    Man kan se, at min grandonkel, (Erik) Anker Heegaard, (mener jeg han het), sin kone, Unse Heegaard, er snart 85 år gammel.

    Men hun hadde mobilsvar, hørte jeg.

    Så hun virka som hun var klar i toppen enda.

    Da jeg og min søster, Pia Ribsskog, besøkte min mormor Ingeborg Ribsskog, som da bodde i Stavern.

    Og da hadde jeg kanskje litt brunfarge i trynet, fra en eller annen ferie.

    Og så kanskje litt opplagt ut da.

    Og da glemte kanskje min mormor seg, for da sa hun det, at hun syntes at ‘Erik skulle blitt konge og ikke Haakon Magnus’.

    Så kom jeg på det nå.

    Og da skjønner jeg jo det.

    At Oldenburgerne, de er bare ‘skygge-konger’.

    Men, Gjedde-ene, de er de ekte kongene.

    Men de nordiske kongeslektene, ble angrepet.

    Eller hva nå som kan ha skjedd, i Danmark, for mange hundre år siden.

    Så de ville ha noen, som skulle spille konger.

    Så gikk Oldenburg med på det, og spiller fortsatt konger.

    Så sånn er vel kanskje det da.

    thank you very much!
    In 2005, when I moved to the UK, then Mr. Vaughan, at Reed Liverpool, sent me to Randstad, (who got me a job for Bertelsmann Arvato Ltd's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation.

    Is this usual, that Reed sends people, to their competitors?

    What happened here, do you understand this?

    I have an employement-case against Arvato, and I'm wondering if I should include Reed and Randstad as well.

    So I hope someone at your office can explain this properly.

    I do not know the circumstances surrounding your case but I do know

    that if it is against your previous employer then reed and Randstad would

    not be involved, as agencies act purely on an introduction basis. what

    happens with the employer after that is up to them.

    I worked as a shop-manager in Norway, (like my CV says).
    Let's say I work in Tesco, and Tesco are out of carrier-bags.

    Then Tesco can't go to ASDA and borrow bags from them.
    But you, you co-operate, with you competitors, Randstad.
    How can you explain this?
    Was it something phoney going on?

    now I was at Sencia, in Pall Mall, for the Employment-zone meeting, at 1.30 pm.
    The only problem was, that while I tried to get the calling to work, in that building, in Pall Mall 30-32, then someone told me, that they've moved, to Hanover St.

    Then I called Sencia, on 0151 236 1204.
    And they told me, that the inductions would start in 5 minuttes, and that it would probably take me 10-15 minuttes, to get to their new address.

    So Sencia told me to contact the Jobcentre, and get a new appointment.
    So that's why I'm sending this e-mail.
    And to complain about that your Employment-zone information-pack litterature, should be up to date.

    I remember telling Mrs. Smart, at Jobcentre, Williamsson Sq., that I chose Sencia, among other things, that they were close to my address, (in Leather Lane).
    So I wasn't given the information about the new Sencia-address, by Mrs. Smart eighter.

    So this is a new complaint in the long line of complaints, that I've had to send about Williamson Sq. Jobcentre.
    Can you please explain how you can not have up to date litterature, in you information-packs, about Employment-zones, after you didn't give me the right information at first eighter, (like I've also complained about, to this e-mail address, on 20/5).

    For det første.

    Hvorfor skal oppvaskmaskiner ha salt, egentlig?

    Samme det.

    Jeg gikk på Tesco idag da, etter møte hos the Jobcentre.

    Så tar jeg den billigste posen salt, så lekker den.

    Så sa jeg fra, til en ung dame, som jobber der.

    Så etterpå, så tar jeg med en ny pose salt, likevel.

    Så forklarer jeg at det er til oppvaskmaskin da.

    Så sier hu, at nei, da måtte hu vise meg.

    Jeg kunne ikke bruke salt.

    Så viser hu meg oppvaskmaskin-tabletter da, (altså såpe-tabletter).

    Hu skjønner ikke det, at man skal ha salt i oppvaskmaskiner.

    (Av en eller annen grunn).

    Og ikke nok med at man skal ha salt.

    Det skal visst også helst være en helt spesiell type salt, som er produsert spesielt til oppvaskmaskiner.

    Men det tror jeg ikke at Tesco Supershop har engang.

    Så da får man vel bare kjøpe vanlig salt.

    Hvis man spørr på Tesco, så sier de jo bare, at man ikke skal bruke salt, i oppvaskmaskinen, men kun såpe-tabletter.

    Men dette reiser flere spørsmål.

    Hvorfor skal man absolutt ha salt i oppvaskmaskinen?

    Og hvorfor må det være en spesiell type salt?

    Og hvorfor vet ikke folk i matbutikker noe om dette?

    Man skal visst også ha salt i vaskemaskiner, mener jeg å ha lest, den første gangen man bruker de, eller noe.

    Kan dette stemme?

    Jeg får se om jeg klarer å finne ut noe mer om dette.

    Dishwasher salt

    In some countries, especially those in Europe, dishwashers include a built-in water softener. Dishwasher salt is used to recharge the resin in the built-in ion-exchange system. Unlike the salt used for culinary purposes, the sodium chloride salt used for a dishwasher water softener does not have added impurities (such as iodide salts). Additionally, salt used for dishwasher water softening systems must have minimal iron and manganese salt content, as these mineral ions tend to form precipitates that clog the ion-exchange resin.
    If a dishwasher has a built-in water softener there will be a special compartment inside the dishwasher where the salt is to be added when needed. This salt compartment is separate from the detergent compartment, and generally located at the bottom of the wash cabinet (this is below the bottom basket). On most dishwashers, an automatic sensing system will notify the user when more dishwasher salt is required.
    Pouring table salt, detergent (or anything other than proper dishwasher salt) into the salt compartment will damage the water softening system, however this can be reversed if the user acts very quickly and the dishwasher is NOT used: with a suitable wet and dry vacuum cleaner, remove the foreign substance e.g. detergent, followed by adding water again and removing the water with the wet and dry vacuum and repeating the process several times.[5] Only salt specified as “Dishwasher Salt” can be used. However, it is possible to use salt granules or tablets sold for whole house softening units if that salt is also very high purity processed sodium chloride salt. Very pure whole house water softener salt (in 18 kg bags) is about one fifteenth the cost per equivalent weight of salt specifically marketed for dishwashers.
    Some dishwasher detergents are marketed for use in hard water areas for dishwashers which do not have a built-in water softener (and therefore do not use any dishwasher salt). These detergents use higher levels of phosphates to increase the solubility of hard water ions. In very hard water areas, the amount of phosphate may still be insufficient and the manual addition of dishwasher salt into the detergent compartment is recommended. Adding salt along with the detergent does not soften the water as does a dishwasher with an ion-exchange water softener, but the water will gain some additional ability to dissolve hard water ions. Note, however, that as water drops remaining on the dishware evaporate, deposits of the salt will likely remain. To combat this, the use of a rinsing agent which cause the water to “sheet” will help eliminate the spotting. Some newer dishwashers allow the use of “all in one” tablets (which include an amount of salt along with detergent and a rinse agent) instead of using separate salt and rinse aid, but dishwasher salt must still be added to the salt compartment in very hard water areas.[6] However, best results are achieved by using separate salt, rinse aid and detergent rather than using the combined “all in one” detergents with these included. Incorrect use of “all in one” tablets/detergents may not be covered under the dishwasher’s warranty; it is advisable to check the instruction book when using these types of tablets/detergents.[7]

    Hi,

    svaret mitt ble visst slettet, så jeg får svare igjen.


    Det var ansatte som eglet seg innpå meg, og ba meg med ut på byen osv., og med danskebåten, på fester, og på festivaler i Sverige osv.


    Som jeg egentlig ikke kjente fra før.


    Men som var veldig høflige og som det derfor var vanskelig å avvise, pga. at man kunne fryktet at det ville slått tilbake, negativt, med den personen på jobben.


    Vedkommende var en opprører-type, nesten, fra sin forrige jobb, husker jeg at jeg leste, og en 'people-person', som kunne ha gjort jobben min, (å lede et team fem unge damer hver kveld, som butikksjefen Kvehaugen hadde ansatt), til et levende helvete.


    Slekta:


    Faren min prata om, på begynnelsen av 80-tallet at jeg måtte flytte inn til Oslo, og studere, (på BI ville han da), og få meg en jobb med begynnerlønn, på 300.000, mens jeg og farfaren min satt der, i mine besteforeldres hjem, i pausene, på fabrikken til farfaren min, et snekkerverksted, Strømm Trevare.


    Og seinere oppdaget jeg at det også var forventingspress, fra min mors bror.


    Men det hadde min mors familie aldri sagt noe om til meg.


    Men da hørte jeg, (etter at jeg slutta i Rimi), av en onkel, at 'Erik var jo den som skulle få denne familien opp av grøfta', at min onkel sa det til sin datter, mens jeg jobba på gården hans, og de gikk bort mot der jeg var.


    Så de ville utnytte meg, virka det som for meg.


    Jeg skulle få Ribsskog-familien opp av grøfta.


    Og de skulle bare henge seg på.


    Jeg var som han som var et insekt, i Kafka sin 'metamorfosen'.


    For dette visste jeg ikke om engang, at jeg liksom var den, som skulle få Ribsskog-familien opp av grøfta.


    Jeg trodde jeg bare var meg selv jeg, moren min, i Ribsskog-familien, sendte meg jo til faren min, da jeg var ni år.


    Så at jeg også hadde et hemmelig forventingspress, som dette, fra en onkel jeg nesten aldri hadde møtt, for han var bare ti år eldre en meg, så han var sånn 'ungkar og spellemann', under oppveksten min, så vi hadde bare sporadisk kontakt.


    Det kom som en skikkelig overraskelse på meg.


    Og det var også inneforstått, at han hadde 'solgt meg til noen kriminelle', eller noe, siden jeg ikke hadde fått 'Ribsskog-familien opp av grøfta'.


    Noe sånt.


    (Dette ble sagt bak min rygg, på en gård i Kvelde, sommeren 2005).


    Pratet om i busker?


    Når man er butikksjef, så er det sånn, at de ansatte ikke tørr å være direkte, ovenfor deg.


    Sa min distriktsjef, Anne Katrine Skodvin.


    For du blir som en maktperson, ovenfor de.


    (Hvis de er to sammen, så tørr de å si hva de mener, sa en butikkleder-kollega en gang, som vi gikk ut i Elverum og tok en øl, den siste dagen i leieren, på en HV-øvelse, (noe som er litt vanlig, mente jeg å huske fra tidligere rep-øvelser, men denne gangen var vi bare to karer som gikk på byen, de andre var visst litt 'tamme/dølle'. Men men, oss butikkfolka er sosiale så, da var det ut på byen, og ta seg en øl, jeg var den eneste som hadde penger, for jeg hadde et kredittkort, som jeg kunne bruke, kontoene våre var tomme, for det var dagen før lønninga kom, eller noe. Men men, bare noe jeg tenkte på).


    Så om butikksjefen så blir det nok snakka like mye i krokene, (eller 'i buskene' som du sier), som direkte til personen, rundt om i butikkene, hvis jeg tolket Anne Katrine Skodvin riktig.

    Hi,

    I've been wondering about this, for several years, but I haven't deared to ask, because I've been afraid of being thrown out.
    Where should I throw the garbage-bags, when the bins are obstructed by crowds of the binge drinkers?

    (I'm a bit afraid to ask them to move, in case they start fights.
    So for some years I've just stocked up on garbage in the flat, when it's not Monday/Tuesday etc.

    But this can cause flies, unfortunatly, so I don't want to do any longer, if it's possible to avoid.

    And we have got stright messages not to put the garbage in Leather Lane or Dale St., from you, and the Council have also been contacting me on my door about this.

    Hope this is alright, don't mean to be inpolite.
    Just want to try to find out about this puzzle that's riddeling me, if that's alright.

    Hi,

    I have an IT-degree, from Oslo Universty College, and I've also studied Information Management, at a private univeristy-college in Oslo, called NHI, (now NITH).
    I have a website: http://johncons.org/ and a blog: http://johncons-mirror.blogspot.com/ , so I have a bit experience, from working with HTML and Javascript, and more.

    I'm also going to take a course in Adobe Dreamweaver, at Liverpool Community College, in October, so I'm in the process of updating my webdesign-skills.
