I did that the other day, regarding an earlier complaint. But your web-form didn’t send me a copy of the complaint. I think your website isn’t fine, since it doesn’t have a Professional Standards Department e-mail-address on it. And people don’t get a copy of the complaint, when they use your web-site, to file a complaint to the Professional Standards Department. But I can send a copy of this e-mail to my local MP, so then can send about this to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, so for them to ask you to fix the web-site. Also, I feel a bit like I’m writing with a school-girl here when you write your name in funny, big letters like that. (And without a last-name). I wonder if someone are pulling my leg a bit here. There where also some on 13/11, (ref: 1275 13. Nov).
