    the Financial Ombudsman is sending me e-mails, at 7. o'clock, on Sunday

    morning!

    I think this is rude and inpolite and an invasion of my privacy.

    I've tried to contact your operations manager, and ask for an explanation,

    about how this behaviour

    from the Financial Ombudsman, can happen, but she have refused to

    explain.

    I know that 7. o'clock, on a Sunday morning, is the last time of the

    week, that I want to deal

    with bank-complaints.

    How can this happen?

    And why are you treating your staff like this, why don't you let them

    have rest-days?

    I think I have the right to know this, when your representatives send me

    e-mails at

    I think you should send your business e-mails within the

    business-hours, and I'm

    conserned about how you treat your staff, and I've contacted Acas about

    this.

    If you do not expect your staff to work 12-14 hours a week, seven days a

    week,

    then why are the working on a Sunday morning at six o'clock.

    People are going to think that your representatives are some kind of

    slaves, if

    they have to work at the time of the week, when the other people in

    England,

    are on their way back from the pub.

    If people get e-mails at this hour, they are going to start writing answers

    while

    they are still drunk.

    This sounds insane to me, to have people working, at six o'clock, on a

    Sunday

    morning, answering e-mails that they could have answered on a Monday.

    You have to pay them overtime, for work they just as well could have

    done on

    a week-day.

    Your institution is extreamly poorly managed, and you are wasting the

    tax-

    payers money, with all the unessesary over-time.

    I think there is a law in this country saying that Government should have

    openness,

    so I think you should explain what the reason for your very strange and

    akward

    working-hours are.

    Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, is alright, I think.

    But you also let your staff work Sunday mornings, at 6 am.

    It seems to me that you overload your representatives with work, and that

    they have to

    work 12 to 14 hours 7 days a week.

    I thought slavery was forbidden in our time.

    Why do you let your representatives work every Sunday morning, when other

    people in

    England are on their way home from the pub?

    Do your staff get summer-holiday at all?

    always try to provide the best service we can to our customers, and

    sometimes that means offering our staff the option of working overtime

    during very busy periods.

    Please

    be assured that they have to work within strict time guidelines, and these

    are always checked by Operations Managers to ensure they are not working too

    many hours.

    The

    service our department offers is outside of the usual office hours of

    9am till 5pm because we have found that a lot of our customers have

    difficulties contacting us whilst they are at work themselves during the 9am

    to 5pm times, so we have opening hours of 8am – 6pm, as do many firms

    these days.

    I don't think it's any use with me repeating myself.

    I don't think you should handle my complaint.

    The reason is, that if you are to overworked, you get to

    tired.

    And in dealing with complaints like these, one obviously needs ones

    judgement, to be like

    it should be.

    If one are out of balance, like I think you could be, then I

    don't think this is good for how the

    complaint is being dealt with.

    So please do as I ask Mrs .Cox, and tell your manager what I

    said, that I want someone else

    to deal with my complaint, due to that I think that you must be

    overworked.

    Haven't you seen how fine the weather is today, you should have a

    day off in the fine weather,

    I think.

    But business e-mails should just be sent within the

    business-hours.

    If this is something, you didn't know from before, then I think

    this Financial Ombudsman-stuff is just a load of crap really.

    thank you for you e-mail, that I recieved today.

    I'll contact your collegue back, regarding the

    Barclays-complaint.

    I sent the complaint on RBS Dale St., to Yvonne Williams at

    RBS, but she

    also harassed me, like this, she writes 'Dear Ms Ribsskog',

    even if my name

    is Erik, and in Britain, you have a movie called 'Erik the

    Viking', and Eric is

    also a quite usual name, in English-speaking

    countries.

    So I think Yvonne Williams, the complaint-investigator,

    also bullied me.

    I think this must have been a deliberate mistake.

    This ended with the complaint being partly resolved, in the

    way that RBS,

    gave me the bonus of £100, for moving my account to them,

    from Barclays,

    (who I also had problems with, that I'll exlain about to

    your collegue, like I

    mentioned earlier).

    I'll also find the actual complaint against RBS Dale

    St. now, and forward it

    to you.

    What I meant with the complaint-form, was that it

    didn't look anything at all

    like the ones you've sent me now.

    Maybe the complaint-form I was sent, was to do with

    other financial institutions,

    than banks?

    Like share-fonds etc?

    Have you also got other complaint-forms, other than to

    banks, perhaps someone

    sent me the wrong form intentionally?

    Just a thought I had.

    But anyway, thank you very much for your e-mail, and

    I'll also find the actual

    RBS Dale St. complaint, and e-mail it to you now.

    Hi,

    I studied at the University of Sunderland in 2004 and 2005, on the study
    abroad programme.
    I had some problems with my study-finance from Norway, so I had to end
    my studies before I got my degree, due to the problems with this, and with

    my home university not wanting to accept the modules I'd chosen, for some
    reason.
    But, I think it looks a bit stupid, not to have any files from when I studied
    in Sunderland, so I thought that perhaps I could try to get a file with the

    result of my English-test, that all study abroad students had to take,
    where I got the best result, so that I didn't have to take English courses.
    That file would have been very fine to have.

    So I was wondering if you know who I should contact then, that has to do
    with files like this, at the Language-study department.

  • I det siste har jeg lurt litt på, om det kan ha vært sånn, at bestemor Ingeborg, har brukt sitt nettverk, for å plage meg, siden hun ikke likte at jeg flyttet fra moren min, til faren min, i 1979.

    Bestemor Ingeborg, har jo kjente danske besteforeldre som Anders Gjedde Nyholm og en annen bestefar var industriherre, sønn av den kjente industrigrunderen Anker Heegaard, og disse hadde jernstøperiet i Frederiksværk, som kanskje er like kjent i Danmark, som sølvgruvene i Kongsberg, i Norge?

    Hvem vet.

    Ihvertfall så kunne man se dette nettverket til bestemor Ingeborg da, på hennes runde fødselsdagsselskaper.

    Da dukket det opp folk fra Norge, Danmark og England, i hennes selskaper.

    Folk jeg ikke ante hvem var, og vel opp mot 20-30 stykker.

    Som holdt taler osv., mens oss som var i familie med bestemor, vi holdt sjelden tale, hvis ikke tante Ellen dristet seg frempå da.

    Og sønnen til min fars nye dame, (min far lot jo meg bo alene på Bergeråsen, siden han fant en ny dame, et halvt år etter at jeg flyttet dit), hun hadde to stesønner, Jan og Viggo, som var halvt danske.

    Og Jan (Snoghøj), var det nettopp, som agerte ‘Kirsten Giftekniv’ da, og fikk faren min til å besøke moren hans, Haldis, siden Jan og faren min, begge var i sykkelklubben, hvor faren min begynte noen måneder etter et jeg flytta dit.

    Dette må ha vært våren 1980, at faren min begynte i sykkelklubben, ble kjent med Jan Snoghøj, som da var 16 år, og Jan inviterte så faren min, til å besøke sin mor, Haldis, som bodde i et hus, på Bergeråsen, med tre barn, Viggo, Jan og Christell.

    Så flyttet faren min ned dit da, og ble som en far for Viggo, Jan og Christell da.

    Og så ble vel mer Ågot og Øivind, på Sand, min fars foreldre, de ble mer som mine foreldre da, selv om jeg ikke syntes at det ble det samme med, jeg ville jo helst ha en ordentlig far og mor da, jeg bodde jo ikke på Sand, jeg bare spiste middag der.

    Men men.

    Men det var nok bedre enn å bare bo alene på Bergeråsen.

    Det hadde nok vært fælt, hvis jeg ikke hadde hatt muligheten til å gå bort på Sand, for det huset til Ågot og Øivind der, det var nesten som mitt barndomshjem og, for etter at faren min skilte seg, med mora mi, så bodde faren min hos foreldrene sine, så da vi var på besøk hos faren vår, så bodde vi i huset til Ågot og Øivind da.

    Så i det huset, så var jeg minst en gang i året, vil jeg si, fra jeg ble født, til jeg var i begynnelsen av 20-åra, for de flytta ikke så mye rundt og sånn, som resten familien, min fars foreldre, Ågot og Øivind da, (selv om Øivind døde rundt 1983 vel).

    Men men.

    Men kan bestemor Ingeborgs nettverk ha vært så mektig, at hun kunne trekke i noen tråder, også fikk Jan Snoghøjs danske familie han til å invitere min far hjem til Haldis.

    Kan det ha vært noe slikt som har foregått, er det som jeg driver å lurer litt på nå for tiden da.

    For min mormor kunne være ganske morsk og streng og myndig, er vel det rette ordet.

    Hun var så og si alltid patroniserende, og sa ting som ‘så så lille Erik’, til jeg var langt oppe i 30-åra.

    Hun sluttet vel aldri helt å være sånn.

    For bestemor Ingeborg, kunne være slem noen ganger, og gå inn for å såre folk, virker det som for meg.

    Så spørsmålet er hvor ‘forstyrra’ var bestemor Ingeborg, og hvor besatt var hun av slike dagligdagse ting?

    Var hun ‘forstyrra’ nok til å prøve å ødelegge sine slektningers liv, pga. at hun hadde en slags forkvaklet oppfatning av ting da?

    Jeg husker jo at bestemor Ingeborg, bebreidet meg, for at søstra mi hadde en mørkhudet unge.

    (Ikke at jeg sier at det er noe galt med det).

    Men søstra mi, hun hadde ikke jeg noe kontroll over, da hun flytta til Oslo.

    Så jeg bestemte ikke hvilke venner hun skulle ha.

    Søstra mi, bodde i bofelleskap, men noen venner av henne fra skolen, og jeg kunne ikke dukke opp der, og si at søstra mi måtte gjøre sånn og sånn.

    Nei, søstra mi var under min fars og Haldis’ omsorg, hun bodde der under tenårene, etter å ha bodd hos sin mor i Larvik først.

    Og så bodde søstra mi et par år, hos Ågot, på Sand, mens jeg studerte og jobbet, i Oslo.

    (Noe Ågot klagde på, hu ble sliten av å ha Pia boende der, husker jeg at Ågot sa).

    Så flytter søstra mi med noen venner til Oslo, og jeg er opptatt med jobb og studier og militæret, og har ikke noe myndighet over søstra mi.

    Søstra mi har ikke noe sted å bo, når jeg er ferdig med militæret, og spørr om hu kan bo hos meg.

    Jeg regna begge foreldra mine, som veldig uansvarlige, så jeg sa det var greit.

    Men jeg kunne jo ikke begynne å si til henne, hvem hun skulle ha som venner og sånn.

    Søstra mi var jo da, sommeren 1993, 21 og et halvt år gammel vel.

    Også skulle jeg si til henne hvem hun kunne ha som venner.

    Nei, det ville ikke ha fungert, fordi søstra mi var, når hun var 21 år gammel, en viljesterk person.

    Så det ville aldri ha fungert.

    Og i 1995, da Pia fikk Daniell, da hadde hun hatt eget rom, siden 1993, hos Ungbo.

    Så det var ikke sånn at hun bodde på rommet mitt, hele tiden, det var bare noen få måneder, til hun fikk seg eget rom.

    Så Pia bodde ikke hos meg, når hun fikk Daniell.

    Men mormoren min bebreider meg, at søstra mi fikk en farget unge.

    Så hun er tydelig vært veldig forstyrret, og hun tenkte veldig svart og hvitt da.

    At søstra mi er englebarnet, og jeg er liksom, hva heter det, en som får skylden da, for alt som går galt.

    Hva heter det da.

    Skyldebukk?

    Nei, jeg husker ikke hva det heter.

    Jeg merker at det er lenge siden jeg har bodd i Norge.

    Men jeg fikk skylda for alt som gikk galt da, enda jeg kanskje ikke hadde noe skyld i det.

    Så bestemor Ingeborg, var forstyrra, vil jeg si.

    Så spørrs det hvor forstyrra hun var.

    Var hun forstyrra nok til at hun prøvde å ødelegge livet mitt, pga. noe som vel egentlig var mellom meg og foreldrene mine, dvs. hos hvilken av foreldrene mine jeg skulle bo.

    Hvem vet, men det er vel lov å lure ihvertfall.

    Det får man håpe.
