    Hei,

    Erik Ribsskog

Subject: Angående klage på Torry Pedersen i VG, mm.
    To: schibsted@schibsted.no

    Hei,

    september i fjor.

    min tilatelse/viten.

    i forrige uke.

    Hi,

I can't see that I've received an answer to this e-mail yet, that's why I'm sending it again.

By the way, I've also been in contact with the IPCC again, and it seems like the situation there is

a bit complicated/problematic, with the complaints and correspondence etc.

I was told earlier this week, that I would hear back from the IPCC, but I haven't heard back from

    them yet.

But I thought I should update you about this, since I've already mentioned this, in the e-mail I'm

    sending again now.

    Hope this is alright!

    Hi,

thank you very much for your e-mail!

I have been thinking about contacting the Law Society, regarding getting a list, like you say,

for law firms, who take on law-cases on a 'pro bono' service basis.

But, like I might have forgotten to explain, the Law Society, are already involved in this,

I have complained about them to the Legal Services Ombudsman, who I have been contacting

    you about.

So I've maybe lost a bit of confidence, in the Law Society, since I think they gave a bit of wrong

information, and some errors, that I thought were a bit strange, so they are really involved in this

    from before.

So then I was wondering about, if it would be right to involve the Law Society again, since they

    are involved from before.

Maybe there is someone else one could contact about getting the name of companies like this?

Sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions.

I've also sent a complaint, on the Merseyside Police, to the IPCC.

But the IPCC, aren't dealing with the complaint at all, it seems, so I was wondering who I should

contact then, if I wanted to compain about the IPCC not dealing with the complaint on the Police?

Sorry again that I'm asking so many questions!

Thanks in advance for the reply!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your email reply of 7 April, in which you request further advice on ways to proceed forward with your complaint against the Legal Services Ombudsman (LSO).  To assist you with your concerns, I shall set out the avenues of legal assistance available to you that acknowledge your specific financial concerns.

Firstly, while I understand you have already been in contact with the Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB), you may also wish to consider contacting your local Law Centre.  Contact details for your local Law Centre can be found via the Law Centres Federation on 0207 428 4401, or by accessing their website www.lawcentres.org.uk. You may also find it helpful to access the Community Legal Services Direct website for information on providers of legal advice at www.clsdirect.org.uk.  Alternatively, you may choose to contact Community Legal Advice for free confidential help regarding your legal queries on 0845 345 4345.

Secondly, it may be worth investigating the possibility of a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA).  This allows a solicitor to accept a case on a 'no won, no fee' basis, under which they receive a fee from you only if the case is won.  It is worth pointing that the solicitor's standard fees can be increased by up to 100% to reflect the degree of risk to the solicitor in taking the case on (the 'success fee').  However, should you lose your case, you may still be liable to pay the successful party's costs, as well as expert witness fees and other disbursements.  There are insurance schemes that, for a premium, provide cover for these items.  As part of the implementation of the Access to Justice Act 1999, we have made it possible for the successful side to recover their lawyer's success fee and insurance premium form the loser. Effectively, this has made the operation of conditional fees fairer and more attractive to clients.

Thirdly, some solicitors may be prepared to take on your case on a pro bono agreement (i.e. provide you with a free service).  You can contact the Law Society who can provide you with a list of solicitors that may provide pro bono services.  The Law Society is the regulatory body for solicitors in England and Wales and you can write to them at the following address:

    The Law Society

    113 Chancery Lane

    London

    WC2A 1SX

    Tel: 0870 606 2555.

Alternatively, you can access the Law Society's website at www.solicitors-online.com.

I do hope that you find this information useful.

    Hi,

thanks very much for your e-mail.

I was wondering about the street theater operation, that was going on, at the CAB, in April of last year,

and was included in the complaint.

(With the gay-looking CAB-representative helding the meeting in the dark etc.).

I wonder what happened with this issus, noone seems to have commented on this, or is my knowledge of

Subject: Re: complaint against Liverpool City Council our ref 08 000 279
    To: st3 york <st3york@lgo.org.uk>

    Hi,

I'm refering to our phone-call, on Monday, where I explained that I would have a closer look at the compaint, and

call you back the next day. (Tuesday, yesterday).

Unfortunaltly, I was a bit busy yesterday, but I have thought a bit more about this now, so I'm sending you this

    e-mail.

Like I explained in the phone-call, my main complaint, against the gym, was that the (female) washing-staff,

where washing the mens chaning-room, within the opening hours, on several (at least two) occations.

I also explained, that I had been working-out in other council/university-run gyms, in Oslo and Sunderland,

but that I hadn't seen this before, that the female washing-staff was washing the mens changing room,

    within the opening hours.

I've been thinking a bit more about how to explain this, and I think one must probably say, that this, that

the washing-women wash the mens changing-room within the opening hours of the gym, must be said

    to be indicent(?)

And this gym is not like a private gym, but it's a council run gym, open to all members of the public, and

    run by the tax-payers money.

The council, explained that they had changed the 'washing-regime', after recieving my complaint, but after

I've been thinking more about this, I think it's a bit strange anyway.

Since, I think that the staff at the gym should have stopped the washing-women, acting like this, I remember

that there was plenty of staff there, the last time this happend, they were just standing in the reception-area,

without doing any work-tasks, maybe 10 or 15 minutes before the gym closed, looking at me, more or less,

smiling, when I left the gym, the last time this happend.

So, I think that staff must have been aware of this.

So, I think that there must have been something going on at the gym, since the staff didn't react, when the

    washing women did this.

So I don't think it's enough by the Council, to say they've changed the washing regime, since I think there

must be problems with the staff as well, since they didn't reflect or react at this procedure.

I think both the washing-staff, and the gym-staff and management, should have understood, by themselves,

that it's maybe a bit indecent, to let the washing-women wash the mens changing-room during the opening

hours of the gym, while the changing-room is being used.

So I think that there must be something going on there, since noone reflected on this.

So, I think that maybe the situation at the gym, should be looked a more into, by the Ombudsman, since

I think that there must have been something strange going on there.

I haven't had the time to look at the complaint that much, and this was from last year, so I don't remember

the details that well, but I remember that I was thinking, that there were a lot of strange things going on at

    the gym.

So I'm forwarding you the complaint I sent the gym, so maybe you could have a look at this, and see what

you think yourselves, of the other complaints than the main complaint mentioned in this e-mail, if you don't

think the things going on at the gym, weren't a bit strange.

So then I'll trust your judgement on the other complaints, since I am a bit after shedule with work etc. here.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I'm refering to my earlier e-mail today, and I'm also sending you this
update, an e-mail I sent the
LGO today, that describes more, about the complaint-process, regarding
    the
    complaints on

Morecrofts and EAD, that I sent you today, and how these complaints
    were
    dealt with by
the Law Society, and the LGO.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Hi,

I called the LGO today, on 0161 839 7262, and I got confirmed, like
    Mr.
    Gavin
Brown, Operations Manager, is explaining in the letter from 14/2, that

    the
LGO, haven't got an appeal-possibility, included in the
    complaint-process.

So I've decided that I'm going to follow the Operations Managers
    advice, and
contact the Ministry of Justice, regarding the problems that I

    orginially
    wanted to appeal about.

This is going to take me a bit of time, since I need to go through the
    details
of both comlaints. (Ref. 39651 and ref. 40080), and I'm in a busy
    periode at
work, so this is propably going to take me at least a couple of weeks.

Anyway, from what I'm suspecting, when I'm using my judgement,
    regarding
how many problems I think it was with the Law Society, regarding the
complaints on the Morecrofts and EAD law-firms.

Due to that I think these problems, with the Law Society were many and

    serious,
and due to that I can't see the seriousnes of the problems being
    mirrored at
    all,
in the LGO reports, due to this, I decieded to call your offices today,
    to
    check
if it really is so, that you haven't got a possibility to appeal

    included
    in your
    complaint-process.

Since I found out, that there is no such possibility to appeal, then I
    asked
    your
representative, who answered the phone, if one have the possibilty to
    complain

    about the LGO representatives.

Since I suspect, that there could be maybe some form of corruption
    involved,
and that this is the reason, that I couldn't see that the Law Society
    problems
where mirrored in the LGO reports.

If it so, that there is some type of corruption, that is causing this,
    that
    I can't
see the problems mirrored in the reports, then I think this is serious,
    and
    that
it should contact the person at LGO responsible for handling

    complaints
    about LGO representatives, regarding this.

So this is why I'm sending this e-mail, so that you get the chance to
    have
a look at this, and get a chance to sort the problems that I suspect

    could
exist in some form, causing this, the to me obvious misproportions
between how I think the Law Society acted, and how the Law Society are
    being described in your report.

So I hope very much that you have the chance to have a look at this!

Please just tell me if there is anything more I should inform about!

I'm also sending a copy of this e-mail, to the Ministry of Justice,
    since
    I'm going
to contact them later, regarding these problems, so I thought it would

    be
    right
to be informing them about the problems, as early as possible.

Hope this is alright, and that you have a chance to have a look at
    this!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hei,
