PS.
http://johncons.org/doner.html
Nemlig at de splitter opp ordrer over 200 kroner.

PS.
Her er mer om dette:
Hei,
Mvh.

PS.
Men men.
Bare noe jeg kom på.
Så vi får se hva som skjer.
Vi får se.

Hi,
yes, it's ok now, like I sent another e-mail about yesterday.(Which I forwarded to you). The allowance was one day delayed, from the Jobcentre. But I've sent
a complaint about this, to the Jobcentre 'contact-us'-department.So there isn't a problem with this case now, but I'm on a shoe-string
budget, so I'm wonerable, to delays like this. But I think I have control on my economy again now.So I'll contact you again, if I get more problems later, if that's
alright.Thank you very much for all the help I've got from you, with the budget
etc., again!Best regards,Erik RibsskogOn Thu, Sep 30, 2010 at 3:01 PM, Correspondence Queries

Subject: Delayed payment this week/Fwd: Complaint about
missing Job-seekers allowanceHi,
my payment this week, for the Council-tax, is delayed, since the
Jobcentre/Department of jobs and pensions, are 'messing' with my Job-seekers
allowance, I think I have to say.I'm sorry about this, and will pay the £10, on my
payment-plan/budget, (like I do every forthnight), as soon as I recieve the
money from the Jobcentre.Sorry about this delay!Yours sincerely,Erik Ribsskog———- Forwarded message ———-

CONTACT-US <CONTACT-US@dwp.gsi.gov.uk>Hi,
when I was on the sign-on meeting, at the Jobcentre, Williamsson Sq., on
Thursday last week, I was told, (by the young clerk, in the meeting), that I
would recieve my jobseekers-allowance, as normal again, today, (after a
sanction that the Jobcenter Manager Mr Winther, told me, on the same day
there, in a meeting right before, had been re-instated, after my
appeal).However, I've checked my bank-account online now, and I can't see that
I've recieved my Jobseekers-allowance, today. But I have my electricity bill today, and a bailiff-bill etc.So I'm in a lot of problems here, since the direct debits are going
to be bumped. And since I can't pay the bailiff-bill, for the council tax, that I owed
from when I was self-employed.(I didn't get income support then, even if I think I perhaps should
have, but I wasn't aware of that arrangement then).I also have very little cash, for food.So I was wondering when my regular Job-seekers allowance and the
re-instated one, is going to get to my bank-account, with RBS.I wanted to please complain about this delay, since it's making
problems for my situation, and since this take the focus away from my
job-seeking and employment zones, etc., really.Thank you in advance for help with sorting this out.Yours sincerely,Erik

Hi,yes. On A, I would have written it like this:(Your version: A: On 20 May 2010 Jobcentre Plus (JCP) informed you that you would have to attend an interview on 3 June 2010. It failed to inform you that this was regarding ‘Employment Zones’ or to provide you with the correct literature regarding this. As a result you were not prepared when attending the meeting.)My verison:A: On 20 May 2010 Jobcentre Plus (JCP) informed you that you would have to attend an interview on 3 June 2010. You were told that the meeting was regarding Employment Zones, but the Jobcentre, failed to inform you what Empolyment Zones was, and to provide you with the correct litterature, regarding this. As a result you felt socialy alienated, and were not prepared when attending the meeting. On B, one can say that the Jobcentre Plus-employee, failed to mark/circle the right address, in the folder.(To be more spesific).
She also failed to give me the referal letter to Sencia, but as I've understood it, from the e-mail I'm answering, that's going to be in a new complaint.Thank you very much for your e-mail by the way, and I hope you can amend A and B again.Complaints C, D and E, I'm happy with now.Hope this is alright!Best regards,Erik RibsskogOn Fri, Oct 1, 2010 at 10:05 AM, DWP ICE gateway team <ICE@dwp.gsi.gov.uk> wrote:Mr Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr Ribsskog
Further to your recent Email of 29 September 2010, I am writing to clarify the elements of complaint we will now take forward.
Having read your correspondence I have now amended elements ‘B’ & ‘D’ accordingly and have now clarified your elements of complaint as follows:
A: On 20 May 2010 Jobcentre Plus (JCP) informed you that you would have to attend an interview on 3 June 2010. It failed to inform you that this was regarding ‘Employment Zones’ or to provide you with the correct literature regarding this. As a result you were not prepared when attending the meeting.
B: The literature that you received from Sencia (Your Employment Zone provider) contained three different addresses. JCP failed to advise you which was the correct one causing you to miss an appointment, and as a result your Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) was stopped. JCP has failed to fully investigate this.
C: JCP has informed you that a degree you obtained from Oslo University was the equivalent of HND level 4. You have advised that it should be level 5 but it has failed to fully investigate this.
D: On 1 July 2010 you were asked to attend your fortnightly signing on appointment Williamson Square Jobcentre at 11.15 on 14 July 2010. You were not informed that this would also be a sanction meeting and, when attending this appointment, you were informed that you should have been there at 9.30.
E: You have asked JCP to clarify why you were interviewed by two people instead of one at the above meeting. It has failed to provide a satisfactory response.
I would just like to explain that I have noted your other comments in your Email of 29 September 2010 and can confirm that the remaining points that you have raised will be covered as part of our investigation into the elements listed on the previous page. For this reason I have only amended elements ‘B’ and ‘D’ from my original letter of 29 September 2010.
I confirm the elements of complaint detailed above will form the basis of our examination. If you agree that your complaint has been accurately defined please contact me as soon as possible, it would be preferable if you could telephone me to avoid any delay. If you feel this letter does not accurately reflect your complaint, please contact me by 13 October 2010. We have accepted these complaints on the basis that they have not been the subject of legal proceedings or an Ombudsman’s investigation. If this is not the case, you must tell me. Likewise, if you decide to take this action during our investigation, please notify us.
If I do not hear from you by 13 October 2010, I will assume your complaint has been accurately defined, and your complaint will be passed to the Initial Action Team.
Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of complaints, and I hope you will understand that we deal with complaints in the order that we receive them to ensure that we provide a consistent level of service.
Your complaint is currently held in a queue, and as soon as a Resolution Officer is available to start the examination of your complaint, he or she will contact you direct to discuss your complaint, and determine the way forward. You will be given the opportunity, if necessary, to provide this office with any further information or evidence in relation to your complaint.
You will not hear from this office until your case has been allocated to a Resolution Officer, but please be assured that your complaint will be dealt with as soon as possible.
