    Hi,

    thank you for your reply!
If I wanted to complain about the County Court, who should I complain to, do you think?
Thanks in advance for any reply!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
    PS.
My lawyer in Norway have stopped answering me, and Moorecrofts and other British law-firms, the Law Society, CAB, etc., are messing with me here, (I think I have to say), and law isn't my field, so I have to feel my way a bit, unfortunately, in this.

So I hope you can please explain.

However we do not deal with complaints regarding cases in

the County Court. Also as you have no case within this office, we

are unable to respond or comment on your emails.

    Hi,

I thought about moving now, and have contacted my old university,

    University of Sunderland.

But, I haven't got enough money, to move with all my property.

I can't carry more than less than half of it.

So I can't really move now, unfortunately.

It's not possible for me to move now, I can't afford to rent a car, or

to rent self-storage, (they also mess with me, the last time I went to

University of Sunderland, I used City Self-Storage, in Oslo, in 2004, and they

still keep my valuable antiques etc., after my late grandmother, so selv-storage

just mess with me, it seems, since I'm being followed by the 'mafian', I've

overheard. So it's not that easy for me to move, as for other people, since I'm

followed and almost have no money).

Please just stay away, the bailiff-stuff is going on my nerves a bit, so I

hope you don't go here, since like I've now explained, it isn't possible for me

to move now, even if thought properly through it, I think I have to say.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

I thought I'd study history this time, (first year, bachelor), since I'm a bit fed up with studying Computing.

I don't think the university are allowed to deduct the deposit like that, since deposits are supposed to be given back and not deducted from arrears.

I don't think it should be any problem clearing me, I enclose a file from University of Oslo, showing that I can study subjects like history, etc.

    Hi Erik,

You would not have recieved your deposit back in 2004 as this is deducted from your last terms rent.

If you apply for a loan then you could still apply for the course but you would need the deposit for accommodation.

Also in order to get onto a course for this year you would need to go through clearing as we are no longer accepting applications for this year. Our date of clearing

    Ok,

    then I undestand.
Unfortunately, Liverpool County Court still drags people to their court, even during a riot, I didn't go, since I haden't prepared for the meeting, since I hadn't gotten a letter regarding a hearing, from them.

So it's possible I'm not going to be shopping in that shop any longer, if I'm being thrown out.
Thank you very much for informing about this.
Maybe the shop should have had a poster on it, informing about this, with the 7 PM closing-time, I'm wondering, (since I used to work as a Shop Manager in Norway, I wonder about things like this).

Thank you very much again for your reply!

I was sorry to learn that our Liverpool One store was closed before the advertised time of 10pm on Saturday night. I can appreciate how inconvenient this must have been, and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have discussed this matter with Andy Deignan, the Store Manager. He was sorry to learn of your complaint, and asked me to apologise on his behalf. Regrettably, the store closed at 7pm from Tuesday to Saturday due to a police request. This request came in

I apologise for any disappointment caused, but hope you can now appreciate why the store was closed early last week.

    Hi,

I wanted to complain about your shop, in Liverpool One, (the Tesco Superstore here).

It says on the door, that it closed on 10 pm., on Saturdays.

Yet today, I was there at 9.37 pm., (it said on my mobile), and then the hop was closed.

    (See attached pictures).

I've checked the clock on my mobile again now, and it show the right time.

What's going on, I was wondering, why does your shop close early?

(This was also the case one night earlier this week, I remember, on Wednesday, I think it was, that this shop closed early).

Hope you can explain this, since I had to shop in your other shop, at Clayton Sq., where they don't have that much budget and other stock, (since I'm unemployed, and they were sold out on noodles, etc).

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
