    Hi,

    I’m not happy with this.
    Why have the Jobcentre told me earlier that they don’t reply to e-mails then? Also, in the link, in your e-mail it doesn’t say an e-mail-address.

    I’ve gotten it earlier, (many years ago), and it’s: Contact-Us@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk.

    Like I’ve written to you earlier people want to use a normal email-address, to keep a copy of the correspondence in their e-mail programme.
    Could you please ask the Jobcentre which specific e-mail address I should use if I want to send an e-mail to Birkenhead Benefit Centre.

    Can I use this e-mail-address: Contact-Us@jobcentreplus.gsi.gov.uk?

    Because Birkenhead Benefit Centre has told me on the phone that they don’t respond to e-mails.

    (And if I send them a letter, they seem to not recieve it).

    Hei,
    det er jo mange måneder siden jeg sendte dette til Lånekassa.
    (Det var vel i mars).

    Og det står at de har møte en gang i måneden.

    Så her har Lånekassa trakassert meg, siden de ikke har svart meg, mener jeg.


    Så jeg får sende til Sivilombudsmannen, siden det står det, i linken deres.

    Han har jeg sendt til mange ganger før, om andre problemer i Norge, men han gjør aldri noe med det, må jeg si. Erik Ribsskog
    PS. Hva med det at Nordea sletta kontoen min, i 2007.

    Etter å ha først avtalt at jeg kunne få beholde den. (Etter noe problem med overtrekk).

    Har dere fått sett på den klagen?

    How can you have account-names like that? I think this must be some kind of harassment.

    It could be some kind of provocation or threat, I think.
