but last week, I recieved a Resolution form from the Law Society,and I called your
reseption on 18/5, asking for the name of the solicitor who deals
withcomplaints, and also
informing on that I would go to your office this week with theresolution form.
I asked the reseptionist
to inform Samantha about this, and also asked her if she couldinform the other persons
in the company that she thought needed to be informed aboutthis.
Complaint 1A: I would like
to complain about that I was promised by Pool on 11/4 that thecase could be payed for
with a payment-plan founding solution, but that Samanthalater told me that the
case couldn’t be payed for with a payment-plan founding solution.I think that when Pool
tells me that this is ok on 11/4, then what she says as arepresentative of
Morecrofts is binding for the company, and then it shouldn’tbe changed later by the
company.Complaint 1B: I would also
like to complain about that even if I told Samantha thatI had agreed with Pool on
11/4 to pay for the case with a payment-plan foundingsolution, Samantha still
insisted on that this wasn’t possible.
I think Samantha
shouldn’t have ignored what I was saying. And if she didn’t trust me,she could have checked
this with Pool, and got it confirmed that we had alreadyagreed on that I could pay
for the case with a payment-plan solution.2. When Samantha called me
on 24/4, she said told me that she had been trying tocall me on my mobile three
times since 11/4. (To set up a meeting for me with Mr.Millett, must have been
the reason for her to call me. I agreed with Pool on 11/4,that someone from your
company would call me to set up a meeting with Mr.Millett about the case.)
Since I was in contact
with the police in January, (and also started applying for new jobsetc. in January), I have
been carefull with having the ring-tone level on my two mobile-phones on a high level, so
that I shouldn’t miss calles from new employers, the policeetc.
(And I try to use my
newest mobile for buisness-calls, but I might have given Pool thenumber to my old mobile on
the meeting at the CAB on 27/2, since it got a bit stressfulin the meeting that day,
since the meeting was only scheduled to last thirty minutes,and I wasnt aware of that
untill the thirthy minutes had passed, so it could be that Igave her the number to my
old mobile, from old habit, when Pool asked me for mycontact-information).
But because I had taken
care to have both the phones switched on, and also havethe ring-tone volume-level
on loud on both mobiles, then I found it very unlikely thatI would manage to miss
three phone-calls from Morecrofts between 11/4 and 24/4.So I asked Samantha if she
had been calling from the number that are on yourletters, and first she
didn’t answer, she just asked me why I was asking so manyquestions.
I answered that I was
really only asking one question, and then she answered that shehad been calling from that
number.After the call, I checked
the call-registry on both my mobiles, just to be 100% certain,but I couldn’t find any
calls from Morecrofts on any of the call-registries.Complaint 2A: I would like
to complain about that noone called me from Morcrofts toset up a meeting about the
case, even if Pool on 11/4 said that someone would.Complaint 2B: I would like
to complain about that Samantha said that she had tryedto call me three times
between 11/4 and 24/4, on my mobile, but this can’t be right,since on my there haven’t
been any calls from Morecrofts to any of my mobiles, inthis periode.
3. On the meeting with
Pool on the CAB on 27/2, I wasn’t informed on that the meetingonly lasted thirty
minutes, untill Pool informed me about this when the thirty minuteshad passed.
Complaint 3: I think Pool
should have informed me on that the meeting only lastedthirthy minutes, before
the meeting started, then it would have been possible forme to plan which things I
wanted to bring up in the meeting, in a way so thatI could get the most
imortant things brought up before the meeting had ended.4. In the meeting on 27/2,
Pool adviced me on telling the details of the case tothe jobcentre, who then
would have given it on to my old employer.(This was regarding a
question-form that the jobcentre had sent me, and whichthey only gave me a week
to reply on).Since I wasn’t aware on
that the meeting only lasted thirty minutes, untill thethirty minutes had passed,
the meeting got a bit stressful at the end.I only had a couple of
days left to deliver the answer to the jobcentre-form orelse I could have lost my
allowance, since I was unemployed at that time.
So I reckoned that
this was about the only chance I would get to get adviceon how to answer the form,
since I reckoned that it would take more thana couple of days to
arrange a new similar meeting.
So I asked if Pool
could have a look at the form before we ended the meeting.
Then Pool advised me
to answer the questions to the job-centre.Complaint 4A: I’m not sure
if Pool should have adviced me to answer thequestions to the
job-centre, since those questions were about the samethings that were covered
about the case.So, I think that, since
that I from November last year, have been in contactwith the police, the CAB,
and your company about this case in whichthese questions are dealt
with, then I think that these questions shouldntbeen dealt with at the
jobcentre, or other places, untill the legal-processthat I started by
contacting the police in Novemeber had ended.Complaint 4B: I’m not an
expert on this, but this is how I see this after thinkingmore about this. I reckon
that Pool should maybe have set up a new meetingto disuss the rest of
issues that we didn’t have time to disuss on the firstmeeting. (I’m not an
expert on how duty solicitor meetings should bearranged, but I reckon
that if I want to find out if this was done right, I shouldwrite it in this form
now.)5. I didn’t know anything
about legal-aid and how the other different foundingalternatives (payment plan
etc.), for cases that was sent from the police,via the CAB, to a duty
solicitor, untill the weeks after the meeting onthe CAB on 27/2.
Complaint 5: I think that
I should have been informed on in the meetingat the CAB on 27/2 that
Morecrofts only accepted founding from privatefounds (and not from
legal-aid).
I didnt get aware of
this untill Pool told me this when I went to your officeon 19/3.
I think that since this
was an employement case, I should have beeninformed on that it wasn’t
possible to pay for the case by legal-aid.6. When Samantha called me
on 24/4, I remember that she keptinterupting me all the
time while we were speaking about the caseand the things regarding
the case.At the end of the call I
explained to her that I fould it difficult to comunicatewith her, when she kept
interupting me all the time.I got her to agree on that
we should try to speak only one at the timefor the rest of the call,
and we managed to do that for the remaindingone or two minutes of the
call.Complaint 6: I think that
it shouldn’t be necessary to make specialagreements about that one
should interrupt eachother during a call.I think people working for
legal firms, and that are used to dealingwith members of the puplic
regarding legal cases, should know thisfrom before.
So I would like to
complain about this anyway, even if it went fine withthe call for the last one
or two minutes.7. When I called Samantha
on 11/5, I explained that I had tryed to callher earler that week, and
that I had left her a voice-mail etc.Samantha said that I could
have called her the day before, that shewas in then.
But I had try to call
her the day before, and the reseptionist had toldme that Samantha wasn’t in
that day.Also Samantha told me that
I should have left her a voice-message,even if I did this when I
tryed to call her on 9/5.I had also told the
reseptionist to tell Samantha that I had been tryingto call her on 10/5.
On 8/5 I also tryed to
call Morecrofts on the number that is on theirletters, at around 3.30
pm. (I tryed to call at least twice around thattime on your main
phone-number, 0151 236 8871).Complaint 7A: So I’d like
to complain about your company not answeringthe phone on 8/5, and on
Samantha saying that I should have left avoice-mail when I had done
it, and on Samantha saying that she wasin on 10/5, when the
reseptionist had told me that she was not in.I think one incident like

don’t have this problem at all when speakingwith English people).
Complaint 7B: I think a
person working with customer in a legal firm,should try to make an
effort to speak in a way that is easy to understand,especially if one are
asked to please speak slower many times bythe customer calling.

to sort out my complaint:I am seeking further
advice on how to get the case out of the situation it isin now (regarding the

Like it says in the letter above, Morecrofts, don’t accept founding, from the Legal Aid programme.
Yet, the CAB, set me up, with a meeting with Morecrofts.
Why would I go to the CAB, to speak with a law-firm, that don’t accept founding, from the Legal Aid Programme?
It makes no sense to me, at least.
The Police sent me to the CAB, to speak with a Duty Soclicitor, to get help with the employment-case, against Arvato.
I told the Police, that I had to register as unemployed, since I was constructivly dismissed, by Arvato.
I went to the CAB, and they set me up with a meeting, with a Solicitor-firm, that don’t accept founding from the Legal-aid programme, but only accept that the customer pays themselves.
This makes no sense to me.
If I had a lot of money, then I wouldn’t have had to go to the Law Society, then I could have checked the yellow pages, and contacted a law firm there.
The Police, just told me to go to the CAB.
And that the CAB was ‘government’.
I hadn’t even heard of the CAB, and had no knowledge of the British legal-system.
So I’ve been just fooled, by everyone, the Police, the CAB and Morecrofts, and the Law Society, I have to say.
So that’s how this is.
We’ll see what happens.

words, when me and my sister visited you and Ellen, in Switzerland,
in 87, as you might remember.I also had four German
flat-mates when I studied in Sunderland, in 2004, so I picked up a
few words there as well, but not nearly enough to write a message
with them.But anyway.

didn’t teach you Norwegian, that your mother writes to you, in
German, even if she’s Norwegian.Or half Danish and half
Norwegian, since Ingeborg is Danish.Why was it that your
mother didn’t teach you Norwegian then?And why didn’t she
keep your fathers last-name, after she divorced him.Isn’t
that a bit strange?I haven’t of course understood that much
of what went on in Switzerland, since I only was there once and
visited you, so that’s why I’m a bit curious about what has been
going on, since your mother moved back to Norway now, etc.But

I’m unhappy with that the IPCC aren’t answering my e-mails at all.
