.. timekeeping issues ( 5 min late or 5 hours make no difference).Well, I’d think that, if you are 5 min late, and get to work at 7.05 am, then there were usually very few calls.So probably, you wouldn’t miss a single call, if you got to work at 7.05 am.Maybe the bus was delayed, or something like that.I was reported twice, for being two minutes late. (Problems with the bus, or I was really calling the Police in Oslo).And this was reported to Randstad, and brought up in a meeting with them.Where as, if you are 5 hours late, then I’d guess that you miss about 50 calls, or something like this, and then this would have negative effect on the service-level, the campaign might get complaints etc.So to say, that 5 minutes late, makes no difference from being 5 hours late.I’m not sure if I’m agreeing with this.

I called to the Police in Oslo, because I had been getting strange phone-calls from my sister.And since there were some problems there, with organised crime etc.,then I though this could be connected.So then, I called the Oslo Police, anonymious.Since my uncle insisted, that I had to go to a psycologist in Larvik, since he didn’t belive about the mafia-stuff.So then I thought it probably wasn’t a good idea to say my name.And then I was speaking with a police-woman there, and explained that my sister was probably under control by some criminal network.This must have been in one of the first months of 2006, if I remember correctly.And then I think that it seemed on people, who probably must have uniformed police or something like that.It isn’t easy to say, because I was very stressed then, due to beein f-ed with on work, in the shops and in the house I lived etc.By someone I don’t know who was.

Judith was working late this day I remember.

For once there wasn’t almost anything to do.

So from 4 pm. to 6 pm. I mostly sat there looking at the shiftplans I think it was.

I think it must have been then, that I counted the rest-days.

And wrote on the shiftplans.

And then the day before my last day there.

There were a lot of meetings regarding harassmant/threatening behaviour from TL Bon Prix, Baines.

And lies from STL Tippins.

And covering up for Baines in harassment-meeting from Rushby HR and STL Tippins.

And also other things that went on.

So on the day before my last day there, I took the shift-plans files out of the folder I had at Arvato, and brought with me home.

Also since I was in the process of bringing up a lot of harassment from Steinsland, and O’sShaughnessy.

Lies from Sletvold.

And much more, with core care.

And then when I found that I was given one rest-day to few, in two months, since I joined Arvato from Randstad staff.

So thats why I thought it would be smart to bring the shift-plans with me home.

Since in the harassment-meeting the same day, with Baines, Tippins, Rushby.

It seemed to me that they wanted to find a way to get rid of me.

With covering up, and twisting on things I was saying.

So then I thought it would be smartest to bring the files with me home, so I did that, after signing the work-hours form.

I went to London, and give the files to the Norwegian Embassy, since there were so many Scandinavians working in the company.

And I didn’t really trust the Police, since they had ignored me there, so many times.

And also, I don’t think it was allowed to deleted the other documents, since these were my files that I had been given on work, so I don’t think anyone are allowed to delete them from my blog.

These files then become my personal files, when I’m given them from my TL etc.

And I’m allowed to put my personal files, on my personal blog.
