Again, like I wrote to your colleague Adam Holm in October, I want to escalate this to a superior.
I wonder how your company is run, when I have to repeat myself all the time.
It’s like you are a bunch of primadomna’s the normal staff working there.
(Since you never escalate, even if I’ve told you to do this, a lot of times).
I want to know the name of the troll, who has ordered this, in my name.
And I want to know which better routines, that you’re going to start with, to avoid this problem from happening again, to other people.
