Where Manchester City a bit tame?Have they been playing many games lately? Not that I’m complaining at all, I had a £20 on Everton to win.It was a 2 for 1 bet £20 bet thing on jaxx or something. And then I bet the first £20 on Everton to beat Arsenal. And then I think Arsenal maybe got a couple of easy goals in the second half.So maybe things even out? Hm.And then I wanted to bet again for the boro game, I think it was, but then my free bet hadn’t been given to my account yet, dueto the holidays etc.But I guess thats how it is, with the holidays and all.But strange things happens everywhere.I remember from Tesco the other day, that there were a couple of strange incidents. But now I’m used to work in a shop, so thats maybe why I noticed.Maybe a bit cryptical, but I don’t think it was that far from the meat/fish-department.But nevermind, it’s propably me who has got it wrong anyway.

  • What I’m wondering about now, is why have the Police been looking at me with tormented faces when I’ve met them in town the last times.

    What have they done.

  • For some reason I also seem to have got this line on my mind, and I seem to remember it from going buying food etc. maybe a couple of weeks ago.

‘This is even better than the Titanic-plot’.

    Hm.

For some reason I seem to remember picking up that line.

  • Now I remembered something from last summer.

Something that I think I overheard from two un-uniformed police, or something like that, when I was out going to the gym or something like that last summer.

I remember that I heard something that sounded like, the only thing they are afraid about is that he’s going to kill someone.

So I’m wondering if the police are speculating in that I’m going to go insane, and kill myself, and that the Police have done something wrong that they want to cover up, by trying to get this to happen.

    Hi,

I was adviced by Sarah Brown in an e-mail today, that it was possible to
    complain to you, about some
    problems with the IPCC.

    The problems are:

    1. I sent Joanne Fitzgerald, IPCC, an e-mail on 10/11, about the problem
that I had lost a bit of confidence
with the Police Department, due to episodes in conection with a meeting on
Walton Lane Police Station on 8/11.

Fitzgerald sent my e-mail to Mr. Gibbs, but he didn’t answer back.

    2. I sent Fitzgerald a new e-mail on 5/12, where I brought up three issues:

    – How to deal with a letter from the police.

    – How to deal with a letter from the IPCC, in conection with an harassment
episode on Walton Lane Police Station on 8/11.

    – The problem with Mr. Gibbs not answering the e-mail I sent Fitzgerald on
    10/11. (Which she forwarded him).

Only the second issue, surrounding the letter from IPCC, was answered, by
    Sarah Brown.

Fitzgerald had joined a new department, Brown explained, and this was why
she answered the second issue, but the
two other issues, with the letter from the police, and why Gibbs hadn’t
    answered, remained unaswered.

So I think something must have gone wrong at the IPCC here, since I think
all of these issues should have been looked
at, dealt with, and answered by the IPCC.

So I think this should maybe be investigated, what it is, that has been
    going on here.

    3. Also Brown adviced me later, on 11/12, to contact the Police Department,
regarding the problem that I had lost confidence with
    the Police Department.

This I don’t makes that much sense.

Also she didn’t answer back until yesterday, when I expained again why I had
lost confidence with the Police Department,
when they needed an answer within three weeks from 3/12.

    4. Also, I think that the complaint to do with the harassment-episode on
Walton Lane Police Station on 8/11, should maybe
have been investigated collected with the other complaint and appeal,
regarding unproffesional conduct from members of the
Merseyside Police, since I think the new harassment-incident, could be
linked with the old complaint and appeal.

And also the problems with the psd departments e-mail address, and the notes
and e-mails from the psd department, should
be investigated collected with the other complaints.

Also the conduct of Sgt. Smyth, in the meeting on 8/11, where I think he
used some unregulated methods when writing the
witness statement, I think should be investigated together with the other
    mentioned complaints/problems.

I’m going to forward the other two e-mails I’ve sent the IPCC today, the one
sent to Sarah Brown, and the one sent to Lynne Overend.

Please just contact me if there is something I have forgotten to explain
    well enough surrounding this.

    Hope that this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
